Boost Your Brain Without Dangerous Prescription Pills - This Popular Drink Prevents Dementia

Eight researchers from various American universities have just published a groundbreaking study showing that a very common and popular drink can completely prevent dementia from developing.

The good news is that you can get this drink everywhere and most people love it.

You probably consume it once in a while, but according to a recent study published in the Journals of Gerontology, Series A: Biological Sciences and Medical Sciences, you may have to drink more of it (maybe much more).

Researchers identified 6,467 post-menopausal women from the Women’s Health Initiative Memory Study who reported consuming some caffeine could help prevent (and even reverse) dementia. The information included the amount of coffee, tea, or cola they drank.

The data also included the results of annual assessments of their cognitive function, taken over a period of 10 years or less.

During this period, 388 women were diagnosed with some level of cognitive impairment or dementia.

After comparing the participant’s dementia diagnoses with their caffeine intake, they concluded that the women who consumed only a little caffeine every day were 36 percent more likely to suffer from dementia or some level of cognitive impairment than those who consumed a lot.

Those who developed dementia or cognitive difficulties drank an average of 64mg of caffeine per day, while those who remained cognitively fully functional consumed 261mg of it.

261mg of daily caffeine equals two to three cups of coffee or five to six cups of black tea. The cups should be normal cup-size (approximately eight ounces or 250 milliliters).

Seven to eight cans of cola have a similar amount of caffeine, but I don’t recommend that due to its unhealthy sugar content.

The researchers were happy with their findings because consuming caffeine is so easy and, at these levels anyway, without side effects.

Boost Your Brain Without Dangerous Prescription Pills - But caffeine may not be enough to reverse dementia and Alzheimer’s, for that you need to load your brain with another (much more important) ingredient. Learn all about that here…

Boost Your Brain Without Dangerous Prescription Pills - Dementia Prevented and Reversed with These Common Mushrooms

In 2009, Alzheimer’s disease was the fifth leading cause of death in Americans over the age of 65.

By 2013, researchers concluded the prevalence of dementia was between five and seven percent for people over the age of 60 worldwide, translating to 35 million people altogether.

This number is expected to rise to 65.7 million in 2030 and 115.4 million in 2050.

Researchers from the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur responded to this predicament by summarizing the available research on the properties of five different mushrooms that can prevent or reverse the neurodegeneration behind dementia.

Findings:

Together with promoting nerve growth, the Lion’s Mushroom may improve sleep quality and anxiety, two symptoms often experienced by dementia sufferers.

Maitake mushrooms promote nerve growth, control systolic blood pressure, enhance insulin sensitivity, and control inflammatory cytokines.

The caterpillar fungus has strong anti-inflammatory properties and reverses memory loss in rats.

The snow mushroom improves the ability of rats to navigate a maze from memory.

Researchers find more evidence that food-based chemicals are effective to a higher reliability than chemicals compounded in a lab.

Boost Your Brain Without Dangerous Prescription Pills - Popular Blood Pressure Diet Grows Your Brain

The American Heart Association, British National Health Service, and many other health organizations recommend a simple, yet brilliantly effective diet for healthy hearts and arteries.

New research now shows that these are not the only body parts that benefit from this powerful diet.

Surprisingly, it doesn’t involve cutting out cheese, oil, or other targets of bland, restrictive Western diets. It simply changes how we approach food – and can grow our brains in the process.

Our brains naturally shrink as we age, and this death of brain cells brings about the forgetfulness, mental fog, and intellectual decline with which so many seniors struggle.

Luckily, some people’s brains shrink slower than others, and a study by Scottish scientists in the latest edition of the journal Neurology now shows some of this is under your control.

They examined the eating habits of 967 volunteers at age 70, the brain scans of 562 of them at age 73, and then further brain scans performed on 401 of them at age 76.

They were specifically interested in checking whether their dietary habits corresponded with their overall brain size, cortical thickness, and volume of grey matter.

While grey matter volume and cortical thickness declined at the same rate for all participants, overall brain size of those on a Mediterranean-style diet declined at only half the speed of the brains of those on other diets.

It was true across co-morbidities like high blood pressure and diabetes as well, showing previous studies might have errantly targeted high blood pressure or diabetes as a cause in acceleration of brain atrophy, instead of being additional health issues caused by a bigger problem.

