Get You Rock Hard as Soon as Tonight - Is Your ED Caused by This Sport?

One of the best ways to overcome ED and boost testosterone levels is to work out and get into good physical shape.

So, it might come as a surprise that a new study in JAMA Neurology reveals one specific sport as a cause for ED.

The Harvard University scientists sent surveys to 13,720 former football players, to which 3,506 responded.

The surveys asked them about their football injuries, their demographic details, and their current health conditions.

Their concussion symptom scores were calculated by counting the occasions where they reported any of 10 symptoms at the time of a football-related head injury. These symptoms included things like loss of consciousness, disorientation, dizziness, nausea, headaches, vision disturbances, and memory problems.

They were asked whether they were self-prescribing or had been medically prescribed medication for either testosterone insufficiency or ED.

Unsurprisingly, former players suffering from conditions like diabetes, heart disease, or sleep apnea were more likely than non-sufferers to suffer from ED, as were those who used prescription pain medication.

But even when these conditions and drugs were excluded from the analysis, those who had experienced concussions during their playing years were more likely to suffer from testosterone insufficiency and ED.

To be precise, those with the highest concussion scores were 2.39 times more likely to have low testosterone and 72 percent more likely to have ED than those who reported the fewest concussion symptoms.

Those who reported a loss of consciousness around the time of their head injury were most at risk, even in the absence of other concussion symptoms.

The ED was found in both young and middle-aged former players and among both those who had stopped playing 20 years ago and those who had quit recently.

With the help of previously published studies, the researchers speculated that a concussion might involve an injury to the pituitary gland in the brain. Your pituitary gland is one of the most active regions in your brain for the regulation of hormones.

But why you suffer erectile dysfunction is not as important a question as how to cure it.

Get You Rock Hard as Soon as Tonight - These Popular ED Meds Proven Useless for Men

A recently discovered medical therapy for low libido and ED has been quite a hype lately.

Ton of doctors swear by it, even if it hasn’t been studied a lot. And if you complain about these conditions, your doctor has most definitely mentioned it.

But a new study of this therapy shows it not just completely useless, it also reveals serious side effects such as prostate cancer, stroke and heart attack.

If your testosterone level goes down as you age, and erectile dysfunction and lack of libido increases as you age, wouldn’t increase testosterone help?

Not so, says actual science.

In a review study, published in the Journal PLOS, of 47 previously published studies that examined the ability of testosterone supplements to remedy ED, Dr Huo S, Scialli and his associates concluded that it is not effective for this purpose.

Of the 47 studies that examined men’s subjective perception of their sexual function, 24 showed that testosterone did not work at all to improve sexual function or satisfaction.

The other 23 were a bit more mixed. Their subjects reported some improvement of at least one measure of sexual function or satisfaction which, if you think about it, is quite unsatisfactory for men who want to perform and enjoy sex as before.

Of the 12 studies that actually studied men with medically diagnosed ED, eight showed that the testosterone supplementation was completely ineffective.

The conclusions regarding libido were somewhat more positive, with more studies finding testosterone to be effective than ineffective.

If physical function, mood, or cognitive abilities, is your focus… Sorry other non-ED related studies showed that it did not work for any of these conditions either.

The main problem with testosterone supplementation is the it’s serious side effects:

Acne, Fluid retention
Increased urination symptoms such as a decreased stream or frequency,
– Increased prostate cancer risk
Breast enlargement
Sleep apnea
Decreased testicular size
Aggression and mood swings
Blood clots
Worst of all, stroke and heart attack

The reason why testosterone is so effective to cure erectile dysfunction is simply because it’s not the cause of this disease.

The real cause of erectile dysfunction is the lack of blood flow into the genitals. And the only way to cure it is by increase the blood flow to this area.

I designed a specific technique that has worked magic for men to overcome their erectile dysfunction. They are nothing like the penis pump or other gimmicks you have probably heard of. In fact, you can practice them anywhere and nobody will even know.

