What is the Best Way to Prevent Heart Attack and Stroke?

A new research by Harvard University has proven that eating a handful or two of certain specific nuts can prevent heart attack and stroke and significantly lower the total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol (the bad one) and Triglyceride (blood fat) present in your body. Read on to find out more.

Prevent Heart Attack and Stroke - Why You Don’t Exercise Enough (it’s not your fault)

Most of us should be more active. In fact, 3-5 hours of intense activity per week is minimal, and every hour awake should include a little moving around.

But sometimes you just don’t feel like you have the energy, do you?
And according to a new study published in the journal Circulation, it’s all because of a hidden additive that food companies add to almost all the food you consume.

It robs you of physical energy, prevents you from exercising and therefore causes high cholesterol, blood pressure, overweight, type 2 diabetes and a row of other health issues.

Lots of dairy, meat, and vegetables contain phosphate, and that is healthy because it helps your body build bones, helps with muscle contraction, and facilitates nerve function.

But one of the most common food additives in our modern diet is inorganic phosphate, and that sends our daily phosphate intake into the stratosphere.

When scientists fed mice a high-phosphate diet, they observed that they could no longer produce enough fatty acids to feed their muscles. They spent less time on their treadmills and had lower cardiovascular fitness levels.

They also found genetic changes in these mice when they were fed high-phosphate diets over a long period of time. After 12 weeks, levels for the genes responsible for muscle metabolism had changed in their bloodstreams.

Since studies on mice are not always translatable to human beings, they tried to address this question by analyzing data from participants in the Dallas Heart Study, where their food consumption was recorded and who were asked to wear physical activity monitors for seven days.

It turned out that those with the highest blood phosphate levels exercised the least, while those with the lowest phosphate levels exercised the most, suggesting that it has the same effect on people as the mice.

Most food manufacturers add phosphate to food to prevent it from spoiling and to enhance flavor. Cola and other soft drinks, sausages and other processed meats, baked products, and canned products are the most likely to contain it.

Any “phos” on labels is suspect, such as dicalcium phosphate, monopotassium phosphate, sodium hexameta-phosphate, phosphoric acid, sodium tripolyphosphate, and so forth.

The easiest way to avoid inorganic phosphate, however, is to bypass processed food as much as possible.

But if you want to prevent heart attack and stroke, you need to get your cholesterol under control, there is another ingredient that is even more serious than inorganic phosphate – and one that you have no idea you’re consuming

And here are 3 blood pressure exercises – you can do these even if you feel wasted – and it will bring your blood pressure below 120/80 – starting today

Prevent Heart Attack and Stroke - This Nut Normalizes Cholesterol Levels

A new research by Harvard University has proven that eating a handful or two of certain specific nuts significantly lowers the total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol (the bad one) and Triglyceride (blood fat) present in your body.

What’s more, this same nut has been proven to reduce your risk of heart attack and stroke by 37%.

A team led by Harvard University researchers has now reviewed studies that included 26 trials and 1,059 subjects on walnuts.

The subjects included healthy volunteers, as well as people with high cholesterol, metabolic syndrome, and type 2 diabetes. Some of the participants were overweight or obese, while others were at their ideal weight.

In all the studies, the subjects were on a wide variety of diets, including Mediterranean, low-fat, conventional American, or traditional Japanese diet.

Across the various studies, walnuts represented between five to 24% of the subject’s daily calorie intake.

Compared to all these other diets, people on walnut-enriched diets experienced:

1. A 3.25% reduction in total cholesterol,
2. A 3.73% reduction in LDL cholesterol (normally called bad cholesterol), and
3. A 5.52% reduction in Triglyceride (blood fat) concentrations.

Even better, when compared solely against the typical American/European diet, the participants on the walnut-enriched diets lost around 6% of their total cholesterol and about 5.5% of LDL cholesterol.

Despite walnuts being found to be high in fats and calories, the study found that eating them did not lead to weight gain.