The scientists concluded either the totality of the Mediterranean diet is responsible for benefits of lowering blood pressure and healthier minds, or that some other specific ingredient lies behind it.

The Mediterranean diet consists primarily of vegetables, fruit, whole grains, legumes, fish, nuts, seeds, and olive oil. Poultry, meat, and dairy are eaten in smaller amounts.

Compare this with the normal diet followed in most industrialized Western countries that contains plenty of meat, dairy, processed rather than whole grains, huge quantities of processed vegetable oils, and sugar, and only small and infrequent portions of vegetables.

Much research exists on the anti-inflammatory properties of foods in the Mediterranean diet, which is why we usually endorse it for most clients. As we’ve noted in the past, inflammation is the culprit behind most ailments.

What is the Best Way to Beat Dementia?

This Free Ingredient Can Beat Dementia. According to a new study presented at the American Physiological Society annual meeting at Experimental Biology 2018 in San Diego, one common ingredient can drastically improve your cognitive function. And unlike drugs, it has no side effects and is completely free in most places.

Beat Dementia - Natural Cure for Dementia Discovered (new study)

It’s only a small study but the results are exciting.

It was just published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease and it holds great promise for the treatment of early-stage dementia in the elderly.

In fact, if this study is right, one specific diet can do what more than 400 drugs have failed to do in clinical trials.

The brain runs on glucose, which the body gets from breaking down carbohydrates.

But research has shown that in the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease, it has trouble using glucose for energy. Some scientists even call Alzheimer’s disease “Type 3 diabetes” because of this.

But all is not lost, because previous studies have shown that brains can use another fuel source, called ketones.

Ketones are chemicals that are formed when your body breaks down fat.

Knowing this made researchers wonder if people with early-stage dementia could use Ketones instead of the usual glucose.

The only way to study this is to recruit elderly people with mild dementia and to divide them into high fat and low-carb diet groups.

But people with mild dementia may not be able to stick to the diets properly without becoming confused or without it becoming too much of a schlep.

For that reason, the scientists had to recruit subjects together with their partners who would help them with the diets. Sadly, they could find only 27 couples who were willing to participate, and some have already dropped out of the study.

Still, the results of the 14 early dementia sufferers who have completed the study are promising and the scientists decided to publish their preliminary findings.

The 14 participants had an average age of 71 and 13 of them were white.
Five of them followed the National Institute of Aging diet that promotes vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean meat, and low-fat dairy. It does not restrict carbohydrates.

The other nine followed something similar to the Atkins diet that restricts carbohydrates to 20 grams or less per day (about 1 tenth of what Americans and Europeans normally eat in a day).

This group never quite managed the 20 grams of daily carbs. By week six they were down to 38 grams, but then were back up to 53 grams by week 12. (It must be hard to break the eating habits of a lifetime for some people.)

Still, all was not lost because most of the low-carb dieters had ketones in their urine (while none of the National Institute of Aging dieters did) which meant they were in the keto zone, so to speak.

They completed various questionnaires throughout the study, and by week six, the scientists could see that those eating the lowest amount of carbs enjoyed a 15 percent improvement in their memories while The National Institute of Aging dieters dropped a few points on the memory scale.

This means that even a non-strict low-carb diet can improve the memories of early-stage dementia sufferers, which is something that no drug has been able to do yet.

This Free Ingredient Can Beat Dementia

According to a new study presented at the American Physiological Society annual meeting at Experimental Biology 2018 in San Diego, one common ingredient can drastically improve your cognitive function.

And unlike drugs, it has no side effects and is completely free in most places.

In the study, recreational cyclists with an average age of 55 who had entered a large cycling event on a hot day with temperatures between 78 and 86°F were used.

They asked these cyclists to complete a trail-making executive function test as quickly and accurately as possible before and after the event.

The test involved the linking of numbered dots using a pencil and served as a measure of executive function, a psychological term for the ability to focus, retrieve needed information accurately from memory, and to plan and carry out steps to fulfil a goal.

Before the vent began, the scientists tested the cyclist’s urine to be able to categorize them into a group that was normally hydrated and one that was dehydrated.

Compared to their pre-cycling test, the normally hydrated group completed the post-cycling test a lot faster.

