How to Stop High Blood Pressure from Spiralling Out of Control?

How to Stop High Blood Pressure from Spiralling Out of Control? A new research study highlighting the amazing blood pressure-lowering abilities of the potato was presented at the 242nd annual National Meeting & Exposition of the American Chemical Society (ACS) in Denver, Colorado. The results of the research revealed that consuming just a few spuds a day lowers blood pressure as effectively as oatmeal, without adding extra pounds.

Stop High Blood Pressure from Spiralling Out of Control – Fatal Blood Pressure Caused by This “Healthy” Drink

Everyone is drinking these.

Everyone is loving them.

And if we continue to do this, everyone is going to suffer high blood pressure, stroke, and heart attack as a direct cause of this “health” drink.

So be like nobody else and stop consuming this poison!

A study published in the Journal of the American Heart Association reveals just how deadly energy drinks are.

Researchers divided 18 participants into two groups.

One group was given an energy drink with 320 mg of caffeine and the other a carbonated water-based control drink with 320 mg of caffeine.

Then, after six days of drinking one of the drinks, they swapped the two groups, with the latter drinking the energy drink and the former drinking the water-based drink.

After the subjects consumed the drinks, the scientists used an electrocardiogram to measure their subject’s electrical heart activity. They also repeatedly measured blood pressure from their arms and aortas.

A whole six hours after consuming the drinks, the energy drink group had much higher diastolic and systolic blood pressure than the control drink group.

But the real problem was with the electrical activity in their hearts.

Those who consumed the energy drinks had a corrected QT interval that was 10 ms longer than that of the caffeinated water drinkers.

Your QT interval is the amount of time it takes for your heart’s lower chambers to generate the next heartbeat; in other words, the gap between the electrical impulse that caused the previous beat and the new electrical impulse that causes the next beat.

Since medication that modifies the corrected QT interval by 6 ms must carry a warning on the label, having energy drinks freely available that alter it by 10 ms is quite alarming.

Increasing or decreasing the intervals between these electrical impulses can cause potentially deadly heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.

Since the researchers made sure the caffeine levels of the two drinks were identical, the problem is clearly with other ingredients in the energy drinks, some of them very difficult to pinpoint.

Bottom line is, you should never, ever drink those poisoned energy drinks. Especially if you have high blood pressure or any other heart-related health issues.

And then, you should stop high blood pressure from spiralling out of control, using these three easy exercises that bring your blood pressure below 120/80 – starting today…

And if your cholesterol is too high, cut out this ONE single ingredient to bring your blood pressure down within a month…

Stop High Blood Pressure from Spiralling Out of Control – This “Junk Food” Veggie Drops High Blood Pressure

Shred them, and they’ll send your blood pressure soaring.

Dice them and you still won’t be any better off. Because these are killer veggies—at least that’s what “health experts” have been saying for years.

And they’re wrong. Terribly wrong, actually, because this vegetable naturally lowers blood pressure.

Contrary to popular opinion, eating this so-called “junk food” veggie won’t force you to pack on the pounds.

The study looked at 18 overweight/obese individuals who suffered from high blood pressure, and they were instructed to eat at least 6–8 purple potatoes with skins twice a day for one month.

The researchers explained that they used purple potatoes because the pigment is especially rich in powerful health-boosting compounds called phytochemicals.

Throughout the study, the researchers closely monitored the blood pressure of study participants. The results showed that the average diastolic blood pressure measurement was reduced by 4.3% and that the average systolic blood pressure reading dropped by 3.5%.

According to the study authors, none of the participants gained extra weight from daily potato consumption.

Researchers discovered that certain compounds found in potatoes have a similar effect as the better-known ACE inhibitors, a group of leading blood pressure-lowering medications, have on the body.

Furthermore, the researchers were able to identify in potatoes a unique group of phytochemicals, which also are found in spinach, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli. The authors of the study believe that these unique phytochemicals also played an important role in blood pressure reduction.

But don’t rush to your nearest junk food restaurant to order an extra-large portion of French fries just yet!

The study was done using whole potatoes cooked in the microwave with skins, without oils or any other types of fats added.

Most of us associate potatoes with a high level of carbohydrates, empty calories, a lot of fat.