Get You Rock Hard as Soon as Tonight - ED Linked to These 6 Dangerous Diseases in Men

ED is not something that necessarily happens to all men as they get older.

In many cases, ED is a sign that there is a more serious underlying disease present that can ruin your health if you ignore it.

Sometimes we’re talking life-threatening diseases.

And in this way, ED can be a helpful diagnostic tool that can save you from suffering these diseases full blown. But you absolutely cannot ignore this.

Here are six conditions that often cause ED or occur along with it:

1. Type 2 Diabetes. In a study published in Diabetes Care in 2002, scientists examined the medical records of 31,027 men and gave them questionnaires to test the severity of their ED and diabetes. Those with diabetes were 32 percent more likely to have ED than those without diabetes.

2. Coronary artery disease (CAD). A 2003 edition of the journal European Urology printed an article by scientists who concluded that men with CAD had a higher risk of developing ED than those with healthy arteries. Even better, in 70 percent of these cases, the ED arrived before the chest pain, which means that you can prevent your CAD from worsening by changing your lifestyle immediately when you start experiencing ED. When your arteries are damaged by CAD, you cannot have an erection because your arteries cannot relax enough to let blood flow into your penis.

3. Heart attack and stroke. These are unsurprising, as they are the two most serious medical consequences of CAD. They happen when the blood vessels to your heart or brain are blocked and cut off the blood supply to these important organs. In a large Taiwanese study in the Journal of Sexual Medicine in 2010, researchers demonstrated that stroke was 29 percent more likely in ED sufferers than in their sexually functional peers in the first five years after the study.

4. Dementia. In 2015, scientists demonstrated in the journal Medicine (Baltimore) that men with ED were 1.68 times more likely than men without ED to develop dementia, even if they did not have the other dementia risk factors like diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, and so on. In the same way as ED is caused by lack of blood flow to the genitals, dementia is caused by lack of blood flow to the brain. Learn to load your brain with oxygen and nutrients filled blood and overcome dementia here…

5. Liver disease. Liver disease comes in various types: hepatitis, fatty liver disease, scarring, cirrhosis, and more. But the one thing they have in common is their contribution to ED. In a study on 117 Japanese patients with either chronic hepatitis or cirrhosis, published in the Journal of Gastroenterology, scientists found that a massive 78 percent of people with chronic hepatitis and 92 percent of people with psoriasis experienced ED. this is almost 3 times more common than in the general population.

6. Chronic kidney disease. Because damaged or diseased kidneys cannot clear toxins from your body, chronic kidney disease reaps havoc with the system that secretes your hormones (your endocrine system.) In a recent review article in the journal Advances in Chronic Kidney Disease, scientists said this could cause ED, decreased libido, infertility, anemia, hyperparathyroidism, impaired mineral absorption, and menstrual disturbances in women.

Fortunately, erectile dysfunction is most often just isolated issue. And even better, it can be completely cured by training the muscles around your genitals to pump more blood into that area.

Brain Exercises to Improve Memory – How Can I Improve My Brain Memory?

Brain Exercises to Improve Memory - The solution to both dementia and Alzheimer’s is to instead use simple brain-boosting exercises proven to load your brain with the exact nutrition it needs to boost its function – legally! Test-drive these brain-boosting exercises for yourself here…

Brain Exercises to Improve Memory – Illegal Herb Halts Dementia

This herb has been proven to improve and even cure several serious diseases.

Next in line: dementia!

Because three recent studies have proved that this herb can halt and even reverse Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

There is only one problem: this herb is illegal in most places.

All three studies had approximately the same structure.

Throughout your body, you have things called type 2 cannabinoid receptors. Many diseases occur because these receptors are too inactive. If we want to treat these diseases, we must do something to stimulate and energize these receptors.

Fortunately, there is a natural substance that stimulates these receptors. It is called cannabis. This is the fact on which most arguments for medical marijuana rest.

The three new studies all demonstrate that activation of these type 2 cannabinoid receptors can treat Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.

Study 1: Alzheimer’s Reversed.

