What is the Best Way to Completely Eliminate Oxidized Cholesterol?

Completely Eliminate Oxidized Cholesterol - It’s a fruit loved by many and carries many health benefits. Scientists have previously found this fruit to be heart healthy and that it could reduce LDL cholesterol (AKA bad cholesterol). But a new study that has just been published in the Journal of Nutrition has now uncovered even more. Apparently, this fruit can drastically lower another type of cholesterol, even worse than LDL cholesterol.

Completely Eliminate Oxidized Cholesterol - Riskiest Times for Heart Attack

You’re probably aware of many things you can do to minimize the risk of having a heart attack: eat healthy, exercise moderately, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, and more.

But did you know that heart attacks occur more frequently at a certain time of the day and during some specific activities? This is the time that you should pay extra attention to how you feel.

1) The early bird doesn’t just get the worm

A recent Harvard study revealed that your risk of heart attack rises by 40% in the morning. Morning is the time when your body wants you to be the most active.

Therefore, it loads you with adrenaline and other stress hormones, which increases your blood pressure, creates more demand for oxygen and forces your heart to beat harder.

Since most of us don’t drink much water during the night, your body is also partly dehydrated, which makes your blood thicker and harder to pump. All this puts strain on the heart.

One of the healthiest things you can do is drink a big glass of water first thing in the morning. Also, try to schedule things so you can take your time in the morning without stress.

2) Another Manic Monday

As if the mornings weren’t bad enough, Monday mornings are even riskier. An alarming 20% more heart attacks occur on Monday mornings than any other day of the week. This is, of course due to the stress of going back to work after the weekend.

If possible, try to wake up the same time every day of the week. Staying up late and then sleeping in on Saturday and Sunday morning and then having to wake up early on Monday puts quite a strain on your system.

Choosing a career where you love waking up to go to work is extremely helpful as well.

3) Stuffing your mouth stuffs your heart

The plaque in the arteries that causes heart attacks develops over many years. One meal is not going to suddenly cause narrow arteries. However, studies have shown that big high-fat high calorie meals put more strain on your system that constricts blood vessels, which can trigger heart attacks.

Indulging yourself in good food occasionally doesn’t have to be harmful. Just keep the portion sizes moderate and eat slowly.

4) On the Potty

Moving the bowels is one of the most private things we can do. Most of us want to have privacy and not be distracted. And we definitely don’t want to experience a heart attack at that point.

Bowel movements, however (especially if you’re constipated), put extreme pressure on the chest, slowing down the blood returning back to the heart.

To lower your risk of having a heart attack on the potty, make sure you eat enough fiber (at least 25 gr/day), drink enough water, and avoid stress.

5) Not all exercises are created equal

Exercising is one of the key elements to improve cardiovascular health and avoid heart attacks. Too much, too quickly, however, can have the opposite effect.

If you’re not in good physical shape, begin slowly with walking and light jogging. As your health and stamina improve, you can, and should, engage in more vigorous exercises to strengthen your heart.

Sex is, in the same way, extremely heart-healthy as long as the intensity is not more than the body can handle.

6) Any kind of stressful event

Surveys have revealed that most people fear public speaking above anything. The stress of standing in front of hundreds of people has taken many lives in the form of heart attacks.

Take precautions before doing anything you know creates anxiety in your space. If you’re afraid of flying, learn relaxation techniques before. If you have to speak in front of a crowd, practice with a small group first.

There are, of course, many other situations where heart attacks can occur. Always be aware of symptoms, especially if you feel any physical or emotional strain. And always be on the safe side; it’s better to call 911 with a false alarm than needing it after it’s too late.

However, it is best to never suffer from a heart attack in the first place.

Getting your cholesterol and blood pressure under control almost bulletproofs you against dying from a heart attack or stroke.

Completely Eliminate Oxidized Cholesterol -The Most Dangerous Cholesterol Eliminated with This Fruit

It’s a fruit loved by many and carries many health benefits.

The scientists recruited 45 subjects, all of whom were overweight or obese and all of whom had high cholesterol.

They placed participants on a typical American diet for two weeks prior to the research so they could start with the same nutritional intake.

Each participant was asked to complete three diets in random order for a period of five weeks each:

A low fat diet that contained seven percent of its calories from saturated fat, 11 percent from monounsaturated fat, and six percent from polyunsaturated fat.