The dehydrated group, on the other hand, showed no improvement.
This shows that the elderly and those in their upper middle ages can reap cognitive benefits from exercise, but only if they are hydrated properly.
Older studies have found that, if you are dehydrated by only 2%, you will do poorer than usual on tasks that require attention, psychomotor abilities, short-term memory and fast retrieval.

In addition, you will struggle to form an accurate assessment of your own physical and emotional environment.

According to the literature, long-term memory, working memory, and executive function start deteriorating only when we are more than 2% dehydrated.

In other words, to stave off dementia and keep your brain functioning at optimal levels, drink a glass of water at least every two hours and drink more while you exercise.

Beat Dementia - Alzheimer’s Held Hostage by This One Ingredient

Traditional Alzheimer’s research is mostly focused on genetic factors. Little notice is unfortunately paid to diet and other lifestyle choices.
This is about to change.

Scientists from University of Bath and King’s College in London recently discovered one specific ingredient that plants the seeds for Alzheimer’s. They also mapped the exact process by which this bad diet choice helps the disease grow.

Even more urgently, cutting out this ingredient may eliminate Alzheimer’s for good.

Researchers examined samples of brain matter from people with and without Alzheimer’s via a technique (fluorescent phenylboronate gel electrophoresis) that is sensitive enough to reveal the damage high blood sugar causes to proteins and immune cells.

When sugar (or glucose) reaches your bloodstream, many of its molecules bind to protein molecules in a process called glycation.

Not only can glycation damage proteins in this way, but the by-products of the glycation process are often harmful to our bodies as well.

Some previous studies, such as one published by German and Australian researchers in the journal Biochimica et Biophysica Acta in 1997, have found that beta-amyloid, one of the proteins that seem to form plaques in the brains of Alzheimer’s disease sufferers, are mostly a byproduct created during the process of glycation.

That already suggests that an excess of dietary sugar can contribute to Alzheimer’s disease, as it makes glycation more likely.

But the London and Bath researchers discovered another extremely harmful effect of glycation.

At the onset of Alzheimer’s disease, glycation damages an enzyme called macrophage migration inhibitory factor (or MIF).

MIF enzymes are a part of your immune system. When abnormal proteins start to build up in your brain, these MIF enzymes are supposed to be part of the response to remove them and/or to limit the potential damage.

This is how Alzheimer’s disease manages to get going. Glycation damages your MIF enzymes, and your damaged MIF enzymes are then incapable of playing their role of preventing abnormal protein plaques to form all over your brain.

In other words, if you eat too many simple sugars that build up as glucose in your bloodstream, glycation becomes more likely.
When glycation occurs in your brain, you are at serious risk of Alzheimer’s disease.

Boost Your Brain with Energy - Common Heart Medication Causes Dementia

If you’ve got a serious heart condition, then the chances are good that you’ll be on the same heart medication as 18 million other Americans. (At least that was the figure in 2016 and it is even more by now.)

It’s the 41st most prescribed drug in America, despite the fact that it was first approved for use as a rodenticide in 1952. That’s right. A heart drug that started life as rat poison.

But that wasn’t even the worst of it. The Intermountain Medical Center Heart Institute in Salt Lake City’s study turned up something even less pleasant.

It increases your risk of developing dementia-type disorders like Alzheimer’s, and the chances are higher if you’re under 70.

Warfarin has been used so much because it’s an effective anticoagulant, or blood thinner. This is why it was an effective rat poison. Too much of it thins the blood enough to kill you, but just enough is effective at stopping blood clots from forming.

The problem is that most people who take it are on the drug for life.

Researchers followed long-term users for up to 8 years to find out if there was any correlation with warfarin and dementia.

And that’s exactly what they found. It turns out that the longer you’re on Warfarin, the more likely you are to get dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

But they also found that there was another factor that increased the danger even more (even among long-term users): dosage. They discovered that if Warfarin dosages were too high, too low or just erratic, the risk to patients was greater than if they were on a steady and appropriate dose.

At this point you might be wondering why doctors don’t avoid trouble by just prescribing the right dosage, but unfortunately this is easier said than done.

The way that Warfarin works is by lowering the amount of active vitamin K1 in the bloodstream, but it’s not the only substance that does that.

There are lots of other drugs and types of foods that can raise or lower the amount of K1 flowing in your system, so getting the warfarin dose right is a bit like trying to hit a moving target, even for experienced doctors.