What’s more, a study published in the British Journal of Nutrition in 2006 found that those who ate walnuts at least four times per week had a 37% lower risk of developing clogged arteries, and therefore reduced their chances of a stroke and heart attack.

Prevent Heart Attack and Stroke - Can Your Birth Month Cause Death and Heart Attack? (Surprising study)

This is no mumbo jumbo study.

It’s based off reliable research from Columbia University Medical Center and published in the Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association, and it covers data taken from over 1.7 million people.

The bottom line is that your birth month is a huge indicator on whether you’ll suffer from a heart attack or not.

It’s been long known that birth months play a vital role is several diseases. Asthma is one of the most researched and most easily explained. In the summer months, there are more dust mites, a major cause of asthma.

But for heart health, how does your birth month affect your heart later in life?

Those born in late winter or early spring were at the highest risk of heart diseases, normally peaking in March. This can partly be explained by lack of sunshine during these months, which may lead to a lack of vitamin D (a core vitamin for heart health).

People born in the first half of the year had a tendency to die earlier than those born in the second half of the year, with May having the shortest life expectancy and October shows the longest lifespan.

Now this does not mean that you’re doomed if you’re born in a specific month or have a homerun just because you were born in October.

Only a small percentage of people (researchers estimate one in forty) are significantly affected by this as lifestyle choices later in life have a much greater influence. There is nothing you can’t do something about.

What is the Best Way to Treat Acute Arthritis?

Click on Here to Discover How You Can Completely Heal Any Type of Arthritis In 21 Days or Less

Treat Acute Arthritis - Does The Weather Affect Arthritis (cause of confusion)

Some people swear that weather makes their arthritis flare up. Others don’t seem to be affected at all.

And weirdly enough, different kind of weather appears to affect people’s arthritis in a different way.

So, what does the science say? In today’s article, we go over several studies on this subject and try to clear the confusion up once and for all.

In 2013, the journal Clinical Rheumatology published a study in which 245 arthritis patients visited a Madrid emergency room with arthritis pain 306 times between 2004 and 2007.

When the weather conditions were examined, it turned out that those patients, all of whom were aged between 50 and 65, were 16 percent more likely to experience severe pain when it was cold.

But a 2014 study in Arthritis Care & Research on 993 people in Sydney, Australia found that the temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed, wind gust, wind direction, and rain did not appear to have any effect on the amount of back pain that their subjects experienced. These subjects did not have arthritis but complained of severe back pain at primary care clinics.

If you aren’t confused enough, a 2015 study in the Journal of Rheumatology, conducted on 810 European participants with osteoarthritis concluded that humidity definitely worsened arthritis pain, especially in cold weather. Cold weather alone had little effect. Moreover, for the pain to worsen, high humidity had to continue for a period of days. They couldn’t find a relationship between pain and daily humidity.

BMJ printed a study in 2017 in which researchers analyzed the medical information of 1,552,842 people who had visited clinics with back or joint pains.

The subjects suffered from any condition like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondylosis, intervertebral disc disorders, and so on.
They found no relationship between the pain and rain, and they did not test for temperature.

In 2016, British scientists thought they would sort through the muddle once and for all by using a smartphone app to collect data from the largest sample of participants ever. Participants submitted their self-assessed daily arthritis pain scores between January 2016 and April 2017, while the app recorded their location using GPS technology.

The researchers could then compare the scores with the weather conditions.

With more than two million data pieces available, they performed a preliminary analysis which showed that the lack of sunlight and/or rain worsened arthritis pain for people in London, Norwich, and Leeds, i.e. the three cities they had examined.

So, you can see how the studies are all over the place. Indeed, the only thing that should matter in the end would be how you feel and what you experience during the different weather changes.

Fortunately, arthritis in any weather may be a thing of the past if you follow the 3 easy steps to treat acute arthritis that are explained here…

Treat Acute Arthritis - Arthritis and Fatigue Connection Revealed

Arthritis is a serious enough disease that disrupts your life enough, but many people with this condition also experience extreme fatigue, making it impossible to lead anything close to a normal life.