A medium fat diet that contained six percent of its calories from saturated fat, 17 percent from monounsaturated fat, and nine percent from polyunsaturated fat. (The monounsaturated fat consisted of high oleic acid oils).

A medium fat diet with exactly the same specifications as the one above, except the monounsaturated fat was obtained from a daily avocado instead of oleic acid.

At the beginning of the study and at the completion of each diet, they measured their participants’ overall LDL cholesterol, their large buoyant LDL cholesterol particles, their small dense LDL particles, their oxidized cholesterol, and their blood lutein.

As expected, the participant’s LDL and oxidized LDL cholesterol were lower after the avocado medium fat diet. Their lutein levels were also predictably higher.

This shows clearly that avocado helps lower cholesterol, not only by being a healthy monounsaturated fat, but also by being a strong antioxidant.

Oxidized cholesterol is overwhelmingly responsible for our current cardiovascular disease epidemic, and small dense cholesterol particles oxidize the most easily, which is why it is necessary to consume foods like avocado daily to prevent oxidation and this disease.

While consuming an avocado a day may help keep the doctor away, it’s still not enough to completely eliminate oxidized cholesterol. For that you need to cut out this ONE ingredient, you didn’t even know you were consuming…

Completely Eliminate Oxidized Cholesterol - This Cholesterol-Lowering Drugs Breaks Your Bones

This drug has been described as a miracle drug for high cholesterol. Some doctors even want to add it to our drinking water – at least make it mandatory for anyone over 50.

Almost everyone with high cholesterol is prescribed this drug.

But a new study from the Medical University of Vienna and published in Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases shows that these drugs increase your risk of a serious autoimmune bone condition by shocking 362%.

Your body breaks down your bones regularly to replace them with new stronger ones, but if it breaks them down quicker than they can be replaced, you are said to have osteoporosis. As a result, your bones are then too thin and brittle and break easily.

In 2006 and 2007, scientists collected all medical claims from almost 8 million Austrians. They isolated those who claimed for osteoporosis treatment and those who received statins for high cholesterol. They also picked people who matched them in age, sex and general health for comparison.

They were especially interested in those who had taken statins for at least one year; they wanted to see how long-term statin taking affected bone health.

They found that the statin-takers were on average 3.62 times more likely to have osteoporosis than non-statin-takers. Yikes!

The relationship between statins and osteoporosis was true for both men and women, but not for people taking very small doses.

In fact, those who took 10 mg or less per day had a smaller osteoporosis risk than the general population, but doctors almost never prescribe such a small amount.

Most statins started to pose a risk at 20 mg per day, making these drug takers almost twice as likely to develop osteoporosis.

A daily dosage of 40 mg saw the risk of developing osteoporosis skyrocket to over 5 times more when compared to people who didn’t take any statins.

So why does this happen?

During and after menopause, women are likely to develop osteoporosis because they have much lower levels of estrogen than at other times during their lives.

Estrogen is not the only sex hormone that has this effect; research shows that low levels of other female sex hormones, as well as low levels of testosterone in men, also play havoc with our bone density.

We usually think of cholesterol as something bad, but it is also a useful substance that is, among other things, one of the essential building blocks of sex hormones.

So, because statins artificially reduce our cholesterol, they interfere with the production of sex hormones, therefore raising the risk of weak brittle bones.

This is why it is a better idea to lower our cholesterol via natural methods like diet and exercise so that our bodies can reduce it in their own way.

Type 2 Diabetes Prevention –How Can I Prevent Type 2 Diabetes Naturally?

Type 2 Diabetes Prevention - Too often when talking about healthy living, we have to give up on the food and things we love the most. So, I love it when new studies come out proving the most delicious things healthy. A new study, published in the Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry, reveals a specific, delicious candy that can significantly fight type 2 diabetes.

Type 2 Diabetes Prevention - Type 2 Diabetes? Don’t Be Scammed with These Kidney Supplements

Did you know that around 40 percent of people with diabetes go on to develop chronic kidney disease?

No? Well, it’s one of the most common and most serious consequences of type 2 diabetes.

Obviously, this is a nasty cycle that needs breaking to avoid any serious fatal secondary diseases related to diabetes.