In the first, published in Pharmacology Biochemistry and Behavior, Indian researchers tested the ability of 1-phenylisatin, a type 2 cannabinoid receptor agonist, to ameliorate the symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease.

They first induced Alzheimer’s disease in rats, after which they verified that the rodent’s memories were indeed compromised by observing their efforts to learn the route through a maze.

The researchers then gave the rodents the 1-phenylisatin, which activated the rodent’s type 2 cannabinoid receptors. The researcher’s subsequent tests revealed that the rat’s memories and executive function improved, that the oxidative stress in their brains reversed, and that the progressive physical brain damage halted and even reversed.

Study 2: Vascular Dementia Reversed.

In the second study, published in the journal Current Neurovascular Research, scientists targeted vascular dementia, the second most common form of dementia, behind Alzheimer’s disease.

They tried to attack the chronic cerebral hypoperfusion that gives rise to vascular dementia. Vascular dementia occurs when there is an insufficient blood supply to the brain, and chronic cerebral hypoperfusion is a condition wherein blood supply to the brain is inadequate.

Once again, the researchers induced chronic cerebral hypoperfusion in rats to cut off the blood supply to their brains. This was soon followed by vascular dementia, which they again verified through maze memory tests and executive function, or decision-making, tests, which the rats predictably failed.

The researchers then injected the rats with 1-phenylisatin to stimulate their cannabinoid receptors. As with the Alzheimer’s disease sufferers in the first study, the rat’s memories and executive function improved, and there was also a significant reduction in the physical and chemical brain damage brought about by the disease.

Study 3: Advanced Alzheimer’s Reversed.

Researchers in the third study, published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease, actually administered THC and CBD, the two main components of cannabis, to mice with dementia. They expected that it would reverse memory loss for mice with early dementia but possibly not for mice with advanced dementia.

They were pleasantly surprised to find that it did improve the memory of the mice with advanced dementia too, even though it could not reverse as much of the physical brain damage as it could for the mice with early-stage dementia.

There are just two problems:

1) Cannabis is illegal in most places in the world.
2) You may not want to get high on cannabis.

Brain Exercises to Improve Memory – This Specific Type of High Blood Pressure Prevents Dementia

We know that blood vessels stiffen with age and blood pressure increases. Normal, right?

And we know prolonged high blood pressure is bad for everyone, right?
Hmm, maybe not always!

Because researchers from the University of California at Irvine have discovered a certain group of people are less likely to develop dementia as they age if they have high blood pressure.

If blood pressure does not increase as blood vessels become stiff and inflexible, too little blood makes it through them and your organs become starved of the oxygen and nutrients that the blood transports.

If blood flows too slowly, it also tends to pool and clot, which increases the likelihood of heart attacks and strokes.

The new research suggests, this may be the case with dementia too.
They collected health information from participants in the “90+” study, a study initiated in 2003 to investigate the “oldest-old” with the aim of improving the quality of life of those over the age of 90.

Scientists were able to determine which seniors over 90 were the most likely to develop dementia.

They discovered that those who developed high blood pressure in their 60s or before were likely to suffer from dementia later on. That should not be surprising.

But they also found that, compared to those with normal blood pressure:

– Those whose blood pressure increased during their 80s were 42% less likely to develop dementia during their 90s.

– Those whose blood pressure increased when they were over the age of 90 were 63% less likely to develop dementia.

So the conclusion is: if you’re in your eighties, and your blood pressure has been normal till now but is rising, this is probably a good thing. And you should not be put on hypertensive drugs.

Brain Exercises to Improve Memory – Dementia Caused by This Surprising Nuisance

Researchers from all over Canada came together and published an article in the prestigious British Journal, Lancet, revealing that a surprising environmental factor significantly increases your risk of developing dementia.

They concluded that an alarming 7-11% of all dementia cases could be attributed to this specific nuisance.

Can it be that eliminating this environmental factor could drop your risk of developing dementia by 7-11%? The authors of the study have found evidence to suggest just that.