A team of French scientists has just published a study in the journal Joint Bone Spine, explaining the connection between these two conditions.
And reveals a solution for both.

They analyzed the information of 962 rheumatoid arthritis patients collected by a French COMEDRA cohort study.

This information included their fatigue, which was scored out of 10; with acceptable ranging from 0-2, moderate ranging from 3-4, and severe ranging from 5-10.

It also included their demographic characteristics, social status, physical activity level, arthritis disease activity level, and co-occurring conditions.
The average fatigue score was 3.8 out of 10, with 40% of the patients reporting severe fatigue.

On average, they had 1.8 co-occurring conditions, with the most common of these conditions being anxiety/depression, something which 52% of the participants suffered from.

Depending on the statistical methods used, the most fatigued arthritis patients were female, unemployed, physically inactive, obese, and had any of the following:

1. Impaired ability to function physically.
2. More than one co-occurring condition.
3. Anxiety/depression.
4. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
5. High blood pressure.
6. Sleeping difficulties.
7. Extreme pain.
8. Long disease duration for arthritis.

The more factors they had, the worse both arthritis symptoms and fatigue tended to be.

Thus, working on reducing each of those connected factors will help improve both arthritis and fatigue.

I can relate to this. There are often times when my arthritis was so bad that I felt lightheaded and absent, and I couldn’t even communicate with other people.

But after I managed to reverse my arthritis, I have never experienced any of these symptoms of fatigue again.

Here are the 3 steps I took to treat acute arthritis that helped me to completely reverse my long-lasting arthritis in 21 days…

Treat Acute Arthritis - One Arthritis Factor Spikes It 36%

A new study from Iceland and Sweden, and published in JAMA reveals one factor that can increase the risk of arthritis by a scary 36%.

What’s more, by managing this factor, you may be able to avoid arthritis flare-ups.

To get their data, they analyzed information collected by a population- and sibling-matched retrospective study performed in Sweden between 1981 and 2013.

The subjects included 106,464 people with stress-related disorders, 1,064,640 people who matched them on most characteristics but who were free from stress-related conditions, and 126,652 siblings of people from both groups.

They also used the National Patient Register to identify cases of stress-related conditions and autoimmune diseases.

During the 10-year follow-up period, people with stress diagnoses were 36% more likely develop an autoimmune disorder when compared their peers without stress diagnoses.

Those with post traumatic stress disorder were 46% more likely to develop these conditions compared to their peers, and more than twice as likely to have three or more autoimmune conditions as compared to those without stress-related conditions.

Post-traumatic stress disorder was the most damaging of all the stress-related conditions.

The study is disturbing as it shows that, on top of a condition like post-traumatic stress disorder, which is already life altering, you are at an increased risk of developing another life-altering condition, like rheumatoid arthritis.

The authors speculated that this could be due to a combination of increased cortisol levels and increased circulating pro-inflammatory cytokines, both of which drastically increase the risk of arthritis.

Most of us who have suffered from arthritis can, however, bear witness to the fact that symptoms often worsen when we’re under a lot of stress.

The lowering cortisol level with the use of simple relaxation exercises can be very beneficial to arthritis, even if you don’t suffer stress disorders.

This is actually one part of the 3-step strategy that I used to treat acute arthritis that completely reverse my arthritis in 21 days. Learn how to follow my footsteps here…

This post is from the Arthritis Strategy Program. It was created by Shelly Manning, a former arthritis sufferer and a health consultant.

A Brief Background on the Author

Like you, Shelly Manning also suffered from arthritis, particularly osteoarthritis. This was due to her weight and desk job. Her condition eventually took a toll on her relationship with her (former) husband.