Previously, it was thought there were a number of supplements that could help prevent kidney disease in diabetes sufferers, but a new study published in the Journal JAMA has just debunked this.

Kidney disease is serious. It means that your kidneys can no longer properly remove waste and fluid from your body. The consequent buildup of waste is toxic.

Many previous studies have shown that vitamin D and fish oil supplements have anti-inflammatories, antioxidants, and other properties that may prevent the occurrence of kidney disease in diabetes sufferers, and researchers were keen to find out whether this was true or not.

They recruited 1,312 patients with type 2 diabetes who had no obvious cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, or cancer. The researchers followed them for five years, testing their blood and urine before the study to establish their glomerular filtration rate.

The participants were divided into four groups: one received real vitamin D and fish oil supplements, one received fake vitamin D and fish oil supplements, one received a real vitamin D but a fake fish oil supplement, and one that received a real fish oil but a fake vitamin D supplement.

They found an average decline in kidney function of around 12-15 percent over the five years, and this did not differ between the four groups.

Therefore, these two supplements cannot help to preserve kidney function in people with type 2 diabetes.

That’s not to say that Vitamin-D and Omega-3 is not helpful for other complications of type 2 diabetes. They’re just no good for kidney disease.

Type 2 Diabetes Prevention - Avoid kidney failure altogether. Here is the exact 3-step strategy hundreds of readers have used to completely reverse Type 2 Diabetes in 28 days or less…

Type 2 Diabetes Prevention - This Candy Halts Type 2 Diabetes

Too often when talking about healthy living, we have to give up on the food and things we love the most.

So, I love it when new studies come out proving the most delicious things healthy.

A new study, published in the Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry, reveals a specific, delicious candy that can significantly fight type 2 diabetes.

…even if your diet is not so healthy!

They discovered that a compound that naturally occurs in cocoa can fight off type 2 diabetes.

The researchers extracted data cells from rats and injected them with various flavanol compounds derived from cocoa.

While the cells injected with a complete cocoa extract and with oligomeric or polymeric procyanidin-rich extract showed no improvement in function, those treated with a monomeric catechin-rich extract immediately started producing more insulin.

To add to their findings, they fed this monomeric catechin compound to rats on a high-fat diet and compared them with rats not given this substance.

The treated rats had lower blood sugar levels and were less obese than the untreated ones… despite the bad diet.

There are a few problems with simply eating cocoa, however.,

When they used a complete cocoa extract, it failed to work, which probably means that the amount required to stimulate your beta cells is higher than you can obtain when eating cocoa or cocoa chocolate. It was only one part of cocoa, monomeric catechin, that improved diabetes.

Cocoa is bitter and normally becomes appetizing only once you mix it with a lot of sugar. Sugar is the substance that increases blood sugar and compromises insulin secretion the most, which is then completely self-defeating for a diabetic to consume.

So, if you’re going to consume cocoa, try to get very dark (preferable over 90%) chocolate.

Then combine that chocolate with other foods high in monomeric catechin. Such as green tea, apples, pears, red wine, guavas, blackberries, raspberries, and cherries.

Type 2 Diabetes Prevention - Curing Type 2 Diabetes – Without Diet or Exercises

Danish researchers recently revealed, in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, a common syndrome that increases your risk of type 2 diabetes by a scary 400%.

What’s more, it has nothing to do with bad diet or lack of exercise…

…meaning that you may be able to cure your type 2 diabetes without changing your menu.

Women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) are more likely than the general population to be overweight and struggle with insulin resistance.

Consequently, Danish researchers decided to find out whether women with this condition are more likely than others to develop type 2 diabetes.

PCOS happens when a woman develops small cysts on her ovaries that cause them to produce too much androgens (male sex hormones).

This interferes with her ability to ovulate, and causes the growth of body and facial hair, acne, obesity, infertility, and irregular menstrual periods.

The researchers picked 18,477 women with PCOS and 54,680 without PCOS from the National Patient Register.

They were checked for levels of insulin, glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, and testosterone at Odense University Hospital.

Eight out of every 1000 women with PCOS developed type 2 diabetes in the subsequent 11 years, while only two out of every 1000 of the women without this condition did so.

This means that those with the condition were four times as likely as those without the condition to suffer from diabetes.

