Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally - Weird Danger of High Blood Pressure

It’s old news that high blood pressure can cause heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, sexual dysfunctions and many other health issues.
But a new finding published in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine reveals that there may be an even deadlier effect of high blood pressure.

Except this one has little to do with your health.

The researchers questioned and tested almost 800 truck drivers at truck stops and truck shows in Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Nevada, Texas, and Utah because they wanted to ascertain why long-haul truck driving was such a dangerous profession.

Unsurprisingly, those who used their cell phones and/or were overworked and fatigued were most likely to crash.

The more interesting finding was that drivers who had a high pulse pressure were more likely to have accidents than those with normal pulse pressures.

Pulse pressure is the difference between your systolic and diastolic readings on a blood pressure test. In other words, if your pulse pressure is 40 mm Hg, it would mean that your blood pressure reading is the recommended 120/80 mm Hg and your pulse pressure is good. If you have high blood pressure, your systolic pressure usually increases far more than your diastolic pressure and your pulse pressure number increases along with it.

High pulse pressure is considered to be a grave health problem if it passes 60 (as in 160/100, for example).

The most well-known cause of high pulse pressure is stiffness of your aorta, the primary artery that transports oxygenated blood from your heart to the rest of your body. Leaky heart valves can also cause it. In this way, it is a serious indication of cardiovascular disease and/or poor heart function.

The concern, accordingly, is not that high blood pressure alone causes traffic accidents, but that cardiovascular disease might.

So, to keep hearts and roads safe, I recommend you do these 3 easy exercises that will bring your blood pressure to below 120/80 – in as little as 9 minutes…

Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally - “Forest Bathing” Cures High Blood Pressure and Other Diseases

Forest bathing as a practice originated in Japan, where it has been extensively studied for its ability to remedy various diseases.

And this is catching on fast with Westerners, due to the fact that it has been proven to cure high blood pressure as well as several other diseases.

Surprisingly though, you don’t have to worry about getting wet. And you can safely do this without any medical supervision.

Forest therapy refers to the practice of walking in a forest and soaking up the atmosphere, smelling the trees and air, looking at the flowers, listening to the streams and the wind through the trees, noticing the individual bird species, feeling the leaves and roots under your feet, and so forth.
The Japanese call this forest bathing, not because you swim in a forest stream, but because you immerse yourself in nature.

Aside from being a pleasant pastime, many studies are now concluding that it might be a useful medical therapy for a wide range of conditions. Some Japanese doctors even prescribe it as an adjunct treatment for diseases, such as high blood pressure and diabetes.

Since stress contributes to so many diseases, one of the most frequently studied effects of forest therapy is its effects on stress reduction. For example, Japanese researchers published a study in the journal Public Health in 2007 that investigated the psychological effects of this therapy.

They surveyed 498 volunteers twice on the forest-walking day and twice on the control day, during which they did not visit the forest. They concluded that forest walking reduced stress; the higher the stress levels, the larger the reduction.

A well-controlled scientific study published in Environmental Health and Preventive Medicine in 2009 revealed several physical health benefits of forest walks. To demonstrate this, the scientists divided their participants into two groups.

On day one, subjects from group one were sent to a forest, and subjects from group two went to a city area. On day two, the groups swapped locations, so that each participant was studied in both the city and forest setting. Medical specialists monitored their physiological measures. Altogether, 280 people participated in the study over a one-year period.

The conclusion was surprisingly strong. Forest areas promoted lower concentrations of cortisol, lower pulse rates, lower blood pressure, greater parasympathetic nerve activity, and lower sympathetic nerve activity.

Cortisol is the hormone that contributes most powerfully to high blood pressure, and its secretion is partly brought about by overactive sympathetic nerves. This is the fight-or-flight system that many blood pressure therapies target. If your anxiety and cortisol are under control, chances are small regarding a struggle with high blood pressure.

Two years later, another research team tested the blood and urine concentrations of various hormones that contributed to hypertension and drew similar conclusions. Forest walks reduced overall blood pressure readings.

Moreover, it also reduced the concentrations of urinary noradrenaline (a blood pressure-boosting neurotransmitter that is used as a drug to treat low blood pressure) and dopamine (a precursor of adrenaline that also increases blood pressure). Furthermore, it improved their blood concentrations of adiponectin, a shortage of which has been associated with higher risk of obesity and diabetes. The report was published in the European Journal of Applied Physiology.

At this stage, most experts speculate that the effects could be in part due to phytoncides, an organic compound that plants release as a protection against fungi and bacteria.