It was when she went to Hong Kong that she met Janerdquo, an old woman who owned the restaurant where she ate. Janerdquo supposedly offered her a bowl of a weird-smelling soup, which helped ease her joint pain. She ate there each day for 10 days until she was completely healed from arthritis.

Shelly Manning decided to research this natural remedy and to create a step-by-step treatment plan to others who are suffering from different types of arthritis, such as gout, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and psoriatic arthritis.

That’s why she created “The Arthritis Step By Step Strategy.” According to her claims, this unique strategy will get rid of joint pain and stiffness, repair your damaged joints, and treat the underlying cause of your arthritis.

Shelly teamed up with Christian Goodman, the owner of Blue Heron Health News, a publishing company that aims to help people to take responsibility for their own health by using natural health alternatives to reverse arthritis in fingers and knees naturally.

What is the Best High Blood Pressure Treatment at Home?

This can be the Best High Blood Pressure Treatment at Home - To Lower Blood Pressure and Stroke Risk 36%, Eat This Daily. Today I’m not going to tell you to eat fruits or vegetables in order to lower your blood pressure. I’ll not mention fish, eggs or meat either. Read on to find out more.

High Blood Pressure Treatment at Home - To Lower Blood Pressure and Stroke Risk 36%, Eat This Daily

Today I’m not going to tell you to eat fruits or vegetables in order to lower your blood pressure.

I’ll not mention fish, eggs or meat either.

This is as what has been revealed in this revolutionary Japanese study is totally different from the norm.

But you absolutely must eat this daily if you want to lower your blood pressure and reduce your risk of a stroke and heart attack by up to 36%.

In January 2016, a Japanese research team published a study in the journal Stroke that concluded that people who skipped breakfast were more likely to suffer a stroke than those who ate in the mornings.

They first collected the breakfast eating habits of 82,772 Japanese adults, which were recorded in 1995, and categorized them by weekly breakfasts:

• 0-2 per week
• 3-4 per week
• 5-6 per week
• 7 per week

They recorded all the cardiovascular events that occurred within their subjects over the following 15 years and compared it with the breakfast statistics.

The comparison clearly showed that those who never ate breakfast were:

• Significantly more likely to suffer from a stroke than those who regularly or always enjoyed it, and…
• 36% more likely to have a stroke that involved a cerebral hemorrhage.

A previous study with 26,902 subjects published in a 2013 edition of the journal Circulation found that people who skipped breakfast were 27% more likely to suffer a heart attack than those who ate regular breakfasts.

So why do breakfast skippers have such a high risk of stroke and cerebral hemorrhage?

High blood pressure increases the chance of strokes and heart attacks by up to six times.

And the authors of both the Japanese and American studies found that people who skipped breakfast had higher blood pressure scores than those who consumed it.

So, your number one health goal should be to lower your blood pressure, and eating breakfast daily will get you closer to that goal.

High Blood Pressure Treatment at Home - These Fruits and Vegetables Raise Blood Pressure

Everyone knows that eating fruits and vegetables is the best thing for lowering blood pressure.

And that’s true – in most cases.

But there is one particular case where specific fruits and vegetables can actually raise your blood pressure by almost 5 points in two hours, and you must avoid this at all costs.

In a study from the Environmental Health Center at the Seoul National University College of Medicine in Korea, scientists wanted to find out what effects bisphenol A, a chemical used in most plastic containers and for lining food and beverage cans, had on blood pressure.

They published their study in the journal Hypertension.

The scientists split their participants into three groups, one that received two canned beverages, one that received two glass-bottled beverages, and one that received one canned and one glass-bottled beverage.

They then measured the participant’s blood pressure and heart rate two hours after the consumption of each beverage and calculated their daily blood pressure averages.

The results were stunning! People who drank two canned beverages per day experienced an increase of 4.5 mm Hg increase in blood pressure – this amount was enough to push many people over the limit and have hypertension.

Several previous studies also revealed similar results.

It’s therefore essential that you only store fruits, vegetables and other types of food from containers marked “BPA free.”