The best way to avoid ending up on warfarin in the first place is to make sure that your cardiovascular health is in top shape. To achieve this, you need to keep your cholesterol and blood pressure levels within safe limits.

And if you’re sometimes experience those “senior moments” and want to boost your brain with energy, do these simple movements to load your brain with the ONE nutrient it needs…

Boost Your Brain with Energy - This Strong Cheese Stops Alzheimer’s and Keeps You Young

It’s smelly and it’s strong, and you’ll either love it or hate it.

If you love it, you’re in luck, because a new research that came out of Israel shows that this stinky cheese boosts your circadian clock, which could reverse age-related dementia and keep you young.

If you hate it, however, there are fortunately some good alternatives.

Israeli researchers published an article in Cell Metabolism that demonstrated how bleu cheese could keep you young and prevent Alzheimer’s disease.

This effect stems from an ingredient called spermidine, which is also present in corn, green peas, and soybeans.

This is how it works:

Polyamines are compounds found in all living cells. In the human body, they regulate the internal clock that determines when cells die, how fast they grow, and how fast they proliferate. Experts refer to this internal clock as your circadian rhythm.

To remain young and healthy, aging cells need to be replaced by new cells that grow and proliferate quickly, and for this to happen, your circadian rhythm needs to run fast.

The Israeli research team hypothesized that if polyamines were responsible for keeping your circadian rhythm going, they should be able to speed your circadian rhythm up by feeding you polyamines, and can also slow your circadian rhythm down by preventing your body from producing and using polyamines.

They put this to the test in mice. First, they treated young mice with a drug that inhibited their bodies production of polyamines. Consistent with their theory, the circadian clocks of these mice slowed down by approximately 11 minutes per day, as compared to the untreated mice.

To test the second half of their theory, they gave a group of adult mice polyamine, which was mixed into their drinking water. The edible form of polyamines, or in this case, the drinkable form, is called spermidine, the substance found in bleu cheese, green peas, soya beans, corn, and, yes, male sperm.

Also consistent with their predictions, the circadian clocks of these adult mice ran eight minutes faster as compared to the untreated mice.

As mice, human beings, and other living organisms age, their bodies produce fewer polyamines. As a result, their circadian clocks slow down, their cells die, and new cells grow and proliferate at such a slow rate that the dying cells are not replaced. This causes a wide range of age-related diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, Parkinson’s disease, and many more.

What these researchers have therefore proven is that a nutritional supplement can prevent the natural slowdown of the circadian clock and its accompanying age-related diseases by supplying your body with the crucial substance it needs but no longer produces when it ages.

The Israeli researchers were not sure whether this result could be replicated in human beings, something that scientists will want to do next. They did, however, warn that people should not rush out and stack their supermarket trolleys with only spermidine-laden foods.

Polyamines play numerous roles in your body, of which many are not yet understood. For example, rapid cell proliferation might be a good thing when you are trying to stay young, but it is also responsible for the growth of cancerous tumors. In fact, tumors are especially rich in polyamines. However, at this stage, scientists suspect that they exacerbate rather than cause the tumors.

Still, the Israeli scientists are probably right when warning you to avoid a diet that primarily contains spermidine. Just eat your regular bleu cheese. It may keep your circadian clock going and could possibly fend off Alzheimer’s disease.

Boost Your Brain with Energy - When Spouses Cause Dementia?

This article is not meant to cast blame. A loving spouse would never intentionally cause dementia in their partner.

But a new study published in the American Journal of Geriatric Psychiatry revealed that some aspects within a person can lead to dementia in their partners.

And knowing about this possibility is the only way to deal with it. Something, which fortunately, can be very easy (at least in the early stages).

Previous studies had discovered that spouses share many emotional and intellectual activities across their lifespans, and other studies have concluded that they tend to share many behaviors and health conditions as they age.

This made a team of American scientists wonder how depressive symptoms of one aging spouse can affect their spouses.

Elderly people are at a slightly higher risk for depression than their younger counterparts, so the question is a good one.

They identified 1,028 married couples from the Cardiovascular Health Study, a study of risk factors for cardiovascular disease in the elderly that ran over decades.

Next, they followed their subjects for seven years, a period in which they were visited three times.

During these visits, scientists collected information from them, including a Modified Mini-Mental State Exam to test cognitive function and the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale to test depressive symptoms.

