I’m sure by now you are well aware that poor diet habit such as having too much sugar or too much salt can cause high blood pressure and heart attack.

What you may not aware that there are a lot of hidden sugar that can be found even in some supposedly healthy food that can cause high blood pressure and heart attack

We’ve all been warned time and again that too much sugar in the diet affects your health. It leads to conditions like type 2 diabetes, obesity, heart attack and stroke – just to name a few.

But even if you make the utmost attempt to eat healthy, you may not be aware of all the “hidden sugar” sneaked into your food.

And just one little bite of these sneaky food, can increase your risk of heart attack by a scary 18-50%.

The hidden sugar we’re talking about that can cause high blood pressure and heart attack is in the form of ‘added sugar’. This, when consumed regularly as a part of the diet, increase the risk of heart disease by as much as 20 percent!

It is a common practice for manufacturers to add sugar in different forms to improve flavor, appearance, and texture. The tough part is that people might not even be able to guess that they’re consuming a potential ‘sugar bomb’.

Even those who are aware of added sugar will not really know how much it is in real terms. Here’s an example: A can of soda (we all know that’s the worst) has about 44 grams of sugar. A teaspoon holds about 4 grams of sugar. Do the math and you’ll realize that there are 11 teaspoons of sugar in a can and absolutely nothing else in terms of nutritional value!

Grown up persons should not consume more than 20 – 36 grams of sugar per day and for children, the limit should be 12 grams per day.

The common culprits that you may not aware that can cause high blood pressure and heart attack are beverages, cakes, candy, ice cream, pies and fruit drinks. Maybe this might not be so surprising, but read on…

But added sugar is also found in big doses in savory stuff like ketchup and salad dressings. So the health benefits of the big salad you were so proud of having for lunch may be completely sabotaged.

Quanhe Yang and his team of researchers in the Centers for Disease Control analyzed national health survey data and found out that added sugar made up 14.9 percent of daily calories in American diet between 2005 and 2010. Then they compared this data with the incidence of deaths related to heart disease.

The risk of heart-related death increases 18 percent for those who received the average 15 percent of daily calories from added sugar, compared to diets containing little to no added sugar.

How to Reduce Risk of Heart Attack and High Blood Pressure

If you want to reduce risk of heart attack and high blood pressure, there is one common act you should stop doing that can raise your risk of suffering heart attack 850% within two hours of doing this. All of us do this once in a while but if you, like so many, make a habit of doing this, it could eventually land you in the emergency room or worse.

This Can Increase Heart Attack Risk by 850% In the Next Two Hours (new study) and which is What You Should Avoid Doing to Reduce Risk of Heart Attack and High Blood Pressure

The study was conducted by a research team from The University of Sydney and published in the European heart journal, Acute Cardiovascular Care.

In the study, 313 people who had just survived a heart attack were questioned about their emotional state right before their heart gave in.

Researchers found that having an angry outburst increased the patient’s risk of heart attack for the next two hours 8.5 times.

This result supports previous studies that have shown that angry outbursts can both increase heart attack risk by up to 9 times (900%) and stroke risk by up to 14 times (1400%).

The same study showed that having an anxiety attack also drastically increased the risk of suffering heart attack.

What are the Factors that Can Increase Heart Attack Risk?

The three most common types of angry eruptions that landed people in the emergency room were:

1) Arguing with family members (29%)
2) Other arguments (42%)
3) Work anger (14%)
4) Driving anger (14%)

But an angry outburst is usually just the tip of the iceberg. It’s the end result of a build-up of stress that gets triggered, usually by some petty thing which at some point will increase heart attack risk. How many times have you argued with your spouse or someone else and then you couldn’t even remember how it all started?

What Can You Do to Reduce Risk of Heart Attack and High Blood Pressure?

Our goal should be, therefore, to remove all stress from our bodies if you want to reduce risk of heart attack and high blood pressure. To let go of the build-up of stress that among other things causes high blood pressure and heart attack.

Now, we can’t all live like Buddhist monks – untouched by the world we live in.

But there is a simple, easy, method thousands of readers have used to reboot their system and eliminate stress and high blood pressure from their bodies.

I call this method a “Focused Break.” It’s a set of three easy exercises, proven to lower blood pressure and remove stress in only a few minutes.

This Cheap Mineral Can Reduce Blood Pressure Quickly in 1 Month

Researchers recently published a literature review in the American Heart Association’s journal Hypertension revealing a cheap, easy-to-find mineral is as a great way to reduce blood pressure quickly in 1 month.

They analyzed 34 existing scientific studies with 2,028 participants altogether. And the results were astonishing.

Almost everyone taking this cheap supplement experienced a drop in blood pressure and on the average, you could expect over 10% lowered stroke risk.

Participants took 300 mg (milligrams) of magnesium per day for a period of three months. Almost everyone recorded a blood pressure decrease after just one month.

Best of all, the best quality studies with the lowest drop-out rates showed the greatest reductions in blood pressure, meaning that you may experience a drop of more than 2.0 and 1.78 mmHg.

If these numbers sound ridiculously low to you, a review of the blood pressure reduction literature in a 2003 edition of the Journal of Hypertension showed people with high blood pressure saw a 5% reduction in risk of stroke for one mmHg reduction in blood pressure.

The researchers attributed the effect to the ability of magnesium to improve blood flow and to relax blood vessels.

What to Eat in Order to Reduce Blood Pressure Quickly in 1 Month?

Magnesium is naturally abundant in dark leafy greens (spinach, kale, and Swiss chard), nuts and seeds (pumpkin seed, sesame seed, almonds, Brazil nuts, pine nuts, and cashews), beans, whole grains, bananas, and avocado.

For animal sources, try fish (mackerel, tuna, and salmon), milk, and yogurt.

