Can this Interesting Vertigo and Dizziness Stimulation Cure Reduce Vertigo Symptoms?

A new study that appeared in the Journal of Neurology has now shown that a specific type of stimulation can cure even the most stubborn variants of vertigo.

This is even when all other treatments had failed to reduce vertigo symptoms.

The best part of this stimulation treatment would be in the fact that it is completely un-invasive and has no apparent side effects.

In the past 20 years, the American Food and Drug Administration has authorized vagus nerve stimulation for conditions ranging from epilepsy to a migraine. However, in the past, devices had to be implanted beneath the skin to stimulate this nerve.

These days, external devices have become available, where you can press on the nerve to stimulate it through your skin. Like the internal devices, it sends electrical pulses to the nerve in order to stimulate it to address your unique problem.

Your vagus nerves run from your brain through your neck, chest, and abdomen to your colon.

Researchers recruited people who had been diagnosed with Persistent postural-perceptual dizziness (PPPD), which happens to be the hardest form of vertigo to treat.

In the case of these subjects, all other treatments had failed.

They split their subjects into two groups: one that received vagus nerve stimulation, and the other that received standard treatments for vertigo.

They applied vagus nerve stimulation to the stimulation group during periods of severe vertigo, and regularly in the mornings and evenings, even when their vertigo was not too severe.

Watch this Video – Vagus Nerve Stimulation

The results were found to be very impressive in helping to reduce vertigo symptoms. The nerve stimulation improved their quality of life, their depression scores, and their anxiety levels significantly when compared with subjects who received the standard treatments.

In addition, their vertigo attacks were less severe, they experienced markedly fewer periods of exacerbation, they were steadier on their feet, and swayed a lot less while moving. This was just after four weeks of treatment.

The one downside would be that it is a short-term treatment whose effects do not last, so to continue enjoying the benefits, one will have to continue regular stimulation.

Interestingly, our simple vertigo and dizziness exercises work in a somewhat similar way and work for almost everyone.

Unlike the stimulation therapy, however, the results are usually permanent. This means that you don’t have to continue the exercises unless you want to.

The Effects of Vertigo on Cognitive Function and How to Reduce Vertigo Symptoms?

We normally think of vertigo as something that has serious consequences for our ability to walk, run, turn, accurately grab objects, and other motor skills.

But a new study in the latest Journal of Hearing Science revealed that vertigo also has serious consequences for our cognitive abilities.

Researchers did their study on children to find out whether kids with vertigo could develop properly. However, it was found that the same concerns existed for adults, as you will see.

They identified 13 kids with vertigo and recruited 60 others with whom to compare them.

All the kids were tested on their visuospatial working memory, selective visual attention, mental rotation, and space orientation.

All these involve our ability to process information regarding our environment and our place in it that we receive from our senses.

For example, if you read a map and transfer the details of the map to the environment that you perceive around you to make sense of it, you first build mental representations of what you expect the environment to look like, and then compare the mental representation with your environment. That requires many of the skills listed above.

Spatial orientation also involves your feeling regarding where your body is in relation to your environment, such as feeling that you are turning left while turning left, and can include your memory of your route home and your ability to find your car in a crowded parking lot, for instance.

Interestingly enough, previous studies have shown that taxi drivers were particularly good at visuospatial processing because they used it all the time, while many of us who use our smart phone’s GPS features to find our way are becoming increasingly poor our innate ability for it as we rely on our phones to do our brain’s work.

The hypothesis is that vertigo, because it compromises our balance and our ability to see and sense locations in space, will thus compromise this variant of visuospatial processing.

The authors of the new study found that, with the exception of selective visual attention, kids with vertigo were generally bad at processing visuospatial information, especially in tasks that required a lot of focus and attention.

However, they showed no disadvantages when performing simpler tasks that required the processing of static and simple information.
From previous studies, it would appear that this was a problem for adults too.

For instance, in 2015, the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society published a study that tested elderly people who suffered from age-related vestibular loss. Your vestibular system is the system in your ears responsible for balance.

Those with poor vestibular functions were bad at tests that involved the rotation of cards, the making of trails, visual memory, and the speedy placement of pins in holes on a pegboard.