Women with PCOS are often prescribed the oral contraceptive pill or other hormonal treatments to fight their condition. This will most likely help for type 2 diabetes as well since it tends to reduce BMI and improve insulin sensitivity.

But for the most of us, who don’t have PCOS, we need to look for other methods to cure type 2 diabetes.

Naturally Lower Blood Pressure Fast - This Common Supplement Lowers High Blood Pressure Risk by 30%

Typically, this supplement is usually prescribed to women of a childbearing age, as it has been proven to prevent birth defects.

However, according to new studies carried out by researchers at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, we should ALL (men and women) be taking this incredibly powerful supplement to avoid high blood pressure.

The study involved more than 150,000 women between 26 and 70 and was conducted to find the effects of folic acid supplementation on high blood pressure.

Researchers discovered that young females, who consume at least 800 mg of folic acid per day, lower the risks of developing high blood pressure by one third in comparison to women who took 200 mg or less per day.

They also noted that even though older women who consumed folic acid on a daily basis benefited from it, their high blood pressure risk was reduced by only 13 percent compared to the 30 percent in younger woman.

Folic acid is a B-group vitamin naturally found in dark, leafy greens like spinach, collard greens and romaine lettuce. Vegetables like asparagus, broccoli and citrus fruits are also loaded with this vital nutrient.

Folic acid is widely available all over the world in the form of a supplement. You can purchase it at drug and health food stores.

But since folic acid use is more of a preventative measure, it may not be enough to lower your blood pressure if you’ve already developed hypertension.

Here are the 3 easy exercises that can naturally lower blood pressure fast, which I used to get my blood pressure under control when everything else had failed…

Naturally Lower Blood Pressure Fast - This Seed Lowers High Blood Pressure by 15 Points

Researchers looking to see if a specific type of seed had any effect on blood pressure were recently surprised with what they found – not by the fact that it helps lower blood pressure – but by just how much.

We’re talking 15 points, which is more than most dangerous blood pressure medications can do.

And without any side effects!

Scientists looked at 2 groups – those that consumed 30 grams of milled flaxseed daily with meals and those that took a placebo.

The group that consumed the placebo saw a slight increase in their systolic (top) blood pressure number, but no significant changes in the diastolic reading in the 6-month trial.

But those that consumed flaxseed for the same duration saw an average drop of at least 15 mm/Hg systolic and 8mm/Hg diastolic.

The results are believed to be due to an extremely powerful antioxidant, alpha linoleic acid, which is naturally present in flaxseeds.

For many years, the benefits of flaxseeds were disputed, largely by drug manufacturers that purported that the seeds were of no real benefit because as soon as the seeds are milled or ground, their nutritive benefit rapidly disappeared and that any actual health changes were due to a placebo effect and not really the seeds themselves.

This most recent study debunks the ‘worthless seed’ myth. Flaxseeds have better results than the most commonly prescribed blood pressure medications.

For even more powerful results that can naturally lower blood pressure fast than seeds, check out these easy exercises that drop blood pressure below 120/80 as quickly as tonight…

Naturally Lower Blood Pressure Fast - Cheap Supplement Significantly Lowers Blood Pressure

According to the researchers from Hertfordshire University, Hatfield, in the UK, regular use of a common supplement found in every drug store significantly lowers high blood pressure.

Not only that, it also relaxes blood vessels, dissolves blood clots, prevents arrhythmia, spasms in the heart muscle, and acts as a powerful antioxidant against free radicals.

British researchers conducted a double blind placebo-controlled study involving 155 participants.

They were instructed to consume either a daily dose of magnesium supplements or a placebo for a 12-week period.

The results revealed a significant reduction in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure numbers for those who took magnesium compared to the placebo group.

Why magnesium?

Your body needs it to produce a powerful substance called vasodilators.

When blood pressure spikes, blood vessels harden and become narrow. That forces the heart to increase the power to supply enough blood to body tissues.

Vasodilators help your blood vessels relax and expand, allowing blood to flow more easily, resulting in lower blood pressure.

Magnesium is extremely important for your heart. It’s responsible for the action of our heart muscle, the relaxation of blood vessels, proper immune functioning, blood glucose regulation, as well as nerve and muscle function.

