Natural Way to Beat Erectile Dysfunction - Men: Eat 60g of To Beat ED

How can people eat unhealthily, avoid exercise and still beat ED?
Scientists from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili in Spain and the Pere Virgili Health Research have published a study in the journal Nutrients to answer this:

They asked their 83 subjects to stay on their unhealthy Western diets. They split them into two groups: a group that started eating 60 grams of walnuts, hazelnuts, and almonds every day, and a group that carried on eating as before.

At the beginning and the end of the study, all the subjects completed the IIEF-15 to measure sexual function. This is the most widely used international questionnaire and its scientifically validated.

The researchers also measured their subject’s nitric oxide and E-selectin, two markers that can indicate the quality of sexual and blood vessel function.

While their nitric oxide and E-selectin levels did not differ by the end of the study, the nut consumers reported significantly more sexual desire and better orgasmic function than the other subjects did.

The scientists recommended that further research be done on more subjects to confirm these findings and that research is necessary to ascertain why nuts are beneficial for sexual function.

The only potential downside to the study was that it was funded by the International Nut and Dried Fruit Council, so you’d be right to worry about bias. Still, there’s other research out there that comes to similar conclusions, so it’s probably not as skewed as you might think.

Back in 2011, research published in the International Journal of Impotence Research found that erectile dysfunction improved after men started eating 100 grams of pistachios a day.

Their cholesterol also dropped significantly and the blood flow through their penises improved. It was only a small study of 17 subjects, but it’s not alone.

Another study in the journal Circulation had participants on a Mediterranean diet, but with walnuts replacing some of the monounsaturated fat like olive oil.

They didn’t set out to measure sexual function specifically, but they were looking at blood vessel function. If blood flow is restricted in the body, then that means the penis is affected too, and erectile dysfunction is the result. But the people in the study who consumed walnuts had better blood vessel function than the ones eating a regular Mediterranean diet.

So, even though research is still extremely thin on the ground, these studies are starting to add up, so try adding two handfuls of nuts a day and see if your ED improves.

Natural Way to Beat Erectile Dysfunction - How This Mouth Issue Increases ED Risk 228 %

In November 2016, the International Journal of Impotence Research published a scientific literature review by Chinese researchers on the relationship between a specific mouth issue and ED.

The scariest part is that you probably have no idea you’re experiencing this issue till you visit your dentist.

But tackling it, will improve your overall health and especially ED.
The researchers analyzed data from five earlier studies conducted between 2009 and 2014. Altogether, these studies had 213,000 male subjects between ages 20 and 80.

All five studies had remarkably similar results: erectile dysfunction was 2.28 times more common among men with gum disease than in men without it.

So what exactly is gum disease?

It occurs when bacteria grow on your teeth, causing inflammation in your gums. It can result in the progressive loss of the bone around your teeth, and if left untreated, your teeth will fall out.

If your gums are somewhat red or swollen, or bleed when you floss or brush, you probably have early signs of gum disease.

But how are these two seemingly unrelated issues (ED and gum disease) connected?

Short answer: Inflammation

Inflammation is your immune system’s reaction to bacteria or other potentially harmful microorganisms.

When your immune system is involved in a full out war against these microorganisms (like in your gums), it can spread to the walls of your blood vessels.

Inflammation damages the endothelial cells that line your blood vessel walls and thereby alters their structure. By so doing, it can cause high blood pressure and the development of cholesterol plaques.

Your penis also has blood vessels and endothelial cells that line their walls. These are the vessels that must relax to allow blood to flow into your penis to make an erection possible.

If these vessels cannot relax properly and allow enough blood through, you will not be able to have an adequate erection.

Therefore, it is important to clean your teeth at least twice a day and floss. Furthermore, visit your dentist twice a year for deep cleaning (especially if you already have some form of gum disease).

In addition, eat as many foods as possible with anti-inflammatory effects, like fruits and vegetables that contain vitamins A and C, tomato, watermelon, and guava for lycopene, shellfish and poultry for selenium, olive oil for monounsaturated fat, fish and flaxseed oil for omega-3, and so forth.

Natural Way to Beat Erectile Dysfunction - These Fruits Cure ED in Men

A recent study from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the University of East Anglia published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition revealed promising news for men.

Those men who ate a specific type of fruits had a much lower risk of ED than men who ate none or very little of them. And eating more, could drastically improve their condition.

The real good news is that these fruits are available in every supermarket, are extremely tasty and are not going to break your budget.

Researchers analyzed data collected by the “Health Professionals Follow-Up Study” with 25,096 middle-aged and elderly subjects.