The Canadian researchers started from the evidence of previous studies that show that living near traffic noise can have a seriously detrimental effect on our cognition.

For example, in 2005 researchers found that British, Dutch, and Spanish kids whose schools were close to airports and busy roads performed worse on reading comprehension and recognition memory than other children. This study also appeared in the Lancet.

Another study published in the Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health in 2016 concluded that increases in traffic noise volume led to a decline in people’s ability to complete tasks that required memory and executive function.

Executive function is scientist’s term for reasoning, memory, problem solving, planning, and other cognitive processes that help you plan and control your behavior.

Motivated by these studies, the Canadian researchers wondered whether people who lived near traffic noise were more likely to develop dementia, since dementia is essentially a deterioration in cognitive function.

Studying medical records of over 6 million people, they looked at incidence of dementia spectrum diseases and also proximity to busy roads.

Over these 11 years, 243,611 people were diagnosed with dementia, with those residing near traffic noise being more likely than those further away.

Compared to those living the furthest from major roads (at least one kilometer away), those who lived within 50 meters had a seven percent larger risk of developing dementia, a number that decreased to four percent for those between 50 and 100 meters, and two percent for those between 101 and 200 meters.

So, is moving house your only option?

What if you’re already developed dementia, is blocking traffic noise going to be enough?

Answers: No and no!

Asthma Diet – Which Foods Are Good for Asthma?

Asthma Diet - Nutrition plays a great role in the proper development and function of the human body. Thus, it is normal that a healthy diet, rich in vitamins and minerals should positively affect the body, while a diet based on saturated fats and products containing sugar will have a negative impact on the body. This happens both in case of the healthy persons and that of people suffering from different conditions and ailments such as asthma.

Asthma Diet - How Does Nutrition Affect Asthma Sufferers

Nutrition plays a great role in the proper development and function of the human body. Thus, it is normal that a healthy diet, rich in vitamins and minerals should positively affect the body, while a diet based on saturated fats and products containing sugar will have a negative impact on the body. This happens both in case of the healthy persons and that of people suffering from different conditions and ailments.

Some of the people whose state of health is influenced by nutrition are asthmatics. It has been recently proven that obese people have less chances of effectively dealing with their asthma than people with normal weight.

Also, the effects usually associated with obesity, such as relatively high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high presence of fats in the body are very damaging to one's overall health. But not does obesity have a negative effect upon the entire body, it also contributes to the further incapacity of the asthmatic to breathe.

By preventing the air from entering and getting out of the lungs in a proper manner, the emergence of asthma attacks is imminent. This is the reason why obese persons have higher rate of asthma attacks than persons who have weight that is between normal limits.

What Are the Worst Foods for Asthma?

In addition to that, recent studies performed by the Australian scientists have revealed that eating fatty foods can have a powerful impact on the medicines' efficacy. Thus, even though the asthmatic still takes their medicine on a regular basis, the fat food can interfere with their effects and thus make them useless.

In order to stop this process, it is highly recommended that fatty foods should be totally erased from an asthmatic's diet and that they should be replaced with fruits, vegetables, low fat dairies and low meat, which are the best foods for asthma.

This will not only give the body better immunity and help it lose useless fat, but it will also decrease the number of asthma attacks and will diminish their severity. So, if you suffer from asthma, you will have to be more careful with your diet and the amount of fats and chemical products you ingest during your meals.

Asthma Diet - What Is the Connection Between Proper Nutrition and Asthma

Even though asthma is not associated with one certain diet and theoretically there are no restrictions to the foods and drinks you can ingest, nutrition plays a high important part in asthma evolution, just as it influences any other chronic diseases.

What Are the Best Foods for Asthma?

A proper nutrition will not only have a positive effect upon your aspect, but it will also diminish the asthma attacks if you are an asthmatic. This is mainly due to the fact that proper diets, which include fresh fruits and vegetables and foods which contain high amounts of Omega 3, keep the body in good function and make the lungs work perfectly in any conditions. Thus, the breathing problems will be significantly reduced and the asthmatic will be able to breathe normally or at least have longer periods in which it does not have to use the inhaler.