However, if you can’t take a walk in the forest every day, doing these 3 easy blood pressure exercises will also drastically lower your stress hormone production and blood pressure level effectively within 9 minutes…

Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally - Best Time to Check Blood Pressure (this will save your life)

Regularly checking your blood pressure may not be enough for identifying and preventing high blood pressure, according to research from Jichi Medical University in Japan.

Strangely enough, taking your blood pressure at the wrong time of the day could completely skew the readings and cause stroke and heart attack.

Scientists have said for years that the best time to check is in the morning because the resting readings are the most accurate.

But that’s not the only reason, according to the scientists from Jichi Medical University in Japan.

It was found in their study that in the case of participants whose blood pressure tended to be higher in the morning than at other times of day, NOT identifying the high blood pressure problem for this group proved to be deadly.

Those people were at an exponentially higher risk of stroke and heart attack than their counterparts whose blood pressure were found to be high all day.
There wasn’t a difference in risk factor for those whose blood pressure who had a higher pressure reading in the evenings. The morning spikes that were the standout factor.

So, the checking of the blood pressure at the same time every day is best, especially if you can do it morning, noon, and before bed. However, most importantly would be your morning readings.

But you probably already know you have high blood pressure. So,what should you do about it? By far the best method to lower your blood pressure naturally lies in these 3 easy blood pressure exercises that are guaranteed to bring yours below 120/80 –starting today…

Overcome Insomnia -Is Your Insomnia Caused by Your Quiet Neighbourhood?

If you’ve suffered insomnia for a while, you’ve probably been advised to avoid TV, computer screens or any other bright light an hour before going to sleep.

And maybe you’ve tried to take a bath or listen to calm music or something else to relax in the last hours of your day.

But this may be all for nothing if you live in the wrong street.

And weirdly enough, this can be a problem even if your neighbourhood is quiet and seemingly well fit for sleeping. Even if you live in what some call “sleep towns”, it may be causing you to stay up in the night.

In a new study published in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine, South Korean scientists used information from the National Health Insurance Service-National Sample Cohort (2002-2013) to identify 52,027 adults aged 60 and older with available health data.

They used this information to identify those who used one of two hypnotic drugs, zolpidem ortriazolam (sleeping pills).

They then consulted satellite mapping of artificial outdoor light obtained from the National Centers for Environmental Information to figure out whether the amount of such lighting was associated with the use of these hypnotic drugs.

They found that 22% of their subjects used one of these drugs to sleep, and that those exposed to the most amounts of outdoor light had substantially more subscriptions to these drugs.

Not only that, but they also used higher daily doses and the duration of their prescriptions were found to be much longer as compared to those with lower light exposure.

From these findings, they concluded that artificial outdoor lighting might cause the sleep disturbances that have become so common in the last few decades.

In essence, these outdoor lights work in the same way as TVs, computers and smart devices, tricking your body into thinking it’s daytime when in fact your body should be getting ready to fall asleep.

However, moving to the country may not be an option. Instead, use this easy technique to trick your body back into a sleepy mood – from as soon as 10 minutes…

Overcome Insomnia - #1 Cause of Insomnia Discovered (along with a simple cure)

The underlying cause of insomnia has long been a great mystery. Experts generally attribute it to light, stress, hormones and numerous other factors.

However, most often these experts are unable to find any effective solutions.

A new study published in the journal Genes & Development has finally come up with a reliable conclusion behind the cause of insomnia. And along with that, a pretty simple solution that works for most people.

A healthy sleep routine depends on our internal circadian clocks. These mechanisms help our bodies tell time, so they know when to be active and when to be at rest.

But if something happens to our circadian clock, our body and mind get confused about the time of day, which can lead to insomnia.

A new study now proves that inflammation can turn the circadian clocks of mice on and off and could thereby lead to insomnia.

The researchers induced inflammation in mice, either through a high-fat high-carbohydrate diet or by injecting it.

They then noticed that the inflammation triggered an excess of the genetic factor called NF-kappa beta (NFKB).

NFKB then started a biological chain reaction that ultimately led to the tissue destruction that was caused by the inflammation.

Now, it also happens that the NFKB factor controls the processes through which our circadian clocks work; in other words, the processes through which our bodies can tell time.

Therefore, if you have an autoimmune disease, such as arthritis, type-2 diabetes or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and there is a lot of inflammation in your body, you probably do not sleep very well.

Up until now, researchers have believed that it was simply a function of pain, discomfort, and stress. Now we know that insomnia brought about by these diseases is in fact driven by the same factor that causes tissue destruction when there is plenty of inflammation is present.