However, in reality, a potato that is prepared without oil, butter, margarine, or sour cream contains just 110 calories and plenty of vitamins, minerals, and health-boosting phytochemicals.

I am sorry to reveal the sad truth to French fry lovers, but the high cooking temperatures that are used to make “America’s favorite food” seem to destroy most of the healthful substances found in potatoes. What remain are fat, starch, and few minerals.

Even though this particular study used purple potatoes, the researchers strongly believe that white potatoes provide the same benefits. The studies supporting this belief are going to be conducted in the near future.

You can find purple skin potatoes in larger food markets; however, you can enjoy the same benefits of white potatoes found all over the planet.

I recommend baking, boiling, or steaming potatoes if you want to optimize the health benefits.

Stop High Blood Pressure from Spiralling Out of Control – This Delicious Treat Cures High Blood Pressure

A new study published in The World Journal of Cardiovascular Diseases suggests that high blood pressure is caused by one specific mineral deficiency.

And the great news is that one delicious sweet is loaded with this exact mineral you need. Plus it’s full of antioxidants and other health benefits.

You can grab a pack of this sweet in any supermarket or health food store.

The study authors, two academics at the School of Life and Medical Sciences at the University of Hertfordshire, recruited 46 subjects from the same geographical area. 25 of them suffered from high blood pressure while the other 21 had normal readings.

The scientists asked them to record their daily diets so that they could analyze how much magnesium they consumed per day.

In general, they found that all their subjects consumed less magnesium than both the British and American recommended daily intake.

Those with high blood pressure, however, consumed substantially less magnesium than both of these recommended daily intakes and less than subjects with normal blood pressure.

They also discovered that people tend to eat less magnesium as they age, which might explain why older people are more likely than their younger counterparts to have high blood pressure.

Men are advised to consume 400 mg of daily magnesium, while women should consume 310 mg.

And that brings us to the healthy sweet that’s loaded with magnesium:

Dark chocolate!

Buy chocolate with the fewest ingredients possible and with the highest cocoa percentage (above 70%). Sugar should be one of the last ingredients on the label and it should not contain trans (hydrogenated) fat or milk fat and should not have been processed with an alkali.

Almonds, cashews, peanuts, sesame seeds, and pumpkin seeds are also great to eat as a magnesium-rich snack.

Bananas and avocados are two other popular magnesium-rich alternatives. So are spinach, Swiss chard, kale, brown rice, quinoa, soya, beans, and lentils.

For fish lovers, go for mackerel and tuna to load up on magnesium.

What is the Best Way for Lowering the Risk of High Blood Pressure and Clogged Arteries?

What is the Best Way for Lowering the Risk of High Blood Pressure and Clogged Arteries? What could be a tastier way to ensure good health? Fruits and vegetables are essential for good health because they provide the essential micro and macronutrients necessary for the body. Apart from reducing the risk of stroke, fruits and vegetables are great for reducing blood pressure, improving blood vessel function, losing weight, and cutting down cholesterol and inflammation.

Lowering the Risk of High Blood Pressure and Clogged Arteries – Cut Stroke Risk by a Third by Eating This Food (Even with High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol)

There are two types of people in the world: those who win the war against stroke, and those who tragically don’t.

That’s the hard, cold truth.

To win this war, you’re going to need weapons. Weapons in the form of food that will cut through stroke like a hot knife through butter.

But we’re not talking about butter.

Improving your diet and consuming more healthy food is critical for reducing the risk of developing heart disease and stroke. That’s a fact we’re all familiar with. So what’s the food you should eat to deliver a knockout punch to your risk of getting a stroke?

You guessed it! Yes, fruits and vegetables are undeniably the best things you can eat. This fact has been established yet again by a study that analyzed data of nearly 760,000 people in 20 studies conducted across the world in the past 19 years.

The study shows that consuming about 200 g (about 7 ounces) of fruit every day can cut down the risk of stroke by up to 32%!

Vegetables had slightly less impressive yet significant results. Eating 200 g of vegetables in a day reduced the risk of developing stroke by 11%.

What could be a tastier way to ensure good health? The researchers point out that fruits and vegetables are good because they provide the essential micro and macronutrients necessary for the body.

This study focused on a particular type of stroke called ischemic stroke that is caused by blood clots or other blocks of the arteries.

The results were found to have consistent effects on both men and women.