However, this may not always be possible. Therefore, you would also need to take action to lower your blood pressure naturally.

High Blood Pressure Treatment at Home - These 7 Ingredients Slash Blood Pressure

When we talk about the lowering of blood pressure or tackling other health issues, we usually recommend foods to avoid.

Sometimes, this includes cutting out fat or sugar etc.

But some foods actually lower blood pressure. In today’s article, we’ll list seven types of food that you should absolutely load up on to bring your blood pressure down.

1. Potassium.  Potassium works by increasing the amount of aldosterone in your body which, in turn, forces your kidneys to excrete more salt and water. In other words, while salt increases body fluid and thereby blood pressure, potassium lowers salt, body fluid, and blood pressure. Potassium-rich foods that can assist with this include banana, avocado, potato, sun-dried tomato, soybeans, kidney beans, spinach, collard greens, kale, and most dried fruits.

2. Magnesium.  Magnesium serves as a natural calcium channel blocker. It widens your arteries so that blood can flow smoothly through them. Calcium channel blocking is precisely the effect that some blood pressure drugs attempt to accomplish. Magnesium rich foods include collard greens, spinach, kale, almonds, sunflower seeds, dark chocolate, soybeans, and kidney beans.

3. Potassium with Magnesium.  Research suggests that you can achieve the maximum effect by combining potassium and magnesium. They seem to support and strengthen each other, probably because they tackle two physical mechanisms that underlie high blood pressure. The top food that combines the two would be kale, which you can pan-fry as chips, bake in vegetable bakes, and stir-fry with other vegetables- yum!

4. Nitric Oxide.  Nitric Oxide also widens your arteries so that blood can flow easily without putting pressure onto your heart to pump harder. The best form is found in cold or half-raw foods, like beetroot and celery. In fact, a recent review of 16 studies that comprised a total of 254 participants, it was demonstrated that the intake of beetroot juice reduces blood pressure by 4-10 mmHg (millimeters of mercury) for several hours after consumption.

5. Omega-3 fatty acids.  Several mechanisms have been proposed behind the blood pressure lowering effects of omega-3, but at this stage, little agreement exists beyond the fact that it is effective. A recent scientific review of 17 studies, with a total of 1,524 volunteers, showed that most studies consider it to be effective. The best sources of omega-3 include fish, olive oil, walnuts, and flaxseeds.

6. Allicin.  This is an active ingredient in garlic. It is produced when garlic is crushed or chewed. Adding garlic to all your food will tackle the oxidative damage and inflammation that contributes to high blood pressure. Your friends may avoid you because of your smelly breath, but you can just eat plenty of parsley to counter the smell.

7. Pterostilbene.  The mechanism via which it lowers blood pressure is unknown, but there is evidence that Pterostilbene is effective. You can find it in almonds, cranberries, blueberries, and bilberries. Berries on your morning cereal or in your smoothies are fantastic.

What is the Best Way to Eliminate Vertigo Symptoms?

Click HERE to Discover How You Can Heal Your Vertigo and Dizziness Permanently in Just 15 Minutes

Eliminate Vertigo Symptoms - Vertigo and Dizziness Caused By This “Silent Sound”

Why are so many people suffering from frequent bouts of vertigo and dizziness?

It didn’t use to be like this.

The answer may lie in new technology, particularly something that used to be only found in shopping malls and other public areas but is now sneaking into your home.

It’s even so powerful that it’s now used for crowd control and weapons. No wonder it makes you dizzy.

A British academic from Southampton University published an article in the journal Proceedings of the Royal Society A that casts doubt on the existing guidelines for high-frequency ultrasound use in public areas.

Professor Tim Leighton used smartphone and tablet apps to obtain readings of high frequency/ultrasonic fields (VHF/US) fields in a couple of public areas where people had complained of dizziness, nausea, migraine, fatigue, tinnitus, and so forth.