What Are the Foods that Trigger Asthma?

In contrast, people eating foods which have a high concentration of Omega 6, like margarine or processed foods, have higher risks of developing serious and more often asthma attacks as trans fats have a negative effect upon the entire body, thus on the way your lungs function, too.

Another aspect related to nutrition and diet is the number of calories you ingest versus the number of calories you burn. In most of the cases, people eat more calories than they burn, which results in deposits of fat and later on to extra pounds and obesity.

Studies have shown that the risk of developing asthma is much bigger for obese people than for people who have a normal weight. Thus, if you tend to have extra-large meals, which are rich in calories, you should put an end to them and start eating low calorie foods that will not create deposits of fat on your body.

It is well known that obesity increases the blood pressure and causes cardiac problems, which in turn may affect the development of asthma. In fact, it is proven that people who are overweight need to take more medicine in order to cope with asthma and their capability of strenuous work is significantly reduced compared to an asthmatic who has a normal weight.

Taking all the above-mentioned facts into consideration, if you want to keep your asthma under control it is absolutely necessary to change your diet and choose healthy foods instead of fatty foods. Not only will you look great, but your asthma attacks will be significantly reduced.

Asthma Breathing Exercises – Can Breathing Exercises Help Asthma?

Asthma Breathing Exercises - Breathing is one of the main problems which with asthmatics have to deal each and every day. They have to cope with that annoying feeling of chocking and of significant lack of air each and every day. Yet, there is one method which can increase the amount of time between asthma attacks and can give asthmatic persons the possibility to breath normally or at least almost normally all day long. This technique is called Buteyko exercise and it involves an alternation of control pause and shallow breathing.

Asthma Breathing Exercises - What Is Shallow Breathing and What It Can Do for Your Asthma

Breathing is one of the main problems which with asthmatics have to deal each and every day.

Even though you are not willing to perform the entire exercise, you should at least try the shallow breathing. This technique, which involves the inhalation of small amounts of air each time you breathe, can really improve your breathing and can prolong the time between the asthma attacks.

In order to perform correctly shallow breathing, you will have to keep your posture straight and your chest in a natural position. Then, start inhaling low quantities of air through your diaphragm. Avoid filling your thoraces with air, as your interest is to take in lower amounts of air. Inhale no more than 2 or 3 seconds and use the same time in order to exhale. This will prevent you from filling your lungs with too much air.

It is essential that you perform shallow breathing only by using your nose. So, whenever you are practicing this type of breathing make sure you keep your mouth closed. If by no means can you do that, use a tape to keep your mouth closed. This way you will be forced to breath only through your nose, which is extremely good for an asthmatic.

Last, but not least, try to get used shallow breathing and replace your old style of breathing with this one. This way you will raise the level of carbon dioxide and will start breathing normally.

You may not feel very comfortable with this at the beginning, but once you start practicing on a regular basis everything will seem much easier and in the end, you will get used with practicing only shallow breathing.

Asthma Breathing Exercises - What Is Buteyko Exercise and How It Can Alleviate Your Asthma

Nobody wants to live their life dependable of an inhaler all their lives. Yet, the perspective of having to live with their medication at hand each and every time is the only one viable for many asthma sufferers. They are carrying on their lives without having any hope that their condition will ever improve.

Yet, there are possibilities of leading a normal life even for those who suffer of asthma. Just try the Buteyko exercise and you will see how your breathing problems will diminish significantly and your asthma attacks will be reduced.

But what is Buteyko exercise after all? Well, this exercise has been developed in the 1950s by a Russian medical scientist called Konstantin Pavlovich Buteyko (from whom the name of this technique comes). It is a breathing exercise that allows asthmatics to control their breathing and reduce the need for medication.

Watch this asthma breathing exercises video - How to do Buteyko Breathing Exercise for Adults

By constantly evaluating the quality of their breathing, the asthmatics begin to normalize their breath rate, which is the first step towards a normal life, without any medicine or inhaler around.