In July 2018, the journal Scientific Reports also published a study that found that people with vertigo were poor at a trail-making test based on the speed of their visuospatial perception and the speed of their visuospatial processing.

Luckily, vertigo sufferers improved with these tasks once their vertigo was relieved.

It is therefore very important to heal vertigo as soon as possible.

Fortunately, simple body balance exercises found here heal almost everyone’s vertigo and dizziness – often on the very first day itself…

How to Reduce Vertigo Symptoms?

5 Triggers of Vertigo (and how to prevent them)

You probably don’t experience vertigo all the time. It normally hits you suddenly, and you begin to feel dizzy, with the room beginning to spin. Then after anything from minutes to hours, you get better.

This leads to the big question: What triggers your vertigo?
And the second one: How can you prevent it?

A new study published in the Journal of Audiology & Otology pinpointed five triggers of vertigo. And fortunately, most of them were found to be easy to tackle.

The Korean researchers used data from 1,274 adults collected by the 2010 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey.

This included information on dizziness, nutritional intake, health status, and quality of life, paired with everything they could learn from the participant’s blood and urine tests.

It was clear that vertigo significantly decreased one’s quality of life, as…

1) People with vertigo were more likely than their peers to complain of impairments in mobility, self-care, the performance of everyday tasks, and either anxiety or depression.
2) They had a longer history of falls, which is unsurprising.
3) They were more likely to report limiting their daily activities compared their peers, which is understandable if these activities are harder to accomplish.
4) Accordingly, the vertigo sufferers reported a poorer quality of life than their peers, which is precisely the aspect of vertigo which makes it so difficult to live with.

The good news is that researchers could pinpoint several factors that contribute to vertigo. Most of them were things that could be fixed.

This is what they found:
1) Women and elderly people were significantly more likely to suffer from vertigo than men and younger individuals.
2) People with vertigo were more likely to have consumed lower levels of vitamin B2, vitamin A, and carotene (a building block of vitamin A).
3) People with higher levels of hemoglobin, which was often caused by smoking, drugs, dehydration, lung disease, heart disease, or cancer, were more likely to have vertigo. Hemoglobin is a protein in your red blood cells that carries oxygen.
4) People with higher amount of fats in their blood streams were the most likely to have vertigo.
5) People with high creatinine levels, often due to kidney disease, were more likely to have vertigo. Creatinine is a waste product in the normal breakdown of muscle cells which your kidneys are meant to remove from your body.

High blood pressure and chronic middle ear infection were also risk factors.

What is clear from this list is that the main underlying cause of vertigo would be the lack of blood flow through the arteries, particularly with arteries that lead to the head.

Interestingly, I’ve helped thousands of vertigo sufferers heal themselves using simple exercises that, in addition to synchronizing balance systems, also increase blood flow up to the head. Learn more and test-drive these easy vertigo exercises here…

What is really the Best Natural Vertigo Treatment?

This Natural Vertigo Treatment Beats Medication - For a medical problem that is as common as vertigo, clinicians are still remarkably uninformed about how to diagnose and treat it. This Natural Vertigo Treatment Beats Medication

For a medical problem that is as common as vertigo, clinicians are still remarkably uninformed about how to diagnose and treat it.

It is still very common for doctors to prescribe a range of drugs that often makes the vertigo worse. These include diuretics/water tablets, antihistamines and anti-cholergenics, all of which cause dizziness and drowsiness, along with anti-anxiety drugs like Valium and Xanax, which have a similar.

But a new study in a Russian journal called Zhurnal nevrologii i psikhiatrii imeni SS Korsakova has shown that non-drug treatments are safer and more effective than drug treatments for combating vertigo.

599 subjects were all diagnosed with vertigo after first being misdiagnosed as suffering from a variety of conditions which included: clogged arteries at the back of the brain that provided the brain with blood (vertebrobasilar insufficiency), brain damage because of high blood pressure or clogged arteries (encephalopathy), cervical spondyloarthrosis (a condition that damages the joints and vertebrae in the neck), or damage to the autonomic nervous system (autonomic dystonia).