These places included sports arenas, shopping malls, schools, libraries, museums, and railway stations.

He discovered that people were often exposed to VHF/US levels over 20 kHz, to which many people have been found to be sensitive to. He particularly highlighted that children and people between the ages of 40 and 49 were also sensitive to these high frequencies.

He warned that the guidelines for such exposure were more than 40 years old and that they did not take into account the levels to which people are now exposed to or the amount of time for which they are so exposed. As such, he recommended that new guidelines be formulated.

This is likely to be a problem in any place where there are devices like loudspeakers, door sensors, modern humidifiers, and public address systems; in other words, just about everywhere. And you don’t know whether you are being affected, because you cannot hear those high-frequency sounds.

Most people can hear sound waves only up to 20 kHz, but there are clearly exceptional cases where people can detect it and are made ill by it.

In fact, a lot of research is currently being conducted to use high-frequency ultrasound to deter teenage troublemakers.

Other researchers have been tasked with developing high-frequency ultrasound crowd control weapons to make political and economic protesters fall ill, obviously as a way to make them go home and stop the protests.

Police in several countries around the world, including the United States, have already begun to use these. They have also been used on pirates to deter them from attacking ships.

In other words, everyone agrees that these waves can make people sick; that is why they are being used as weapons. The problem is that they also have so many useful applications that are used to make our lives easier.

The key would thus be to formulate new guidelines to protect people who are sensitive to these frequencies.

This problem is now more acute than ever, not just because of all the users of high sound frequencies in public areas, but also because the technology is being extended into people’s homes.

For example, if you connect your mobile phone to your television or sound system through, for instance, Google Chromecast, you are using these high sound frequencies.

If you are sensitive to sound frequencies, there is little you can do at this stage aside from avoiding areas with all the ultrasonic activity.

Alternatively, you can buy a set of industrial earplugs used by workers in industries where high-frequency ultrasound waves are used.

What is the Best Way to Treat Sleep Apnea Symptoms?

During 2018, an interesting debate broke out between the Minnesota Department of Health and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine about the use of medical marijuana in helping to treat sleep apnea symptoms. Read on to find out more.

Click on Here to Find Out How You Can Get Rid of Snoring and Sleep Apnea

Treat Sleep Apnea Symptoms - Snoring and Sleep Apnea Destroys This Brain Function

Sleep apnea causes numerous health issues. That’s well documented.
Snoring (without a sleep apnea diagnosis) has been proven to be less dangerous but can still cause many of the health issues that sleep apnea is responsible for – just on a milder level.

So, anyone experiencing snoring or sleep apnea should take notice of a new study published in the Journal of the International Neuropsychology Society.

Because it reveals damage being caused to one organ that nobody wants to lose: The brain!

Australian researchers performed a study to investigate whether people with sleep apnea struggled to remember the details of autobiographical events.

They recruited 44 people with untreated sleep apnea and 44 people without any sleep breathing problems and asked them to recall specific events from their childhoods, their early adult lives, and their recent lives.

Interestingly, while only 18.9 percent of people without sleep apnea had any memory problems of their own lives, a whole 52.3 percent of people with this condition could not recall their lives in varying detail.

In addition, they also tested two other types of memory in their subjects.

1. Semantic memories from their own lives, such as the names of people and streets. Sleep apnea sufferers fared much poorer than good sleepers, confirmed the findings of previous studies.

2. Episodic memories from their own lives, such as their first and last days at school. Both groups were equally good.

They quoted previous studies that revealed a substantial loss of grey matter in the brain regions that worked with the autobiographic memory network for people suffering sleep apnea.

This is no surprise, as snoring and sleep apnea starve your brain of oxygen while sleeping. It’s therefore essential you heal your snoring (or sleep apnea) today.

But how?

Treat Sleep Apnea Symptoms - Can Marijuana Cure Snoring and Sleep Apnea?

During 2018, an interesting debate broke out between the Minnesota Department of Health and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine about the use of medical marijuana in curing sleep apnea.