Subjects’ dietary habits were collected every four years via questionnaires, and their ability to get and maintain an erection was measured via a number of questionnaires dating back to 1986.
They excluded men who were in poor health.

Researchers found that men who ate flavones, flavones, and anthocyanins were 14% less likely to have ED than men who had none of these in their diets. All three these substances are types of flavonoids.

Flavones and flavones appear abundantly in citrus fruits, while you can obtain anthocyanins from cherries, blueberries, blackberries, red grapes, and even red wine.

What is the Best Way to Reduce the Risk of Erectile Dysfunction?

Reduce the Risk of Erectile Dysfunction - This Natural Home-Based ED Treatment is Effective. Scientists at Australia’s James Cook University have just published a study in the journal Physiotherapy that shows how ED can be treated naturally, cheaply, and (perhaps more importantly) privately in the comfort of your own home using nothing more than a simple technique.

Reduce the Risk of Erectile Dysfunction - ED is Becoming an Epidemic in this Unlikely Population Group

A new study in the journal BJU International looks at how widespread ED is worldwide. Researchers were also interested in the associations between ED and cardiovascular disease and death.

But the most interesting thing they found relates to men who are not yet as badly affected by cardiovascular disease.

Most studies which explore how common Erectile Dysfunction is vary so wildly that they are almost useless. If you believe 41 previous studies, then you would think that Erectile Dysfunction occurs in anything from three to 76.5 percent of the population.

This might be because different studies use different definitions of ED, different screening tools to diagnose it (because they study different age groups) and because in some cultures people are less likely to admit that they have a problem.

Even the maximum estimates derived from the available published studies (which the researchers take to be more accurate than the minimum estimates) vary wildly.

For instance, Erectile Dysfunction estimates for North America are between 20.7 and 57.8 percent of the (male!) population. In South America it is anything from 14 to 55.2 percent, in Europe it’s between 10 and 76.5 percent, in Oceania between 40.3 and 60.69 percent, in Asia between eight and 71.2 percent, and in Africa between 24 and 58.9 percent.

That probably means that at least half the men in the world have some level of ED.

Unsurprisingly, they found that the primary causal factors behind ED are older age, obesity, diabetes and milder metabolic disorders, depression, high alcohol use, and smoking.

They found that men with Erectile Dysfunction were more likely to suffer from almost all imaginable cardiovascular conditions, including high blood pressure, heart attacks, clogged arteries, stroke, angina, and peripheral vascular disease.

Men with ED were 26 percent more likely to die early of any cause, 43 percent more likely to die of cardiovascular disease, and were 1.68 times more likely to have dementia when compared with the non-ED population.

The shocking part of this survey is that men below the age of 40 suffered from Erectile Dysfunction at lower rates, but not substantially lower rates, than older men did. Up to 50 percent of young adults, compared with around 75 percent of seniors, struggled with ED (looking at the maximum estimates).

Considering that cardiovascular diseases are problems that creep up on us in our 40’s, this is alarming. The researchers speculated that it might be due to increasing levels of performance anxiety, depression, obesity, and lack of exercise among young men.

As with many health problems, this points to maintaining good health as the foundation for…more good health!

Since it’s tied to potentially deadly diseases like cardiovascular diseases, the authors of the survey recommended that doctors screen for ED in patients who are especially at risk, mainly because they might not offer this information themselves.

Reduce the Risk of Erectile Dysfunction - This Natural Home-Based ED Treatment is Effective

Scientists at Australia’s James Cook University have just published a study in the journal Physiotherapy that shows how ED can be treated naturally, cheaply, and (perhaps more importantly) privately in the comfort of your own home using nothing more than a simple technique.

Men often suffer from ED and premature ejaculation (PE) because their pelvic floor muscles are weak. But just like with any other muscles it is possible to strengthen them using exercises. It’s got to be worth a try when the doctor’s usual answer is a pill.

To find out if exercises were effective, they combed medical study databases and found 10 decent-quality studies on the effectiveness of pelvic floor exercises as a treatment for ED and PE.

The studies had more than 650 subjects between them and there was a lot of difference in how much training they did, how much contact they had with therapists, on the length of the treatments, and on other treatments the men were receiving at the same time.

This makes it hard to be sure about how well pelvic floor exercises work, but they certainly seemed to be effective for both ED and PE.

As many as 47 percent of ED cases and 83 percent of PE cases were resolved by the pelvic floor exercises.

The main reason why these exercises were not more effective for ED was that most ED cases aren’t just caused by weak pelvic floor muscles. There are also cardiovascular problems. The pelvic floor exercises do work, but they would be more effective if they were combined with regular physical exercise to promote the healthy blood vessels needed for strong erections.