Once they were all properly assessed, 39% of the group was diagnosed with Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), 29% with phobic postural vertigo (PPV), 14% with Ménière’s disease, 11% with vestibular neuritis (infection of the inner ear nerves), and 5% with multisensory dizziness in the elderly.

BPPV is the most common and the easiest to treat, with a success rate of 90.2% with the first treatment, and 100% with the second treatments.

The treatment for BPPV is a relatively simple series of head movements that clear these semicircular canals in your inner ear of the calcium crystals that have accidentally become trapped in them.

The other conditions that cause vertigo had to be treated via rehabilitation programs specifically designed for each patient.

These included:

1. Balance retraining, whereby your vertigo is deliberately triggered to teach your brain to interpret the scrambled signals as harmless.
2. Vision stability training, a process similar to balance retraining but concentrated on the visual interpretations of your surroundings.
3. Posture training, whereby you learn to eliminate unnecessary head movements that trigger your attacks.
4. General fitness and strength training to prevent your body from collapsing when attacks occur.

These programs were successful in alleviating the symptoms in all the study subjects with the other conditions, along with eliminating vertigo attacks in the majority of them.

But there is one natural treatment that works effectively for pretty much all types of vertigo – it is easy head balance exercises that are found here, and these can eliminate vertigo and dizziness from as soon as the first day…

To be clear, it is very unlikely that this is the cause of your vertigo.
But a new study published in the journal The Laryngoscopereveals it is on the rise and it does lead to hearing loss and vertigo.

Syphilis may sound like a disease from the middle ages, but it has actually been making a come-back in developed countries since 2005.

While the reasons for this comeback is not entirely obvious, it might be related to all the antibiotics in our animal-derived foods.

One form of syphilis is called otosyphilis and that’s the form that’s most likely to cause vertigo.

Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of otosyphilis, as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, were identified.

All of them were male, 75 percent of them were homosexual, and 67 percent tested positive for AIDS. They had an average age of 48.

58 percent had been diagnosed with hearing loss in both ears, 17 percent with hearing loss in one ear, and 25 percent had fluctuating hearing loss.
75 percent of them had tinnitus and 17 percent had vertigo.

The point of this study was to encourage people with vertigo, tinnitus, or hearing loss, and for people whose vertigo seems difficult to diagnose or treat to ask for a blood test for syphilis.

But obviously, it’s very (VERY) unlikely that your vertigo is caused by syphilis.

Instead, it is more likely caused by simple miscommunications between the different balance systems. And that can easily be treated using the simple home exercises found here…

This Natural Vertigo Treatment Can Cure these 2 Types of Vertigo

Two Vertigo Types Cured the Same Way

Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is the most common form of vertigo.
This type of vertigo has two subtypes: traumatic and idiopathic.

The traumatic type most commonly occurs in response to a blow to your head.

The idiopathic type is the one that occurs spontaneously, with no definite cause, and is the type that sends people rushing to the emergency room in fear of a stroke.

A new study in the journal Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery has revealed a simple treatment that works for both of these subtypes.

They examined the medical charts of 1,378 people who visited a tertiary otology center between 2007 and 2017. All of them had been diagnosed with and treated for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, while 8% of the group had suffered from the traumatic variant.

Surprisingly, there were no major differences between the two types (leading to the question on the need to categorize them).

The symptoms, the treatments, and the treatment outcomes were the same for both types, and primarily consisted of a series of head movements that moved the crystals that were out of the semi-circular canals back to where they belonged.

Overall, 38% of the patients required more than one course of treatment, with symptoms reoccurring after the first session.

The treatment resolved the symptoms completely in 76% of the cases and showed significantly improved symptoms in the rest of them.

Yet, a more effective method for vertigo would be a set of easy head balance exercises you can do from the comfort of your own home. You can learn these simple vertigo and dizziness exercises here

Type 2 Diabetes Caused by this “Night Habit” (Weird but Serious)

Type 2 diabetes is becoming increasingly common. So, unsurprisingly, are many of the factors that cause it.

In fact, one of the best-established causes is not something you would expect can contribute to type 2 diabetes.

It has nothing to do with unhealthy food, lack of exercise, obesity, or heart health. It is something that occurs almost exclusively at night.

Numerous reports published in academic journals prove that insomnia interferes with glucose metabolism and could cause type-2 diabetes.