As a magnesium-rich dessert, have a block of dark chocolate.

How to Regulate Blood Pressure and Boost Health?

For decades we’ve been suffering the hype and hoopla about the “dangers” of sodium. However, studies have failed to prove any benefits of a low sodium diet to regulate blood pressure and boost health. In fact, multiple research studies revealed that the DASH low-salt diet was linked to an increased heart disease risk.

This Odd Type of Salt Can Regulate Blood Pressure and Boost Health

For decades we’ve been suffering the hype and hoopla about the “dangers” of sodium.

The so-called nutritional specialists and the medical world keep trying to convince us that the salt is a common denominator of high blood pressure and other cardiovascular diseases.

However, studies have failed to prove any benefits of a low sodium diet to regulate blood pressure and boost health. In fact, multiple research studies revealed that the DASH low-salt diet was linked to an increased heart disease risk.

Salt is absolutely essential to maintain good health and wellbeing IF you use the right kind.

Due to this ongoing propaganda against salt, we tend to forget how crucial it is to our health and the fact that we cannot survive without it.

Why This Salt Can Regulate Blood Pressure and Boost Health?

Unprocessed salt is necessary for many essential biological processes:

• Transferring nutrients in and out of cells.
• Regulating and maintaining blood pressure.
• Boosting the glial cells in the brain that are responsible for long-term planning and creative thinking.
• Salt is an important component of blood plasma, extracellular fluid, lymphatic fluid and amniotic fluid.
• Helps brain communicate with the muscles to create the movement.

It does, however, matter what kind of salt you use if you want to regulate blood pressure and boost health.

Regular table salt is refined and contains as much as 89 percent of sodium.

Compare that to a natural, unrefined salt containing less than 84 percent of sodium chloride. The other 16 percent of natural salt consists of essential minerals like phosphorus, vanadium and silica.

In processed salt the remaining percentage consists of manmade chemicals like moisture absorbents and added iodine.

Processed salt is then dried using an excessive heat above 1200 degrees Fahrenheit, eventually altering and changing the natural chemical structure of it.

Same as with most of the foods, salt is healthiest when it is not processed.

One of the best natural salts available in the market today is pink Himalayan salt.

It is absolutely natural, pure salt that spent thousands of years maturing under the tectonic plate of the Himalayan Mountains.

Pink Himalayan salt is minimally processed, hand-washed and hand-mined containing as much as 84 trace minerals from ancient seas.

Luckily, you can find this wonder salt in most health food stores and supermarkets all over the world. Even though it’s pricier than regular refined table salt, it’s definitely worth the price if you want to regulate blood pressure and boost health.

The Strange Daily Habit that Improve High Blood Pressure and Overall Cardiovascular Health

These lifestyle changes that can improve high blood pressure and overall cardiovascular health most often include balanced diet, exercising and reducing stress.

You may also receive recommendations on good herbs that improve high blood pressure and overall cardiovascular health.

New research from Villanova University, however, uses none of the above methods to improve high blood pressure and overall cardiovascular health. Instead it proves that ONE daily habit we should be doing anyway drastically lowers blood pressure and improves cholesterol level.

Between the years 2000 and 2010, researchers studied over 500,000 people with periodontal disease as well as over 200,000 subjects as a control group and found that those who had regular dentist visits/teeth cleanings and no periodontal disease as well as those with treated periodontal disease, had a significantly reduced risk of stroke, versus those with untreated periodontal disease.

In another study, people who brush their teeth and floss regularly, have been shown to have a reduced risk for heart disease, which can cause stroke or heart attack.

Why would simply visiting the dentist regularly (every 6 months) for cleanings and treatment and brushing and flossing one’s teeth prevent heart disease?

Researchers have found links between increased levels of disease-causing bacteria in the mouth and atherosclerosis in the carotid artery (neck).

Clogging of these arteries can cause stroke. Additionally, blocked arteries in other locations of the body can lead to heart attack.

What Can You Do to Fix High Blood Pressure without Expensive Medications?

Looking for an easy-to-eat food that can fix high blood pressure, dangerous cholesterol and diabetes, all at the same time?

It seems too good to be true since “magic bullet” foods are generally kind of unpalatable and hard to find.

Most doctors and nutritionists recommend adding whole grains to your diet if you are suffering from diabetes, high blood pressure, and unhealthy cholesterol levels.

What is in this grain that can help you to fix high blood pressure?

Chances are, you already know about the power of buckwheat.
Buckwheat isn’t actually wheat at all. It’s a seed. And what an amazing seed it is.

This little food is so packed with nutrients and healthful benefits that it just boggles the mind that more people don’t include it in their diets.

Buckwheat is considered a fruit grain, but has all the benefits of actual cereal grains. It is packed with a host of vitamins and nutrients, and because it can be eaten without processing, almost all of them find their way to your body’s systems because they don’t perish in a cooking or preparation process.

Because of its very high concentrations of magnesium, tryptophan, and manganese, buckwheat is an excellent grain for those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or other circulatory diseases. These nutrients are generally lacking in most Western diets, so this fits the bill nicely.

It is also very high in fiber, which is the golden pass to cholesterol bliss. It can be difficult to get enough fiber in the diet, especially if you aren’t a fan of raw vegetables or just gag at the thought of choking down another bran muffin.

Buckwheat can be found in almost any health food store, and because of its growing popularity, is finding its way onto commercial grocery store shelves as well.

As far as serving size goes, you can eat as much or as little as you want, although it is recommended to eat about 5 to 10 ounces a week.

Because they have a very mild, almost unnoticeable taste, people put seeds and sprouts in everything from entrees to desserts. And because most buckwheat that you find at health food stores is going to be without genetic modification, you can rest easy that you are eating a whole food that will do your body a world of good.