It also helps dissolve blood clots, prevents arrhythmia and spasms in the heart muscle, and acts as a powerful antioxidant against free radicals.

Magnesium is abundant in different foods, especially fruits and green vegetables.

The recommended magnesium intake for adults is 300-400 mg/day.

Understanding Keratosis Pilaris – What is the Fastest Way to Get Rid of Keratosis Pilaris?

Understanding Keratosis Pilaris – Although keratosis pilaris is common and usually harmless, you should be sure that you receive an accurate diagnose. Otherwise, treatments may not be effective, and your symptoms may worsen. Because of this, it is important that you avoid making any self-diagnoses of skin conditions; instead, speak with your family doctor or with a dermatologist to ensure that you receive a thorough medical evaluation.

Understanding Keratosis Pilaris – Diagnosing Keratosis Pilaris

Keratosis pilaris is a common skin disorder in which a protective skin protein called keratin creates hard plugs inside hair follicles. This blockage leads to rough, bumpy patches on the upper arms, thighs, and buttocks that give keratosis pilaris its trademark "chicken skin" appearance.

To determine whether you have keratosis pilaris, your doctor or nurse will usually just look at your skin. Further tests are not needed in most cases, as the condition is visually obvious and does not involve serious medical complications.

There are currently no laboratory or skin tests available to diagnose keratosis pilaris definitively or to differentiate it from similar skin issues. Instead, your family doctor or nurse will make a diagnosis based on an examination of your skin and a review of your medical history. He or she will also ask you questions about your symptoms and any other issues that may be related to a skin disorder.

If you see your doctor for a potential keratosis pilaris diagnosis, he or she will also attempt to rule out other medical conditions. He or she will likely ask you when you first noticed these symptoms, what seems to make them better or worse, and whether anyone in your family has experienced similar skin problems. Based on your answers to these questions, he or she may refer you to a dermatologist for more-specialized skin treatments if necessary.

No single treatment has been found to improve the symptoms of keratosis pilaris in all patients. Generally, however, treatment options focus on softening the keratin deposits in your skin to alleviate symptoms like redness, itching, and irritation. Protecting the skin from dryness and loss of moisture another primary focus of therapies for keratosis pilaris.

The treatments for keratosis pilaris usually involve rich, gentle moisturizing creams and oils. Topical exfoliants and retinoid creams are also common treatment methods to promote cell turnover and prevent keratin plugging. Some individuals have found laser therapy to be effective as well in improving the appearance of your skin.

If you suffer from keratosis pilaris, it is important to continue with your medication and at-home treatments, since discontinuing treatment often causes the condition to return.

Understanding Keratosis Pilaris – Differentiating Keratosis Pilaris From Similar Skin Conditions

Keratosis pilaris occurs when plugs form in hair follicles as the result of the buildup of keratin, a protective skin protein. These blocked follicles prevent hairs from pushing through to the skin's surface, which creates tiny, rough bumps. Body surfaces that have fine-hair growth are the most commonly affected areas, such as the upper arms, thighs, and sometimes buttocks or face.

Sometimes keratosis pilaris can be confused with other skin conditions, such as symptoms of an unhealthy diet. For example, some children are mistakenly diagnosed with keratosis pilaris, when in fact they are experiencing a rash as the result of poor fat consumption. Once they maintain healthy levels of fats from nuts, olive oil, and fish, their skin irritation and bumpy patches disappear.

Other skin conditions that may resemble the "chicken skin" of keratosis pilaris include acne, eczema, xerosis, eruptive vellus hair cysts, folliculitis, and milia, among others. These skin problems generally involve inflammation of the hair follicles or superficial redness from irritants.

Additionally, the symptoms involved in skin issues like Darier disease, Kyrle disease, pityriasis rubra pilaris, lichen nitidus, lichen spinulosus, and trichostasis spinulosa are all associated with the body's keratin production or superficial inflammation, or they are attributed to unknown causes.

Dry skin also makes these problems more likely, so doctors recommend exfoliating skin regularly with a gentle cleanser and moisturizing twice a day to treat and prevent these types of skin conditions.

Although this skin condition is common and usually harmless, you should be sure that you receive an accurate diagnose. Otherwise, treatments may not be effective, and your symptoms may worsen.