The first studies that found that sleep deprivation led to an increase in blood glucose levels were published in the 1960s and 1970s. They were criticized for restricting the subject’s sleep to only four hours, which is less than the amount that most insomniacs sleep.

Moreover, many experts disputed that such studies in an artificial laboratory setting can be generalized to the real world, but their conclusions from the study, namely that sleep deprivation reduced glucose sensitivity by as much as 40 percent, made a valuable contribution to the subject.

A 2007 report in the journal Sleep took results from the first National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey between 1982 and 1992 and calculated that people who slept five hours or less were more likely to develop type-2 diabetes than normal sleepers were.

This study was scientifically quite thorough, and had the medical details of over 9,000 subjects, allowing them to rule out obesity, physical activity levels, alcohol use, depression, and a whole range of other factors that could have caused diabetes. After ruling out all other factors, they concluded that it was definitely insomnia that was the cause of it.

Similar studies with equally good scientific controls have been conducted on:

– 2,649 Japanese men for eight years (published in Diabetes Care in 2004),
– 6,599 non-diabetic Swedish men for approximately fifteen years (published in
Diabetes Care in 2005),
– 4,140 and 4,129 non-diabetic German men and women (published in
Diabetologia in 2005)
– and many more…

Therefore, the thesis that insomnia causes type 2 diabetes seems quite well established. If you sleep five hours or less on average, you have a larger risk of losing control over your blood glucose and developing type-2 diabetes.

But why does this happen?

Your night’s sleep can be divided into five stages: sleep stages one and two are light sleep, stages three and four are deep sleep, and stage five is REM sleep during which you dream. You get most of your important restorative sleep during the deep sleep stages of three and four.

Glucose metabolism is slower during deep sleep because your brain needs and uses very little energy. Insomniacs lack this sleep. Their bodies demand energy almost 24 hours a day, so their blood glucose must be maintained, and their pancreases must continue to secrete insulin.

Remember that type-2 diabetes occurs when your blood glucose level and your insulin secretion are consistently high enough that your body loses its sensitivity to insulin. If blood glucose and insulin secretion never dropped, as is the case with insomniacs, it is not surprising that insulin insensitivity follows.

Other hormones responsible for increased blood glucose are also secreted in larger amounts if deep sleep is lacking, such as growth hormone and cortisol.

If you have trouble sleeping, here is an easy method that puts you into a deep sleep in 10 minutes and keeps you sleeping throughout the night…

And if you have already developed type-2 diabetes, here is the 3-step strategy that thousands of readers have successfully used to reverse their type-2 diabetes in 28 days or less…

This Wonderful Fruit Can Help You to Treat Diabetes Without Medication

Common Berries Heal High Blood Pressure and Diabetes

Native to parts of Europe and Asia are beautiful shrubs that bear dark purple berries.

The deeply pigmented berries from these shrubs boast chart-topping levels of health-promoting phytonutrients, such as anthocyanins, flavonols, and phenolic acids.

These compounds protect the plant from pests and parasites and give protective properties, which include antioxidants, antimicrobials, and anti-inflammatory activity to those who consume them.

But the most important thing for us would be that these berries can heal both high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.

In addition to the antioxidant properties, blackcurrant seeds are famous for their high levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids, notably the essential fatty acid gamma linolenic acid, or GLA. Blackcurrant has been used in traditional herbal medicine to treat a wide range of health conditions, including high blood pressure and diabetes.

Recently, scientific studies have found evidence confirming these health claims.

Blood Pressure-Lowering

A number of researchers have been particularly interested in the potential of blackcurrants and other high-phytonutrient berries as a therapeutic option for high blood pressure and other cardiovascular diseases.

A study that included women between the ages of 18 and 75 years found that participants who consumed higher levels of anthocyanins and flavones – an amount equivalent to 1-2 portions of berries daily – was found to have suppler arteries and significantly lower blood pressure.

Certain compounds contained in blackcurrants have been found to lower blood pressure through exerting their effects on the blood pressure regulating system in the kidneys, which is known as the renin-angiotensin system.

These compounds inhibit an enzyme that fuels signalling pathways that lead to increased blood pressure.