You can find your pelvic floor muscles quite easily. When you next visit the bathroom just stop your flow of urine midstream, hold it, then let it run again. The muscles you use to do that are the ones that you want.

Drawing your testicles upwards also uses your pelvic floor muscles.
You only use them infrequently, so if you clench these muscles a lot during the day, they will get stronger.

These are the same muscles that therapists help you to strengthen after urinary surgery or if you become incontinent. Incontinence is usually caused by weak pelvic floor muscles too, or from instances where they contract and release at inappropriate times or with the wrong intensity.

ED and PE usually happen because you’ve lost control of these muscles and they have grown weak. As with other muscles, they will benefit from regular exercise, regaining their strength and reliability.

Throughout the years, I’ve helped hundreds of men suffering erectile dysfunction. One of the things I’ve used are PC muscle exercises. But they have to be done right. As the study reveals, the generally used PC exercises only help a few. I’ve developed a much more powerful PC muscle exercises to reduce the risk of erectile dysfunction. And when combined with other types of movements (explained here) they help almost everyone…

Reduce the Risk of Erectile Dysfunction - New Implant for Men Suffering ED Discovered

Medical specialists estimate that about 40 percent of men over the age of 40 suffer from some level of ED. it is difficult to know whether the problem is getting worse, or whether men are simply becoming more willing to report it.

Regardless, given the extreme consequences of ED, these large numbers of men shouldn’t be expected to be left to their own devices or subjected to the most common existing remedies. Traditional treatment can be life-threatening.

Traditional treatments range from Viagra and other drugs, which do not work for everyone (a 30% failure rate), become expensive when taken constantly over years or decades, and have serious side effects in most cases.

Existing penal implants typically consist of a reservoir of water, two cylinders, and a pump device.

The water reservoir is implanted in your groin, the cylinders in your penis, and the pump between your testicles.

When you press on the pump, it transfers liquid from the reservoir to the cylinders, allowing your penis to inflate. Pressing on the deflation valve of the pump returns the fluids to the reservoir.

These implants sometimes go wrong, either because of incompetent surgeons, or simply because the technology is too elaborate with multiple implants in multiple locations multiplying the risk of damage.

Brian Le from the Department of Urology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and colleagues think they may have developed a penal implant technology that works better because it does not consist of multiple parts.
It is an exoskeleton made from Nitinol, and extremely elastic alloy.

This alloy has what is called shape memory, which means that it is able to remember its original shape when placed under the right conditions; in this case heat.

The implant is flaccid and slightly curved when at body temperature; but when heated, it expands in length and width to the shape that it “remembers.”

The implant sits inside your penis, and when you wave an accompanying remote-controlled device over your penis, it heats it and thereby expands it.

At this stage it is still in the testing phase, and can’t be deactivated in other exposures like the bathtub, shower, or hot tub.

Doesn’t sound too good does it?

Combat Erectile Dysfunction - This Heart Beat Irregularity Raises ED Risk 61%

Science is clear that high blood pressure and/or cholesterol are risk factors for ED, but they’re not the only ones.

Researchers have just published a study in the Arab Journal of Urology showing that atrial fibrillation is another cardiovascular condition that puts men at risk of ED too.

Atrial fibrillation is the most common type of irregular heartbeat.

According to the American Heart Association, instead of beating regularly to send blood to your lower heart chambers, your upper heart chambers quiver or stutter instead, pushing the blood through to the lower chambers with irregular stops and starts.

Because your blood isn’t pumped as efficiently as it should be, this puts you at much greater risk of blood clots, strokes, and even heart failure.

It’s a serious condition all on its own, but most people aren’t aware of it.

So, perhaps if men knew that it caused erectile dysfunction too, they might pay it more attention, and that might help to save them from more serious health problems.

The authors of the new study looked at previously conducted studies on the relationship between atrial fibrillation and ED. They only included studies with the strongest scientific results, which whittled the field down to just five. The subjects in these studies totalled 4,096 men with atrial fibrillation and 25,733 without it.

Unsurprisingly the research concluded that conditions present alongside atrial fibrillation cause erectile dysfunction, so we’re talking about things like smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, lack of physical activity, and sleep apnea.

When these were left out (to test what effects atrial fibrillation on its own had on erectile dysfunction) men with atrial fibrillation were still 61 percent more likely to have ED than the men with regular heartbeats were.

The authors could not explain the mechanisms behind this relationship, but they did use previously published studies to speculate about it.