Because of this, it is important that you avoid making any self-diagnoses of skin conditions; instead, speak with your family doctor or with a dermatologist to ensure that you receive a thorough medical evaluation. Healthcare professionals usually diagnose keratosis pilaris by examining your skin and looking for the characteristic scaly plugs associated with this condition.

Once you have received an accurate diagnosis, follow your personal treatment plan consistently to ensure maximum effectiveness in reducing your symptoms. The most effective symptom reduction is associated with patients who closely follow a healthy skin routine.

Keratosis Pilaris Remedy - What Is Keratosis Pilaris?

Keratosis pilaris is a fairly common skin condition that creates small bumps and rough patches on the body. These bumps and patches are usually white or red and are scattered across the cheeks, arms, thighs, and buttocks. Occasionally, the forearms and upper back may also be affected. Rare forms of ketosis pilaris can create bumps and rough patches along the eyebrows, face, and scalp as well.

This skin disorder affects approximately 50-80% of all adolescents and nearly 40% of all adults. It is most common in those with dry skin or among people who have an existing skin condition such as eczema. Individuals with keratosis pilaris experience tiny, spiky bumps that are rough to the touch.

For some people, this skin disorder can also involve itching and inflammation surrounding these bumpy areas.

These symptoms are caused by the formation of hard plugs within hair follicles by a protein in the skin called keratin. Once many of these plugs form, they create patches of bumpy, irritated skin that resemble "chicken skin" or permanent goose bumps. Keratosis pilaris is not contagious, but it does appear to run in families, as between 30% and 50% of patients have a positive family history for the condition.

Although keratosis pilaris can create uncomfortable symptoms, it is generally a harmless illness. Occasionally, however, it can create psychological distress in some individuals. The condition is displeasing in appearance, but it is medically harmless.

If you are experiencing keratosis pilaris, your symptoms may be relieved by using soap-free cleansers and gentle exfoliators to reduce dead skin cells. Even though many patients experience frequently relapses after initial improvements, the condition usually heals over time and may even completely disappear.

Generally, you do not need to consult your doctor about treatment for keratosis pilaris unless your symptoms are making you concerned. If you do pursue medical treatment, your doctor or dermatologist can suggest at-home remedies.

Effective home-based treatments include various over-the-counter exfoliating cleansers, moisturizing lotions, or skin creams to soothe skin and to combat inflammation. In more serious cases, your doctor may also prescribe a corticosteroid cream or a topical retinoid to control extensive inflammation.

Keratosis Pilaris Remedy - Connection Between Obesity and Keratosis Pilaris

Keratosis pilaris is a fairly common skin condition that affects all populations regardless of gender, age, or ethnicity. Individuals who suffer from this disorder experience hard, tiny bumps along the surface of their skin.

These bumps are often grouped in patches along the upper arm, thigh, and buttocks. Although all populations can develop keratosis pilaris, these symptoms have been associated with existing health conditions such as obesity.

According to recent research, obesity is associated with a wide spectrum of skin conditions and diseases, including keratosis pilaris. Studies suggest that persons who are obese have a higher risk of developing skin problems like keratosis pilaris because of the increased surface area of their skin.

That is, the larger a person is, the more skin he or she has along the exterior of his or her body. This increased surface area of the skin creates an elevated risk of skin disorders and also makes it more likely that any existing skin disorder will go unnoticed by very overweight individuals.

Obesity is closely related to the properties and functions of many body systems, including your skin. Among other potential side effects and risks, being overweight can impair the skin's circulation, restrict its wound-healing ability, reduce its lymphatic function, and damage its collagen structure.

Obesity can also lead to other unpleasant and unattractive skin conditions besides keratosis pilaris, such as skin tags, painful fat tumors in postmenopausal women, increased production of male hormones, extra hair growth on the face, and obvious discoloration in affected areas.

Generally, keratosis pilaris can give skin an unpleasant appearance, but it is hardly ever medically concerning. As a result, for keratosis-pilaris patients who are also obese, the problems caused by their excess weight are usually more concerning than any skin problems they may possess. Keratosis pilaris often improves with age, but obesity can persist and create lifelong health risks if left untreated.

If you suffer from keratosis pilaris, especially if you are overweight or obese, speak to your family doctor about your concerns. He or she can suggest ways to treat your skin condition and can help you to develop an effective weight-loss plan.