An article that appeared in the Journal Advances in Nutrition in 2016 also found that people who ate a lot of inflammation-inducing foods, such like sweets and high-trans-fat diets, tended to suffer from insomnia symptoms, such as having difficulty falling asleep, difficulty staying asleep, and early awakening.

On the other hand, people on the Mediterranean diet, known to be one of the best anti-inflammatory diets around, suffered from the fewest insomnia symptoms.

This new study shows why high-inflammation diets may cause insomnia and how anti-inflammatory diets may help people remain free of it.

Here is the 3-step-strategy thousands of readers have used to beat arthritis inflammation in 21 days or less…

And here is a simple trick that is guaranteed to knock you into a deep sleep in 10 minutes – and it can begin tonight…

Overcome Insomnia - Can’t Sleep? There’s a 52% Chance You Suffer This Dangerous Disorder

It comes as no surprise that insomniacs score higher on depression and anxiety tests than good sleepers do. After all, lack of sleep can drive you somewhat crazy, right?

But a study in the latest edition of the journal Comprehensive Psychiatry suggests that it is much more than just mood disorders that insomniacs should worry about.

In fact, more than half of all insomniacs suffer a hidden but very destructive disorder.

Researchers decided to find out whether insomniacs were more likely to suffer from personality disorders than psychotherapy patients were.

For subjects, they recruited 171 insomnia patients and 171 psychotherapy patients who were presented to their clinic.

They matched them on age and gender and gave them the standard diagnostic questionnaire to identify the personality disorders from which they suffered, if any.

Interestingly, 52% of insomniacs scored positively for at least one personality disorder, which was substantially higher than the findings in the psychotherapy group.

While looking at specific personality disorders, insomniacs were most likely to suffer from a narcissistic personality disorder, histrionic personality disorder, borderline personality disorder, and non-specific personality disorders.

Given these findings, the authors of this study recommended that insomnia patients be screened for personality disorders, as there could be a possibility that their sleep disorder stems from these psychological problems.

However, there is an upside, which would be that insomnia which is resilient to standard treatments could become treatable by treating the personality disorders from which they result from.

But the scientists didn’t comment on the other side, such as once insomnia patients could be assisted to sleep well, would their personality disorder also be healed as well?

What is the Best Way to Completely Heal Erectile Dysfunction?

Why This Side Effect Could Completely Heal Erectile Dysfunction? If you’re a man who suffers from ED in addition to having high blood pressure, high cholesterol or any other cardiovascular diseases, a new study reveals some promising results.

Why This Side Effect Could Completely Heal Erectile Dysfunction?

If you’re a man who suffers from ED in addition to having high blood pressure, high cholesterol or any other cardiovascular diseases, a new study reveals some promising results.

Making some very simple lifestyle changes will not only improve your heart but also boost your stamina and vigour in the bedroom.

A study that has been published in the Canadian Journal of Cardiology examines whether cardiac rehabilitation program attendance could help with sexual function too.

They consulted electronic journal databases and identified 14 studies that have already addressed this question.

Of the eight studies that drew definite conclusions, seven found that cardiac rehabilitation program attendance improved the sexual function of the attendees.

In addition, it also increased the frequency of their sexual activity, which is not surprising, as men with ED tend to avoid sex.

They found that the programs that included a sexual activity component were more effective than those who did not.

All the programs in the studies included an exercise-based component.
So, if cardiac rehabilitation programs work, what on earth were they?

The American Heart Association defines it as a medically supervised program to improve your cardiovascular health in cases where you have had a heart attack, heart failure, angioplasty, or other heart surgery previously.

According to them, it should have at least three important components:

1. It should teach you to exercise and ideally supervise your physical training.

2. It should educate you to reduce your risk factors. This includes information regarding healthy dieting, how to quit smoking, and so forth.

3. It should help you identify sources of stress in your life and teach you psychological strategies to avoid or overcome them.

Fortunately, there is a simpler way to completely heal erectile dysfunction – just use the easy home exercises found here…

Completely Heal Erectile Dysfunction - Does ED Stem Cell Treatment Work?

Stem cell treatment has become a modern trend for almost any medical condition, including ED, and increasing amounts of doctors are now offering it as a treatment.

But does it actually work?

Many animal studies have been quite promising, but at this stage, studies on humans with strong scientific controls in place have been lacking.

In the latest edition of the journal Urologia, researchers attempted to get to the truth behind this matter.

The principle of stem cell treatment is to extract stem cells from your abdominal fat cells or from your bone marrow and to inject them into the erectile tissue of your penis. It renews and repairs your own penile tissue and is supposedly a method to remedy ED permanently.