In a clinical trial, researchers enriched commercially available mixed berries juices with blackcurrant extract and found that the enriched juice produced significant blood pressure-lowering effects, and there was an even more pronounced benefit occurring in participants with hypertension when they were compared to their normal blood pressure cohorts.
Furthermore, the blackcurrant-enriched juice reduced blood pressure variability, making it more stable.

Furthermore, in a study that measured blood pressure spikes in response to psychological stress among volunteers that had reactive hypertension, blackcurrant seed oil received high marks for blood pressure-lowering benefits. Reactive hypertension is a form of high blood pressure in which patients are susceptible to rapid and dangerous increases in blood pressure when they experience anxiety or stress.

Researchers reported that blackcurrant seed oil inhibited blood pressure reactivity by more than 40%. The berry extract also produced a significant overall drop in diastolic blood pressure – the lower number of the blood pressure ratio signified the pressure in the arteries in between beats when the heart is relaxed.

Diabetes Management

A number of laboratory studies have revealed the potential benefits of blackcurrants for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes.
In a study on mice, blackcurrant extract reduced obesity-associated inflammation. Over time, these low-grade, chronic inflammations can trigger metabolic disturbances that lead to impaired blood sugar control.

When treated with blackcurrant extract, the mice displayed lower levels of key inflammatory markers, lower blood glucose levels, and lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels – all of which were important predictors of diabetes risk. Researchers concluded that blackcurrant consumption might, therefore, help counteract the detrimental effects of high-fat and high-cholesterol diets.

A compound in blackcurrant called cyanidin-3-rutinoside (C3R) showed potential anti-diabetes effects by inhibiting carbohydrate-digesting enzymes, thereby limiting the digestion of carbohydrates.

Researchers of one study concluded that C3R might be useful in the prevention of high post-meal blood sugar spikes that characterize type 2 diabetes. The same benefits of C3R might also occur in people with some forms of insulin-resistance and pre-diabetes, which could possibly be used to help those individuals avoid developing the disease.

While sugar and fats are normally blamed for these epidemics, a new study has shown that DBT may actually be the real devil when it comes to accumulating belly fat.

And unfortunately, DBT is all around us.

DBT (Dibutyltin) is a chemical commonly used in the production of polyvinyl chloride, also known as PVC, or simply vinyl plastics.

It is often used for the construction of window frames, indoor water and sewerage pipes, gutters and downspouts, flooring, ceiling tiles, wall coverings, and for the insulation around electrical cables.

In fact, since it is a cheaper alternative to rubber and leather, it is also used for water-resistant clothing and apparels such as raincoats, jackets, shoes, backpacks, shower curtains, fake leather upholstery, and tarpaulins.

This means that it is all around us, including within the very construction material used for our homes. If you were to ask your builder to build your house without it, he or she will promptly walk off from the job!

The new study, performed on mice, shows that DBT may be responsible for obesity and diabetes.

The scientists first applied DBT directly to cells in a dish, demonstrating that it activated two proteins that rapidly built fat cells from available cellular building blocks.

This not only led to an increase in the number of fat cells, but also to the amount of fat that each cell carried.

They made sure that they did not use DBT than what humans were typically exposed to.

They then gave the DBT directly to mice in their drinking water, after which the mice put on a lot more weight than the control group of mice did.

They also noticed that the DBT group displayed higher blood fasting glucose and there was a change in the way their pancreases produced insulin, which put them at risk of diabetes.

When they gave the DBT to pregnant mice and to mice that were breastfeeding, they noticed that the male offsprings put on more weight than those who were not exposed to it despite the fat in their diets being increased.

If this is true for humans too, then another explanation for the alarmingly high rates of obesity and diabetes in the 21st century would have emerged.

While the DBT in your house and possessions probably emit particles for you to ingest only when it is heated or otherwise damaged, it does get into our food supply through many other means.

For example, since it is the second most common plastic behind only polyethylene, millions of tons of it must be disposed of somehow annually.

Much of it ends up in our soil through landfills, and in our rivers and oceans through inappropriate disposal.

If cows and fish eat these particles and our plant and food contain them, we would obviously ingest a fair amount of it.