The Buteyko breathing exercise is made up of three main stages: the control pause, which means that you have to exhale all the air from the lungs and then keep your breath up to one minute. The more you can keep your breath, the better your health is. Yet, it is important not to push yourself or try to hang on more than one minute.

Another important step in performing this exercise is shallow breathing. This type of breathing involves deep breathing through the nose with your diaphragm. A normal shallow breathing should last 2 or 3 second for the inhale and equally as much time for the exhale.

Last, but not least, it is important to have a diary in which to put down the results of your exercises.

This exercise practically means the alternation of control pause and shallow breathing for a certain amount of time. After each set of control pause and shallow breathing, you must check your pulse and put down the results of your exercise (the amount of time you were in control pause, as well as the way you feel after doing this exercise).

In order to be effective, this exercise must be done at least three times a day. You will see that you will be able to breathe more easily, and the asthma attacks will become rarer and less severe.

Asthma Breathing Exercises - How Can Jala Neti Technique Treat Your Asthma

Daily life for those suffering of asthma is certainly very difficult form that of a healthy person. They have to constantly carry their medicine with them so that they always have them at hand, they must limit their physical activities for fear of not being struck by another asthma attack and must be constantly live with that insecurity feeling in their hearts.

For these persons, being able to breathe normally and walk on the street without the risk of having an attack is like a pleasant dream. Yet, this dream can come true by using a simple method which can clean your nose of all the bacteria, dust and impurities which clog your nostrils.

The Jala Neti technique, because this is the technique I was talking about, is a relatively simple method which gives asthmatics the opportunity to breathe normally again.

It may seem a difficult method to perform at the beginning, but once you do it once or twice, you will start getting used with it and will perform effortlessly after a period of time. For successfully completing this technique, you will have to purchase a special Neti pot, which can be found in the health shops, water and salt.

What you will have to do is warm the water a little bit, so that it has the same temperature as your body, mix the water with salt and then, using the Neti pot, you will introduce it in one of your nostrils, keeping the head so that the water can pass from one nostril to another. Thus, the water will be eliminated on the other nostril, thus cleaning all the dirt from inside your nose. As I mentioned previously, it may seem a little bit difficult at a first view, but putting it in practice is in fact easier that you may think.

In order to be effective, this technique must be done at least two times a day, once when you get up, so that your nose is clean and you will be able to breathe normally all day long; and once before going to bed, so that you will be able to enjoy a good night sleep.

This technique is not only very good in cleaning and moisturizing the nose, but it is also very safe, so that you will not have to worry about side effects. Prevented that salty water does not get in the wrong direction, you will not feel any discomfort or pain.

Treatment of Asthma – What Home Remedies Are Good for Asthma?

Treatment of Asthma - If you suffer from asthma, you should definitely try at least one of these herbal blends. They have the advantage of being 100% natural and of not presenting any side effects which may damage or affect your health in a negative way.

Treatment of Asthma - Herbal Remedies for Asthma

Asthma sufferers heavily rely on medicine to keep their condition under control. They use inhalers in case of emergency and specific medicine on a daily basis. However, the overuse of these medicines can significantly affect the human body, as there are many counter indications which, in time, will harm the body and make it even more sensitive to external factors.

But what if you could obtain the same results as when taking medicine, but without having those dangerous side effects? What if you could live your normal life and treat your condition in a natural way, without being necessary to ingest all kinds of chemical? Would this not be great?

Well, I think that most asthmatics will surely enjoy the possibility of totally removing the medicines from their lives and start a new life by treating their condition using herbs. This is possible and it has been done from long time by other cultures.

There are two main mixes of herbs which can help asthmatics live their life the natural way, without chemical drugs which were temporary alleviating their suffering, but had disastrous effects on the long run.

The first mix of herbs is one highly used in Middle East countries, which consists of chamomile, cinnamon, sage, black cumin seeds, cloves, rosemary, spearmint and thyme, as well as other similar herbs with therapeutic effects. This combination of herbs has been used for centuries in Middle East countries to treat asthma or at least alleviate its symptoms.