Researchers tested it on four diabetic patients with ED, using stem cells derived from their bone marrow.

After two years, their subjects experienced no negative effects and reported an improvement in erectile function, sexual desire, intercourse satisfaction, and overall satisfaction.

However, a study with four participants and the lack of a control group is not going to convince many scientists, as it is scientifically too weak to be established as a fact.

To get some ideas to completely heal erectile dysfunction, watch this video - How stem cell treatments can improve your sex life

If you want to prove that your treatment works, you must apply that treatment to one group, and a sham treatment (placebo) to another group, and then compare both groups.

You can then claim that your treatment works only if the treatment group alone experiences an improvement, while the placebo group remains relatively unchanged.

Moreover, neither the research volunteers nor the researchers themselves should know who received the real treatment and who received the sham treatment. This would be called the double-blind effect.

Otherwise, the volunteers might imagine having an improvement where none exists just because they believe that they have received a treatment, and researchers could also influence the volunteers if they knew.

At this stage, no similar studies on stem cell treatment for ED have been performed.

Furthermore, your erectile dysfunction is most likely not to be caused by damage in the tissues of the penis. It just needs a little boost of blood pressure.

Our simple erectile dysfunction exercises work for almost everyone. And they require no medical interference. Check them out and try them for yourself here…

Hidden Cause of ED and How Men Can Completely Heal Erectile Dysfunction

The numbers of men suffering ED is spiking, with no stopping in sight.
Some of the underlying causes for this are obvious, such as rise in high blood pressure, cholesterol and, worst of all, type 2 diabetes cases.

But there is one sneaky disease that most men are not aware of. One that will lay your willy limp and kick your testosterone levels to the ground.

Pre-diabetes is an increasingly common condition, where blood sugar level and resistance to insulin is too high but not bad enough to be considered type 2 diabetes.

Depending on the strictness of the measurements, anywhere between 33% to 58% of adults are estimated to suffer from prediabetes.

It’s well established that full blown diabetes causes erectile dysfunction. Till now, however, little attention has been paid to prediabetes.

But that all changed with a new study published in the International Journal of Diabetes and Metabolism.

The scientist performed their study on 200 men; of those, 100 were diagnosed with prediabetes and 100 were confirmed to be free of it.

The participants had to complete the Androgen Deficiency in Ageing Males Questionnaire and the International Index of Erectile Function Questionnaire to test their Erectile Dysfunction and testosterone levels.

While 58% of men without prediabetes had Erectile Dysfunction, a full 79% of men with prediabetes suffered from Erectile Dysfunction.

Even more shocking was that twice as many prediabetic men had testosterone deficiency compared to their healthy counterparts; 34% versus 16%.

This post is from the Erectile Dysfunction Master Program, which was created by Christian Goodman.  This is an all-natural system that utilizes the power of exercises to cure your erectile dysfunction. By following the techniques in this program, you will be able to get a powerful erection and maintain it for hours so you can enjoy sex again.

Erectile problems can be physical or emotional. If your problem is physical, you need to exercise the muscles around the genital area. If your problem is emotional, then you need to learn relaxation techniques.

Erection Master will teach you steps that can help you to completely heal erectile dysfunction for good. As long as you're willing to commit 30 minutes of your time, 3 to 7 days a week for 1 to 2 months, they'll work for you. You can practice the steps alone or with your partner.

These techniques are far more effective than Viagra, Cialis or other drugs for erectile dysfunction. The drugs only help about 40% of men who use them and can also cause very serious side effects.

What is the Best Way to Beat Type 2 Diabetes?

An Illegal Way to Cure High Blood Pressure and Beat Type 2 Diabetes - A new study from the University of Miami’s Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine revealed a substance that lowers blood pressure and improves type 2 diabetes by a whopping 40%. Read on to find out more.

An Illegal Way to Cure High Blood Pressure and Beat Type 2 Diabetes

A new study from the University of Miami’s Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine revealed a substance that lowers blood pressure and improves type 2 diabetes by a whopping 40%.

If you live in selected European countries or US states, you can use the substance legally. If you live in the rest of the world, the legal restrictions will probably prevent you from using it openly.

The Miami research team examined the medical data of almost 8,500 subjects, whose medical data were collected by National Health and Nutrition Examination Surveys between 2005 and 2010.

The subjects were between 20 and 59 years of age.

If subjects had at least three of the following symptoms, they were classified to be suffering from metabolic syndrome:

high fasting glucose levels,
– high triglycerides, low HDL cholesterol, high systolic or diastolic blood pressure,
– increased waist circumference.