Concerning each individual person in the study, their cognitive decline tended to cause the development of depressive symptoms over time, but depression did not lead to cognitive decline.

In other words, for most individuals, depression did not lead to dementia.

When their partners were included, however, the picture changed.

One spouse’s increase in depressive symptoms could be predictive of the other spouse’s lower cognitive functioning over time, but one spouse’s cognitive decline did not predict the other spouse’s increase in depressive symptoms over time.

In other words, if your spouse becomes increasingly depressed as of the both of you age, you will not inherit their depression, but you may start suffering from dementia.

How this happens is still unclear. But we know that dementia is almost always caused by lack of blood flow up to and throughout the brain.

Can this Nutrition reverse Alzheimer’s, boost memory?

This Nutrition Reverses Alzheimer’s and Other Dementias

Natural health advocates have praised this nutrition for a long time, but it has fallen on the deaf ears of traditional medical practitioners.

But doctors are probably going to wake up soon, as a new study published in the journal Molecular Psychiatry revealed the amazing benefits of this nutrition for Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia.

Not only will it help those who take it, it will also benefit generations down the road.

Choline is a substance that resembles a vitamin. It is water soluble and, while your liver produces it in small amounts, you consume most of it through your diet. That is why it is called an essential nutrient.

Researchers have known for some time that high homocysteine levels in your body can contribute to Alzheimer’s disease. It has also been scientifically established that choline can reduce your homocysteine levels.

This made scientists wonder whether choline supplementation could be used to combat Alzheimer’s disease.

To investigate this, they bred mice to show symptoms of Alzheimer’s, after of which they put them on a regime of choline supplementation.

They then encouraged these mice to breed with each other, producing the first generation of new mice. The new mice did not receive any choline supplements aside from that which they received through their mothers’ intake inside the womb and during lactation.

Still, their brains displayed certain characteristics that make Alzheimer’s unlikely.

The researchers then encouraged them to breed with each other, thereby creating a second generation who never received any form of choline supplementation, not even through their mothers’ diets in the womb.

Surprisingly, even this generation enjoyed the structural brain benefits that reduced the risk of Alzheimer’s.

The researchers concluded that their mothers’ and grandmothers’ intake of choline supplements made the necessary modifications to their genes.

Choline makes two important changes.

Firstly, as mentioned earlier, homocysteine is an amino acid that causes Alzheimer’s-related changes in our brains, such as the formation of amyloid plaques. Choline reduces our homocysteine levels and thus prevents these brain changes.

Secondly, Alzheimer’s sufferers have overactive microglia, which are cells that clean up dead cells and other waste products from our brains. When these become overactive, they cause inflammation and the death of neurons in our brains.

Choline can reduce the overactivity of these microglia and can thus prevent the brain damage that they might cause.

According to the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey statistics that was released by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the choline intake of Americans is far below the recommended daily intake, but due to the fact that choline deficiency does not have any immediate symptoms in the short term, it is generally not recognized as a problem.

If you would rather obtain it from food than from supplements, then you have lots of options.

You can find Choline in liver, eggs, milk, beef, chicken, salmon, shrimp, soybeans, tofu, other beans, wheat germ, spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, almonds, peanuts, and sunflower seeds.

So, it is ideal that healthy varied diet should include enough Choline.

The #1 Way to Cure All Diseases, Reverse Alzheimer’s, Boost Memory

I’m often asked: “If I can only do one thing, and one thing only to improve my health, what should I do?”

My answer is always the same.

There is one simple thing that drastically improves or cures almost all diseases plaguing the Western world today. It lowers blood pressure, improves type 2 diabetes and arthritis, prevents stroke and heart attack, and could completely eliminate ED in men.

And best of all, it doesn’t cost you a dime and is extremely pleasurable.
Now, you might tell me that you are not stressed at all. And I’ll reply that you’re wrong.

Or you could say that yes, there is stress but you can’t get rid of those factors that are causing it. And I’ll tell you, these factors are irrelevant as to how stress affects your health.

You see, a stress reaction is nothing more than an overload of stress hormones in your body. Cortisol and adrenaline are the best-known agents of this, but other hormones also play a key role.

So, there may not be any major stress in your life, but if you live close to a highway, get the flu, run a marathon (or other intense exercises), or even watch a thriller on TV, your stress hormone level is going to spike.

