Researchers
recently published a literature review in the American Heart Association’s
journal Hypertension revealing a cheap, easy-to-find mineral is as a
great way to reduce blood pressure quickly in 1 month.

analyzed 34 existing scientific studies with 2,028 participants altogether. And

Magnesium
is naturally abundant in dark leafy greens (spinach, kale, and Swiss chard),
nuts and seeds (pumpkin seed, sesame seed, almonds, Brazil nuts, pine nuts, and
cashews), beans, whole grains, bananas, and avocado.
For