19.5% of subjects who had never used marijuana qualified to be suffering from metabolic syndrome. Only 17.5% of former users and 13.8% of current users met the criteria.

This means that current users were 40% less likely to suffer from metabolic syndrome than those who have never used it.

The marijuana appeared to reduce all the risk factors, including both systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Waist circumference and fasting glucose levels also showed the biggest drop.

In the youngest group of 20-year-olds, current marijuana users were 54% less likely to suffer from metabolic syndrome and were at an even larger risk reduction than their older peers.

Does this mean you should start using marijuana twice or three times a week?

Not necessarily.

As the researchers admit, this large survey relied largely on self-reporting questionnaires, which had a prerequisite of requiring respondents to be honest about their marijuana use in a country where it was illegal to use it.

It does, however, warrant the need for studies with strict scientific controls to compare users with non-users over time with their marijuana use are carefully monitored and their medical information being properly and repeatedly measured by physicians.

Beat Type 2 Diabetes - Diabetic’s Mysterious Cause of Death

We normally think of type 2 diabetes sufferers as being at the risk of dying from heart attacks, strokes, kidney failure, and other health complications.

However, a new study in the European Journal of Endocrinology now shows that diabetics are up to a thousand percent more likely to die of common causes that seem to be completely unrelated to the condition.

The scientist identified 208,148 diabetics from Finnish health registries and matched them with an equal number of healthy people from the general population who roughly matched the first group in age, sex, and residential area.

They observed them for an average of 7.1 years, during which there were 2,832 deaths from alcohol use, 3,187 from accidents, and 853 from suicide.

Compared with their healthy peers, diabetic men on oral medication and on insulin were more likely to die of alcohol-related deaths by 71% and 591%, respectively.

Compared with healthy women, female diabetics on oral drugs and on insulin were more likely to die of alcohol by 100% and 962%, respectively.

Among those on insulin, men were 106% and women were 53% more likely to die in accidents than their healthy counterparts were.

Suicides were also 110% more frequent in men treated with insulin and was 62% greater in women.

Why is this the case?

The scientists attributed these problems almost completely to depression and poor mental health, and used previous studies to show that depression was substantially more common in diabetics than in the healthy population.

That is not surprising, if you think about it.

If you have to monitor the effects of everything on your blood sugar levels, such as eating, sleeping, and moving around, your health would always be at the forefront of your mind.

In addition, you would always be worried about serious health complications, like kidney and heart diseases, which would also contribute to the strain.

Furthermore, the fact that type-2 diabetics tend to be out of shape further worsens the mood, as it is well known that exercising and eating healthy has long been proven to help with mood.

Most importantly, this adds to the long list of pre-existing complications and shows yet again, how dangerous type-2 diabetes can be.

Beat Type 2 Diabetes - Think You Don’t Have Diabetes – Think Again

The frequency of Type-2 diabetes is on a steep rise.

Whether you’ve been diagnosed with full-blown diabetes, pre-diabetes or are healthy as can be, you need to pay attention to a new study that has been published in the Journal of the Endocrine Society.

This is as they identified one marker that almost guarantees an onset of type-2 diabetes 10 years ahead of the actual affliction.

Japanese scientists were interested in the timing of the onset of diabetes, and wanted to propose when an intervention against it should begin.

They examined the medical data of 27,392 people who had regular information available.

4,781 of them were eventually diagnosed with pre-diabetes and 1,061 had full-blown diabetes.

They found that around 10 years prior to their official diagnoses, people that were diagnosed with one of these two conditions: higher fasting glucose and body-mass index and lower insulin resistance.

10 years before being diagnosed with diabetes, subjects had a fasting glucose score of 101.5 mg/dL versus the 94.5 mg/dL of those who were never diagnosed.

Those eventually diagnosed with pre-diabetes had a score of 91.8 mg/dL, compared with the level of 89.6 mg/dL found in their healthy peers.

Eventual diabetics had a body mass index of 24.0 kg/m2 versus the 22.7 kg/m2 of those who remained healthy. While eventual pre-diabetics had a score of 22.6 kg/m2 compared with the 22.1 kg/m2 of their healthy counterparts.

On the single-point insulin sensitivity test, eventual diabetics scored 7.32 against the 8.34 found amongst their peers, while pre-diabetics scored 8.44 against the 8.82 of their peer’s.

It seems like both diabetes and pre-diabetes actually begin 10 years or more prior to it officially being diagnosed.

This study is important, because if it is right, then doctors can identify people at risk of diabetes long before they actually develop it and can take action to prevent it well ahead of time.
