4 Ways to Eliminate Vertigo and Dizziness Today

Vertigo and dizziness should not be taken lightly as it’s the number one cause of falling and broken bones. And one fall can land a person in bed for years.

The traditional medical system doesn’t have any good way to fight vertigo and dizziness.

There are, however, some very simple home remedies that immediately relieve vertigo/dizziness attacks on the spot.

Anyone can make these in a few minutes, and you already have the ingredients in your kitchen.

Three Remedies That Can Fight Vertigo and Dizziness:

1) Drink ice cold water – Don’t be fooled by the simplicity of this method. It works for many people. So try it out and if it doesn’t work for you, no harm done. Next time you feel dizzy/vertigo, just fill up a glass of cold water (even add some ice cubes) and drink up.

2) Ginger tea is another thing that helps many people when vertigo and dizziness show up. Add a few very thin slices of ginger into a cup. Boil water and fill up the cup. Let sit for a few minutes and then drink while still hot.

3) Almond and pumpkin seed mix – this one is a little more complicated and requires preparation but is very effective. Soak 9 almonds, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds and 3 tablespoons of wheat in water overnight. Let the water just cover the mix. The next day grind everything into a paste. Add two cloves and mix well. Finally, add a cup of milk and boil for 5 minutes. Drink up.

At least one of those drinks should help improve your vertigo/dizziness. But unfortunately they won’t cure you. For that, you must tackle the underlying cause for the disease.

I’ve helped thousands of people throughout the years overcome vertigo. What I’ve found is that everyone had the same underlying cause. That is a tension in the muscles around the balance system in the ears and eyes.

To tackle the issue, I developed a simple set of exercises that strengthen and loosen up these delicate muscles. The vertigo exercises are very easy to learn and take no physical effort. So anyone can do them.

What is the Best Way to Prevent Vertigo and Dizziness?

Why You Have Dizzy/Vertigo Spells and How to Prevent Vertigo and Dizziness? Read on here to find out more about this Vertigo Relief Program that can permanently cure your vertigo in just 15 minutes.

Why You Have Dizzy/Vertigo Spells and How to Prevent Vertigo and Dizziness?

You’ve experienced this: standing up from a chair or a bed, all of a sudden everything becomes foggy, and the room even begins to spin.
This is called vertigo and is the most frequent health complaint of people over 65 and the most common cause of falling and broken bones.

But why does this happen and how can you prevent vertigo and dizziness? There are two major causes of vertigo:

1) Not enough blood flow to the brain
2) Miscommunication between the balance receptors in the eyes and ears

And as you’ll learn in a second, there is often the same underlying cause for both of these.

Your body is an amazing machine. Blood delivery throughout the body is calculated and monitored in fractions of a second, millions of times per day.

When sitting or lying down, your brain considers you in a relaxed state and lowers your blood pressure. It doesn’t need the same pressure to deliver blood to the brain as when you’re in action.

But as you stand up, a quick signal is sent to increase blood pressure and blood delivery to the brain.

When we get older, these reflexes get slower. And since the message takes longer to transit, for a few seconds, not enough blood is delivered to the brain.

The brain deals with this by sending out a vertigo response to slow your movements down. It figures, while you have vertigo, you’re not going to be walking. As soon as the brain has caught up with enough blood flow to match your movements, the vertigo signal is reversed, and you feel fine.

Low blood pressure is a major cause of this kind of vertigo. If you have low blood pressure, make sure you drink enough water and check if you’re iron deficient.

High blood pressure also causes this kind of vertigo. It thickens the arteries in the neck, which makes them less flexible. Therefore, the transition from low blood flow (while sitting) and more blood flow (standing up) is slower. When you manage to bring your blood pressure to a healthy level, the arteries soften up again, and the transition will be smoother.

Blood pressure medications (and other medications) are also a common cause of vertigo. Some cause dehydration, which leads to less blood flow to the brain. Other times, medications force your blood pressure too low when it needs to be pumped up (during exercises or standing up). Make sure that your doctor is not over-medicating you if you suffer frequent vertigo.

High and low blood pressure and many other things can cause tension in the muscles that control your balance system in the ears, eyes, and neck.
This tension blocks blood flow but it also causes miscommunication between different balance sensors- another very common cause of vertigo.

To prevent vertigo and dizziness permanently, you must loosen up the muscles around your balance sensors. This increases blood flow to the head and creates a synchronicity between the sensors.

I’ve developed a set of simple exercises that do just that. Numerous readers have successfully used these easy exercises to overcome vertigo completely.

More than 80% of people over 65 experience vertigo and dizziness once in a while. Many suffer those spells daily.

Vertigo is the number one cause of falling, resulting in broken bones and other injuries.

The fact is though, when you feel vertigo, it’s pretty easy to pull yourself out of it and be clear and balanced again in seconds.

Today, I’m going to tell you about 10 ways to straighten yourself out once you start feeling dizzy:

Improve Vertigo and Dizziness #1 - Take a deep breath (and a few more): Sounds very simple but this is extremely effective. The moment you feel dizzy, find the nearest seat, sit down, relax and breathe deeply. The oxygen boost will wake up the brain and help the dizziness diminish.

Improve Vertigo and Dizziness #2 - Drink some water: Always have a bottle of water handy, wherever you are. Take a few sips and you’ll feel better. Sometimes in the summer the heat can dehydrate you rapidly and cause fainting spells.

Improve Vertigo and Dizziness #3 - Eat ginger: Carry a small box with grated fresh ginger. When you feel faint, eat some ginger and you’ll notice that it reduces the intensity of dizziness greatly. Ginger is known to stimulate blood flow to the brain and helps cure vertigo.