And even if you’re under a huge amount of stress, there is a simple way you can guide your body to lower your stress hormone level, even with these pre-existing stress factors in place.

I’ll explain this clearly in a second but first; how does stress affect your health?

There are four types of stress you’re faced with:

1) Emotional Stress – the most prevalent sources include divorce and the death of a loved one.

2) Mental Stress – when faced with difficult mental tasks. Playing chess or Sudoku are mild versions of mental stress.

3) Sensory Stress – Living near a feedlot (smells) or a railroad crossing (noise).

4) Physical Stress – working out or having high blood pressure are types of physical stress that could spike your stress hormone level. Eating unhealthy food that causes inflammation in your body could also lead to physical stress.

Moderate amounts of stress are essential for our health. When we workout, our bodies release adrenaline to boost our nervous system. Afterward, the adrenaline quickly drops when we relax.

But when you’re under a longer period of stress, like working long hours for a few weeks, your mind orders the release of cortisol. This is the long-term stress hormone and the effects are devastating.

Since cortisol is supposed to be used for dealing with things like starvation or long-lasting attacks by predators, it triggers our fight-or-flight response.

Any function that is not essential at the moment is shut down so that your body can survive on the least amount of energy, and with fight a threat or run away.

One thing that also is drastically reduced in this process is blood flow to the brain. The brain usually takes 25-40% of all your blood but rational thinking is not presumed to be needed to fight a predator. This is the reason that long-term stress is believed to cause Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia.

Another system that is shut down is your digestive system. No wonder many people who are highly stressed suffer frequent heartburn.

Another digestive disease often caused by stress is IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome, as it is presumed that you don’t need to digest your food while fighting off being eaten by a lion.

Ironically, cortisol makes sure that the food you do digest is turned straight into fat. After all, since you need to be able to survive harsh conditions, you will need body fat. That’s why in order to lose weight, you absolutely must tackle stress hormones.

Cortisol also shuts down a big part of your immune system, making you extremely vulnerable to the common flu, cancers, and other diseases.

This also causes a drastic rise in free radicals that boost your inflammation – leading to long-term inflammatory diseases, such as type 2 diabetes and all types of arthritis.

The deadliest of all diseases caused by stress is, of course, high blood pressure. Having chronic, dramatic spikes in blood pressure almost inevitably leads to either stroke or heart attack.

For more ideas to reverse Alzheimer’s, boost memory, watch this video - These 3 Vitamins May Stop Brain Loss And Prevent Alzheimer's Disease

Now that was the bad news, here is the good news:

It is relatively easy to reduce the amount of cortisol in your body. You see, your own brain is the organ that orders the release of stress hormones. Nothing else. As such, your brain can stop its release on the spot. All you have to do is ask it…nicely.

The release of cortisol comes from the oldest, most primal part of your brain. It reacts to either the real or the imaginary threat that you perceive you’re under. The roar of a lion or a roar of a Jeep Wrangler is going to be processed in a very similar way.

The good news is that your logical brain is the commander-in-chief. The primal brain will at least somewhat obey its commands. So, if you consciously think and act in a way a relaxed animal/person would do, your stress hormone level will go down.

For example, when under stress, most people stop breathing or breathe rapidly and shallow. So, close your eyes and consciously take ten deep breaths while thinking about something beautiful and you’ll be more relaxed afterwards.

I really like using high blood pressure as a measure of stress hormone level. It almost always goes hand in hand and it’s amazing how quickly blood pressure drops when your stress hormone level goes down.

So, let’s look at a few concrete examples:

1) One study revealed that listening to relaxing classical music for just 10 minutes per day lowers blood pressure by 10 points (systolic) on the average.

2) Repeated studies have shown that going for a walk in nature has amazing relaxing and health benefits, along with drastically lowering blood pressure level.

3) A light workout several times a day has been proven to be more effective in lowering blood pressure than an intense workout a few times a week. That’s because intense workouts can boost cortisol levels, as opposed to the relaxing effect of a light workout.

One thing to keep in mind is that cortisol takes a while to leave your body. You’ll therefore probably not experience great improvements until after at least 24 hours, and since habits are hard to kill, we’re most likely talking a few days or weeks needed to cure any disease permanently.

But there is one method that works better than anything else in lowering blood pressure, reduce stress hormone levels, and improve or cure almost all other diseases.