The other herb combination which is believed to have great effects upon the human body and offer great results in treating asthma is the mixture called Saiboku-To. This mixture, which has its origins in Asia contains ten herbs, from which the best known are ginger, magnolia, Baikal skullcap, licorice and Korean ginseng. Most of the patients which have been treated using this Asian blending of herbs reported serious improvement in their conditions and reductions in their steroidal medication.

If you suffer from asthma, you should definitely try at least one of these blends. They have the advantage of being 100% natural and of not presenting any side effects which may damage or affect your health in a negative way.

Treatment of Asthma - How Can an Asthma Diary Help You Treat Your Condition?

Asthma sufferers know best that living with this condition is quite hard, as it prevents you from doing normal activities, like walking in the park when all the flowers are blooming, running, playing and even get proper rest. This is why it is highly important to monitor this ailment and see the way in which it evolves.

This monitoring is best to be done daily. Many asthma sufferers have made a habit out of keeping a diary of their condition. Not only is that helping them keeping track of the number of attacks they have had in a certain period, but this type of recording is also highly useful for their doctors, which are able to evaluate the way in which their patients' condition is evolving.

Also, on the basis of the accurate description provided by the patient, the doctor is capable of better observing the way in which the medicine are affecting the individual and whether they are efficient in treating the asthma or they are only worsening the condition.

Thus, asthma diaries can prove to be very effective in finding a personalized cure, which will treat the patient or at least make their life better. For this reason, it is advisable that each and every asthmatic should keep a diary where to record all the information they think is necessary about their daily condition and the symptoms they are experiencing during a normal day.

Things like the symptoms preceding an attack, the feelings one feels when an asthma attack strikes, the things which may trigger the attacks and the way in which the current actions and the environment affect the individual is information that should be written in the diary. The more accurate is the information noted down in the diary, the more effective the treatment based on those notes will be.

The asthma diaries are helpful tools in treating this condition properly. By knowing exactly what symptoms you experience before having an attack, you can prevent it from happening.

Also, by noting down all the symptoms and feelings one experiences, the doctor will receive a more accurate description of the way in which the condition is manifested and will be able to prescribe the best medication available. So, if you want to treat your asthma, make sure that you always keep track of your daily symptoms and evolution.

Asthma Treatment at Home – Physical Movement Can Make Wonders for Asthma Sufferers

Physical activity is one of the main factors which can keep the body in good shape and maintain the organism's health. There are many benefits associated with physical exercises, yet for asthmatics making exercises on a regular basis has become similar to torture. Many people suffering of asthma are afraid of making any type of movement for fear of not having an asthma attack.

Yet, in spite of their fear, physical exercises are highly recommended in asthma treatment, as it decreases the amount of fat deposits (where it is necessary) and it increases the cardio-respiratory fitness, which contributes to a better breathing. Thus, all asthma sufferers which want to become independent of their inhalers must start making physical movement.

Those people who have not done any type of physical exercise before, should start by making only moderate movement, for a short period of time. They can start by exercising only 20 minutes per day, three days a week and gradually increase the time they dedicate to this activity to 30 or even 50 minutes every day for 3 up to five days per week.

Ideally, each asthmatic should do at least half an hour of physical exercise each and every day. This will enable them to breathe better and will significantly lower their asthma attacks.

There are three ways through which an asthmatic can start making physical movement. First alternative is that of hiring a personal trainer who will design a program of exercises especially for you. Also, because on a specified period you will have to meet your trainer, you will be more determined to go on with the program, than if you do it at home by yourself.

Those who are not disturbed by the people around have the alternative of purchasing a monthly membership at one of the many gyms from nearby. This will offer them the possibility of interacting with people, which will boost the asthmatic's moral and will make them feel more confident.

Lastly, those who do not feel like getting out of the house can buy their own equipment and exercise at home, yet in order to make sure that your asthma is alleviated, the exercises must be done constantly. Also, they can be combined with proper diet for more effective results.