Improve Vertigo and Dizziness #4 - Drink lemon juice: Keep some lemon juice in your fridge. When you feel dizzy, quickly drink up a little juice and you’ll feel energized as the dose of vitamin C will cure the dizziness speedily.

Improve Vertigo and Dizziness #5 - Eat a gooseberry: If you find gooseberries in the supermarket, stock up on them. Eating gooseberries also helps cure a vertigo spell. Like lemon, gooseberry is also rich in vitamin C and improves blood flow, especially to the brain.

Improve Vertigo and Dizziness #6 - A spoon of honey: Mix a spoon of honey with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and drink it up for an immediate source of energy and cure for dizziness.

Improve Vertigo and Dizziness #7 - One pod of garlic: Crush a pod of garlic and place it under your tongue and you’ll be surprised how fast is cures the dizziness!

Improve Vertigo and Dizziness #8 - Aloe Vera juice: Drink this cool and refreshing juice once every day if you get recurrent attacks of vertigo. It can boost immunity and keep you energized.

Improve Vertigo and Dizziness #9 - Eat healthy: Eating healthy food rich in vegetables and fruits is a good way to improve your health and reduce chances of a fainting spell.

Improve Vertigo and Dizziness #10 - Pile up on iron: Low iron can also cause weakness and dizziness. Eat iron-rich food (spinach, tofu, almond, dates, liver) regularly.

Why are so many people suffering frequent vertigo and dizziness? How to cure chronic vertigo?

It didn’t used to be like this.

The answer may lie in a new technology. Something that used to be only found in shopping malls and other public areas but is now sneaking into your home.

It’s even so powerful that it’s now used for crowd control and weapons. No wonder it makes you dizzy.

A British academic from Southampton University published an article in the January 2016 edition of the journal Proceedings of the Royal Society A that casts doubt on the existing guidelines for high-frequency ultrasound in public areas.

Professor Tim Leighton used smart phone and tablet apps to obtain readings of high frequency/ultrasonic fields (VHF/US) fields in a couple of public areas where people had complained of dizziness, nausea, migraine, fatigue, tinnitus, and so forth. These places included sports arenas, shopping malls, schools, libraries, museums, and railway stations.

He discovered that people were often exposed to VHF/US levels over 20 kHz, to which many people have been found to be sensitive. He especially highlighted that children and people between the ages of 40 and 49 were sensitive to these high frequencies.

He warned that the guidelines for such exposure were more than 40 years old, and that they did not take into account the levels to which people are now exposed and the amount of time for which they are so exposed. He also recommended that new guidelines be formulated.

This is likely to be a problem anywhere where there are devices like loudspeakers, door sensors, modern humidifiers, and public address systems; in other words, just about everywhere. And you don’t know whether you are being affected, because you cannot hear those high-frequency sounds.

Most people can hear sound waves only up to 20 kHz, but there are clearly exceptional cases where people can detect it and are made ill by it.
In fact, a lot of research is currently being conducted to use high-frequency ultrasound to deter teenage troublemakers like, for example, the British teenage looters that went on a rampage in 2012, precisely because teenagers can detect these waves.

Other researchers have been tasked with developing high-frequency ultrasound crowd control weapons to make political and economic protesters fall ill, obviously as a way to make them go home and end their protests. Police in several countries around the world, including the United States, already use these. They have also been used on pirates to deter them from attacking ships.

In other words, everyone agrees that these waves can make people sick; that is why they are being used as weapons. The problem is that they also have so many useful applications that make our lives easier.

The key is to formulate new guidelines to protect people who are sensitive to these frequencies.

This problem is now more acute than ever, not just because of all the users of high sound frequencies in public areas, but also because the technology is being extended into people’s homes. For example, if you connect your mobile phone to your television or sound system through, for example, Google Chromecast, you are using these high sound frequencies.

If you are sensitive to sound frequencies, at this stage there is little you can do. You can avoid areas with all the ultrasonic activity. Alternatively, you can buy a set of industrial earplugs used by workers in industries where high-frequency ultrasound waves are used.

Eliminate Vertigo - This Ubiquitous Metal Causes Vertigo and Dizziness

If you want to eliminate vertigo and you have unsuccessfully tried every imaginable technique to manage it, it is possible that you are fighting a losing battle with a metal that you have chosen to put in your own body.

It is so ubiquitous that it is hard to avoid.

One of the most common symptoms of mercury toxicity is constant dizziness.

If you think that exposure to mercury is unlikely in your own life, consider these common causes, as set out by scientists in the journal
Current Problems in Pediatric and Adolescent Health Care:

#1 - Most modern amalgam dental fillings are made of approximately 50 percent mercury and 50 percent silver. If these fillings leak or crack, you can swallow their poisonous content.

This level of sensitivity to mercury is probably rare; otherwise the majority of people would have suffered from permanent vertigo. However, it’s worth replacing them with pricier gold or quartz-resin fillings if you have tried everything else.

#2 - Large fish like tuna and swordfish, as well as shellfish, are normally contaminated with some mercury, so you should never eat these more than once a week if you really like them. If you can live without them, it’s better to eat smaller non-shelled fish.

#3 - It is possible that your municipal or private water supply is contaminated with mercury because of all the mercury in the soil due to industrial activities like coal-fired power plants, gold and silver mining, fossil fuel burning, cement production, fluorescent lamps, batteries, and measuring instruments, and the use of mercury as an agricultural anti-fungal substance.

This latter fact also means that some non-organic fruit and vegetables you eat can be contaminated.

An advanced water filtering system in your house maybe a good investment.

#4 - Antiseptics like Mercurochrome contain it because of its antibacterial effects.

The good news is that mercury is probably only one factor in your vertigo. And therefore, even if you can’t completely cut it out, fighting other factors may do the trick.