Unfortunately, there appears to be very little we can do about this in the short run. But there is something you can do today about overweight and type 2 diabetes.

Here is the simplest way I know that will let you shed off extra weight, using what I call “the third element of weight loss” (first and second being diet and exercises)…

And here are the 3 steps thousands of readers have used to reverse their type 2 diabetes in 28 days or less…

This post is from the 3 Steps Diabetes Strategy Program. It was created by Jodi Knapp from Blue Heron health news that has been recognized as one of the top quality national health information websites.

In this program, Jodi Knapp shares practical tips and advice on how you can prevent and cure diabetes naturally. She also dispels myths commonly associated with diabetes, like for example, diabetes being a lifelong condition. There are also lots of information going around that is simply not true and she’s here to correct it.

Diabetes is a disease, and it can be cured. This is just one of the important tips Jodi reveals in her program. Also she included several ways in preventing the onset of disease, choosing the right food to eat, recommended vitamin supplements, the right time of the day to take the blood sugar and many more.

But the most amazing thing would have to be her program which only takes 3 simple steps. What it does is cure diabetes without having to rely on expensive drugs, diets that make sufferers crave for even more food they are not supposed to eat, and exercise programs that make people feel tired and depressed.

What is the Best Way to Permanently Cure Erectile Dysfunction?

Is this Painful Way the Only Best Way to Permanently Cure Erectile Dysfunction?

The Most Drastic Way to Heal ED (is the pain worth it?)

There is one extreme treatment that has a good chance of curing your ED for good.

Cons: It requires no pills or medications but it is extremely invasive and you could even say weird.

Pros: 80% of men and their partners are extremely happy they did it and 97% strongly recommend it.

The only question, are you brave enough to do it?

An interesting report appeared recently in the Journal of Sexual Medicine.
The authors interviewed 47 men who had undergone penile prosthesis implantation between 2003 and 2012.

All the men chose to have the surgery performed to cure their erectile dysfunction, rather than for other medical reasons, and the study asked them about their level of satisfaction with the results.

Of the participants, 79% percent of the men reported being happy with the implants. During the interviews, the most common reasons for reporting satisfaction included these:

1. Themes related to the enhancement of self-esteem, confidence, male identity, positive emotions, and general quality of life were mentioned 54 times.
2. Themes related to improved erections, vaginal penetration, penis size, and sexual satisfaction were mentioned 54 times.
3. Themes related to an improvement in their relationships and in pleasuring their partners were mentioned 11 times.

The researchers concluded that those who were unhappy with the implants simply expected too much. Some were unhappy because they thought their penises would be bigger afterwards, while others expected it to be a panacea for a wide range of their problems in their non-sexual life.

It is possible that the small number of unsatisfied implant recipients can be even further reduced by providing proper preoperative counselling during which they should be furnished with realistic expectations to close the gap between their expectations and the eventual outcome.

If you want to know what the partners think, they seem to be even happier than the implant recipients were. 82% of the partners gave excellent sexual satisfaction scores, and a full 97% of participants and partners would recommend the surgery to others.

The satisfaction scores are surprising, given how unappealing the devices seem at first glance. There are essentially two types:

1. A non-inflatable implant that is the cheapest and that is entirely hidden inside your body. Unfortunately, this means you walk around with a permanent erection.
2. Inflatable implants come in several forms, but the basic components are a reservoir of saline, two cylinders inside the penis, and a pump between your testicles that you press to transfer the saline from the reservoir to the cylinders. When you are done, you press on the pump’s deflation valve to return the saline to the reservoir. All these components are also inside your body.

However, my recommendation is to go for a simpler, easier and less intruding method to heal your ED. Best of all, it’s completely natural and permanent.

What I’m talking about is a simple technique that helps almost everyone who uses it to completely heal their erectile dysfunction permanently.Learn more here…

Addressing this Factor is the key to Permanently Cure Erectile Dysfunction

Was ED Caused by Your Childhood Environment?

There are many theories regarding what could be causing the steep increase in ED cases for the last decade or two.

However, a new study published in Nature Ecology and Evolution reveals a surprising source – the environment we grew up in as boys.

Low testosterone level has long been considered one of the main causes of Erectile Dysfunction. But why do some men have low levels and others high?