Apart from reducing the risk of stroke, fruits and vegetables are great for reducing blood pressure, improving blood vessel function, losing weight, and cutting down cholesterol and inflammation. It turns out that your mom was right when she told you to eat your greens (and fruits, of course!).

Lowering the Risk of High Blood Pressure and Clogged Arteries – Simple Technique Cures High Blood Pressure (study)

In a new study published in the journal Cell Metabolism, Australian scientists have finally proven, and explained how, a specific breathing technique lowers blood pressure.

In today’s article, I’ll tell you how this technique works as well as teaching it to you step-by-step.

You see, the sympathetic nervous system controls both the rate at which you breathe and the pressure of your blood through your arteries.

By studying rats, the Australian team discovered that those who were at particularly high risk of developing blood pressure during their middle age had a modified or unnatural pattern of interaction between the neurons that regulate breathing rates and those that regulate blood pressure.

To be more precise, those at high risk of blood pressure showed larger fluctuations in blood pressure with every breath than those at low risk showed.

When the researchers broke this unnatural interaction between the neurons responsible for breathing rate and those responsible for blood pressure, the rat’s blood pressure remained normal into their middle ages.

I’m not sure how the scientists broke the breathing pattern with the rats (since teaching them breathing techniques is a challenge) but humans can easily do it with conscious slow, deep breathing.

And it doesn’t take much effort to learn:

1) Sit in a comfortable chair with your spine straight.

2) Focus on the place where your ribs meet your tummy, as you inhale slowly. You may count slowly to six as you inhale.

3) Hold your breath for a couple of seconds before exhaling slowly (count slowly to eight while exhaling).

4) Then pause breathing again for a couple of seconds before repeating steps 2–4 for a few minutes.

Slow, deep breathing is helpful. But it’s only one part of the exercises I teach to lower blood pressure naturally.

To bring your blood pressure below 120/80 you need a more advanced breathing technique as well as two other techniques that reboot your system.

Lowering the Risk of High Blood Pressure and Clogged Arteries – This Fruit Nosedives Blood Pressure and Prevents Heart Attack

Nothing beats fruits when it comes to great health benefits.

One tiny delicious fruit has now been found to be the king of natural healing.

In fact, a new study conducted by the University of Mississippi Medical Center found that adding this fruit to your diet will lower your blood pressure 7.5 points.

Even more importantly, it decreases your risk of heart attack a whopping 32%.

Blueberries carry more types of antioxidants than any other type of food and therefore fight free radicals and inflammations like nothing else. What’s more, they’re loaded with Vitamin C, fiber, and the mineral manganese, all of which are essential for the body.

A cup of blueberries is only about 80 calories, so it’s a perfect snack for people on a diet.

The answer lies in a chemical compound called pterostilbene, which is found in blueberries and grapes. Pterostilbene helps to lower blood pressure, according to the findings of a new study.

A group of researchers conducted a randomized, double-blind study in which participants were administered different doses of pterostilbene extract, up to 125 milligrams per day, or a placebo (which does nothing).

All participants who were administered the extract showed a reduction in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The average drop was about 7.5 points.

Note that the researchers used extract in this study. You’d have to eat a lot of blueberries to get the same amount of pterostilbene. But because blueberries include so many other antioxidants, a handful or two a day is plenty to get great health benefits.

Other research that focused on data from the Nurses’ Health Study II reviewed the diets of 93,000 women. There, the researchers discovered that women who included blueberries regularly in their diet were 32% less likely to have a heart attack compared with those whose diet was rich in other fruits and vegetables but did not include blueberries.

Both studies have one message: eat more blueberries!

What is the Best Way to Reduce Your Blood Pressure Scores?

Reduce Your Blood Pressure Scores - A study published in the American Journal of Physiology in April 2017 proves that eating a lot of another delicious mineral gives you a free pass on salt. These common mineral forces your blood pressure down whether or not you consume a lot of salt.

Reduce Your Blood Pressure Scores – A Healthy Solution Spikes High Blood Pressure Dangerously

Numerous studies have found that specific type of common chemicals raises blood pressure.

So, health advocates have been pushing a supposedly healthier option.

But a study that has been accepted for presentation at ENDO 2020, the Endocrine Society’s annual meeting, has now shown that supposedly healthier option is just as bad.