Minnesota approved the use of marijuana for sleep apnea and wrote a brief that summarized the existing research.

The Academy, on the other hand, released a position statement that not only claimed that solid evidence for its effectiveness was still lacking, but that explicitly warned people not to use it due either to that fact that many people might be intolerant of it or due to potential safety problems.

So, who’s right and who’s wrong?

The Minnesota Department of Health found four studies that they thought it was worth trying.

In the first study published in Respiratory Physiology & Neurobiology in 2008, scientists concluded from the existing literature that sleep breathing disorders were at least partially caused by stimulation of some vagus nerve pathways.

One of the functions of your vagus nerve is the unconscious control of your lungs and breathing, which shows why it might be involved in sleep apnea, and it contains a large number of cannabinoid receptors, which are the receptors that marijuana works on.

In that same journal in 2014, scientists showed that an injection of dronabinol, a version of the THC found in marijuana, directly into the vagus nerves of rats reduced their sleep apnea and increased the tone of their upper airway muscle.

This is promising, because it suggests that THC can address a cause, namely poor muscle tone, rather than simply addressing the consequences of sleep apnea.

The other two studies were proper studies on humans.

The first was performed on 17 sleep apnea sufferers, found that it significantly improved the sleep breathing quality of the participants after 21 days of using either 2mg, 5mg, or 10mg daily.

The second compared the use of dronabinol with a fake treatment and used 56 sleep apnea sufferers as subjects, and was published in the journal Sleep.

Its subjects used 2mg, 5mg, or 10mg of dronabinol an hour before bedtime and it was found on average that they experienced a 33 percent reduction in breathing pauses throughout the night. Those on 10mg reported the most satisfaction with the treatment.

The only problem?

Dronabinol, sold under brand names like Marinol, is not natural marijuana. It is a synthetic, i.e. laboratory-made, version of THC. This is the type of synthetic drug that we would usually warn against because it is not natural.

No study on real marijuana as a treatment has been done because it is still illegal in most places, thereby causing a major brake on research.
Real marijuana primarily contains THC and CBD, and smaller amounts of healthy flavonoids and terpenes.

You can easily obtain 10mg of THC from natural marijuana, as you can from dronabinol. If the strain you buy has 10 percent of THC, just use 100mg before bedtime.

The only question that has yet to be answered is whether other marijuana ingredients hinder the ability of THC to relax your upper airway muscles and reduce your breathing pauses.

Whether or not you use or try marijuana is entirely up to you. But for the purpose of healing snoring and sleep apnea, there is a much easier, legal method.

Treat Sleep Apnea Symptoms - How Snoring Kills (even in absence of sleep apnea)

We usually think of snoring as a harmless annoyance.

Yes, it’s loud and it may keep your partner (and you) up at night. But doctors often consider its sister, disease sleep apnea, to be much more dangerous.

But a new study just presented a study at a meeting of the Radiological Society of North America revealed the real danger of snoring.

In fact, it’s death toll makes it the #1 killer in today’s society.

The researchers obtained the information they analyzed from the UK Biobank, a research project that recorded the health of 500,000 volunteers over time.

They then analyzed the data of 4,877 of these volunteers for whom cardiac MRI scans were available.

Study subjects were divided into three groups: 118 of them who had been diagnosed with sleep apnea, 1,886 who self-reported as being snorers, and 2,477 who reported neither of the two.

Compared with the unaffected group, both sleep apnea sufferers and snorers were more likely to have enlarged left ventricles.

The left ventricle is the bottom left chamber of your heart. It is the largest of your heart’s chambers and the main pumping chamber, and it is responsible for pumping oxygen-rich blood to your whole body.

Enlargement of the ventricle and thickening of its walls, which is caused by snoring and sleep apnea in this study, are big problems that are similar to those caused by high blood pressure.

It means that your heart has to work harder and would thereby eventually lead to heart failure.