In a new study, researchers set out to debunk the theory that states genes or race determines testosterone levels, arguing that instead, it was environmentally determined.

To do this, they compared the following groups with each other:

1. 107 adult residents of Bangladesh,
2. 59 Bangladeshi men who migrated to the United Kingdom as children,
3. 75 Bangladeshi men who migrated to the UK as adults,
4. 56 second-generation UK-born and raised children of Bangladeshi parents, and
5. 62 UK-born ethnic Europeans.

The scientists collected saliva samples to examine their participant’s testosterone levels, including data such as their height, weight, age of puberty, and other health information from which normal ED studies have excluded.

While testosterone levels were in no way related to their ethnicity, it was a reflection of their surroundings during their childhood.

Those who were raised in the UK, of both of European and Bangladeshi heritage, had higher testosterone levels than those who grew up in Bangladesh.

Money was irrelevant here, as they had compared Bangladeshi residents who were relatively financially well-off with the British residents.

Those who grew up in the UK were also taller and reached puberty earlier than those who grew up in Bangladesh.

Good testosterone level could only develop where there are no other major demands placed on the body, like the combating of infections.

Watch this video to get more ideas to permanently cure erectile dysfunction - How To Increase Testosterone, Fix Impotence And Grow Muscle- All at the same time!

From these findings, they concluded that challenging childhood conditions, like the presence of many infectious diseases or relatively poor nutrition, could compromise the men’s testosterone levels for life.

We can speculate from these findings that the overwhelming fast-food society we live in, that has very little nutritional value, is one of the contributors as to why ED is on such a steep rise.

Fortunately, there are easy home exercises found here, that you can do which will both boost your testosterone and heal ED…

Premature Death Can be Avoided if You Permanently Cure Erectile Dysfunction

ED Is Murdering Men by The Millions

One can easily understand how ED ruins relationships, self-worth, and maybe even the joy of life.

But can it actually be lethal?

Most definitely, says a new study published in the journal Circulation. In fact, it can double your risk of dying even if you do everything else right.
And taking that blue pill is not going to help.

Men with ED are twice as likely as their counterparts without ED when it came to suffer from a major cardiovascular event, such as a heart attack, stroke, heart failure, or sudden cardiac death.

The scientists analysed the information of 1,914 men between the ages 60 and 78, that was collected by the Multi-Ethnic Study of Atherosclerosis. These men were followed for four years.

It revealed that ED was an independent risk factor for cardiovascular events.

So, even if you don’t smoke, eat healthy, and exercise and even if your blood pressure, cholesterol, weight, and insulin sensitivity are perfectly normal, you are still more likely to have a cardiovascular event if you have ED than someone who didn’t suffer from it.

The researchers speculated that ED and cardiovascular disease shared some underlying pathological mechanisms, like endothelial dysfunction, inflammation, and atherosclerosis.

Atherosclerosis refers to the hardening of your arteries, and endothelial dysfunction occurs when the cells that line your blood vessels on the inside become dysfunctional in ways that can put you at risk of blood clots, high blood pressure, and other forms of arterial damage.

Therefore, even before the high blood pressure, cholesterol, and other cardiovascular risk factors can kick in, your arteries might already be sufficiently damaged enough to ruin your sexual function and could cause potentially deadly cardiovascular events.

ED may therefore be an early warning sign of more lethal conditions forming.

This post is from the Erectile Dysfunction Master Program, which was created by Christian Goodman.  This is an all-natural system that utilizes the power of exercises to permanently cure erectile dysfunction. By following the techniques in this program, you will be able to get a powerful erection and maintain it for hours so you can enjoy sex again.

Erectile problems can be physical or emotional. If your problem is physical, you need to exercise the muscles around the genital area. If your problem is emotional, then you need to learn relaxation techniques. Erection Master will teach you steps that can help get rid of your erectile dysfunction for good. As long as you're willing to commit 30 minutes of your time, 3 to 7 days a week for 1 to 2 months, they'll work for you. You can practice the steps alone or with your partner.

These techniques are far more effective than Viagra, Cialis or other drugs for erectile dysfunction. The drugs only help about 40% of men who use them and can also cause very serious side effects.