Fortunately, there is a very simple, healthy alternative—one that our grandparents used.

BPA is a chemical from which plastic is made. It hardens plastic and is used in almost everything, from water bottles and food containers to the linings of canned foods and drinks to compact discs.

Previous studies discovered that most people have BPA in their bodies. BPA is harmful because it mimics the hormone estrogen and thus causes a rise in blood pressure.

The European Union and Canada have banned BPA use in baby bottles for safety reasons, and many of the states in the US have followed their example with bans on its use in baby bottles, sippy cups, infant formula packaging, and food containers used for the storage of food for children below the age of four.

Manufacturers have replaced BPA with chemicals like bisphenol S (BPS) and bisphenol F (BPF)—names that hardly inspire confidence.

Researchers from the University of Georgia conducted a study in which they exposed pregnant rats to BPA, BPS, BPF, or saline as a control group.

They followed the offspring of these rats to observe the effects of these chemicals on their blood pressure. After the rats reached adulthood, the researchers implanted devices to measure the rat’s blood pressure for 11 weeks.

During the 11 weeks, the researchers observed that those rats exposed to any of the three chemical types had substantially higher systolic and diastolic blood pressure than those only given the saline.

Daytime systolic pressure was high in the BPA group, and diastolic pressure was high in the BPS and BPF groups. Heart rate increased in all groups, especially in the BPS group.

This means that it is important to avoid these substitute chemicals while pregnant if you want your children to grow up without this potential heart complication—but avoiding plastic is easier said than done.

It’s not only pregnant women who should worry.

Research seems to show these chemicals have the same effect on people of all ages, maybe especially elderly who are the most vulnerable for high blood pressure.

So, for ultimate health, avoid all types of plastic as much as possible when it comes to food—and opt instead for glass or steal.

But to drop already high blood pressure below 120/80—starting today—all you need are the three easy exercises to reduce your blood pressure scores as explained here . . . .

Reduce Your Blood Pressure Scores – #1 Ingredient That Raises Blood Pressure (NOT fat or salt)

If you’ve been diagnosed with high blood pressure, your well-meaning doctor probably told you to cut down on FAT and SALT!

But a new study published in the American Journal of Cardiology reveals another common ingredient that’s much, much worse for blood pressure.

People who consume most of this ingredient have up to 76% higher blood pressure and are twice as likely to develop chronic hypertension than those who consume less.

The worst part is, you’re most definitely consuming this ingredient every day yourself.

We all know that sugar is related to the risk of developing obesity, which in turn is a risk factor for hypertension.

In this study, however, researchers found that sugar directly cause high blood pressure even if obesity is absent.

The study team gathered data on nearly 400,000 people from 12 previously published studies and analyzed them for common health trends.

What they discovered was that people who consume 3 or more sugary beverages (e.g., sodas, sugary fruit juices) had 26–76 percent higher blood pressure than those who drank little or unsweetened drinks.

And they were almost twice as likely to develop chronic hypertension than non-sugar drinkers.

The largest impact on high blood pressure was contributed by sugared drinks that have no other nutritional value (did someone say cola?).

Now if cutting out sugar doesn’t cure your blood pressure, discover 3 easy exercises to reduce your blood pressure scores that will drop your blood pressure below 120/80 by clicking here now…

Reduce Your Blood Pressure Scores – This Mineral Lowers High Blood Pressure (New Study)

If you love salty food, you’ll love today’s article.

A study published in the American Journal of Physiology in April 2017 proves that eating a lot of another delicious mineral gives you a free pass on salt.

These common mineral forces your blood pressure down whether or not you consume a lot of salt.

According to the study, people in isolated societies with limited imported food eat a lot more potassium and a lot less sodium than those in developed countries.

This is unsurprising, as they eat more naturally grown fruitvegetables, and grains than people in developed countries and substantially less food preserved in cans, jars, and packets.

But the population studies go further.

When the team compared studies on high-potassium populations to those on low-potassium populations, they found that consuming a lot of potassium was much more important than using little salt.

Regardless of the amount of sodium they consumed, populations with a high potassium intake had lower blood pressure than those with low potassium consumption.

You’ll find plenty of potassium in dark green vegetables, potato and sweet potatoes with their skins, mushrooms, beans, bananas, avocados, dried fruits, salmon, and yogurt.