Erectile dysfunction occurs when reservoirs within the penis don’t receive enough blood to sustain enough hardness for sexual intercourse. This usually happens when your blood vessels are damaged, possibly by inflammation, possibly by oxidative stress, possibly by hormonal disturbances, or possibly by a range of other factors and their interactions with each other.

One chemical necessary for an erection is nitric oxide, which one study suggested was in short supply in atrial fibrillation patients. Could there be a link there? It certainly looks that way.

Another study suggested that atrial fibrillation patients had far higher levels of inflammation in their bodies than people with regular heartbeats, something that can damage penile arteries.

And beta-blockers, the most commonly prescribed drug for atrial fibrillation patients have also been found to cause ED.

Combat Erectile Dysfunction - Men: Your ED Is Caused by Your Blood Type

Occasionally studies are released showing no matter how hard we try, we are still somewhat dependent on our genes and biological constitutions.

The December 2016 journal Archivio Italiano Di Urologia released a study from Ordu University in Turkey revealed just that.

It compared the occurrence of ED in men with different blood group types.

Results: one specific blood group is almost 500% more likely to suffer ED than another. But even if you belong to this blood group, there is some light at the end of the tunnel.

Of their 350 subjects, some had ED while others were sexually fully functional.

To ensure that other illnesses like cardiovascular disease and diabetes did not muddle their conclusions, they recorded the presence of these diseases and made sure the results remained the same even without the subjects with these conditions.

Men with blood type O scored the best in the study, meaning their Erectile Dysfunction was less severe or non-existent.

This was followed by those with B-type, then those with A-type, and finally AB-type scoring the worst.

This pattern held across all age groups.

Comparing other types to O-group, the AB group had a 4.7 times higher risk of ED, the A-group a 3.9 times higher risk, and the B-group a 3.5 times higher risk.

In other words, when it comes to ED, people with the AB blood type have the greatest chance of developing ED and the worst symptoms when it occurs, while those with the O-type are the luckiest in both frequency and severity.

Now, despite your blood type, there are still a lot of things you can do to improve your erection function. And you’re by no means a slave to this condition for live.

You can stop smoking, limit your alcohol intake, eat plenty of vegetables and fruit, avoid refined vegetable oils and processed non-whole grains, exercise regularly, and so forth.

Combat Erectile Dysfunction - Is Age Really Related to ED? (fact or fiction)

Most medical scientists believe that ED becomes more common as men age. Studies have certainly backed up this perception.

But one of the biggest problems with studies is the fact that they rely on men’s honesty to accurately self-report their ED. Some men may hide it; others may report it when it is not actually present.

To get to the heart of the age/ED relationship, scientists need to know more about onset and other concurrent conditions to separate myth form reality.

To obtain some sense of the age profile of the people who have ED in the general American population, scientists decided they would consult all the electronic medical and insurance databases to which they could obtain access. They published their study in the International Journal of Clinical Practice.

They wanted to answer two questions:

1) Are older men more likely to have been diagnosed or treated for ED than younger men?

2) If men with other conditions that cause ED are excluded from the analysis, are older men still more likely to have been diagnosed or treated for ED than younger men?

Their analysis answered both these questions with a solid “yes.”
The average age of men with ED diagnosis or treatment was 55.2 years.
Between ages 18 and 29, only 0.4% of men were diagnosed. By the time men reached 60-69, the diagnosis rate had shot up to 11.5%.
Only 4.6% of men in their 80s obtained diagnoses, dropping further to 0.9% in their 90s.

When men with high blood pressure, other cardiovascular disease, diabetes, depression, and benign prostatic hyperplasia were excluded, older men were still more likely to seek diagnoses than younger men were.

Therefore, up to men’s seventh decade, ED and age seem to be strongly related.

Since many men with ED may not seek diagnoses, though, the validity of this assumption is dubious.

That is why these scientists do not claim their study can show that age actually causes ED.

And that’s where I agree. Age does not equal erectile dysfunction. It’s not a normal part of aging. How can I make such a bold claim?

Cure ED Fast - ED Could Be in Your Genes

By now, we know that men with type 2 diabetes are more likely than the general population to suffer from ED.

Scientists have found that type 2 diabetes causes nerve damage and arterial damage, so they assume that it’s this that limits blood flow to the penis.

The authors of the new study weren’t actually interested in type 2 diabetes at all. They were more concerned about finding out which genes made it more likely that men would struggle with erectile dysfunction.

They identified 6,175 European men with erectile dysfunction who had previously participated in studies that recorded their genetic characteristics, and they used the genetic information of 223,805 other men for comparison.

This told them that men’s genetic risk for developing type 2 diabetes increased their risk of suffering from ED too. In other words, if you are genetically disposed to type 2 diabetes, you are at risk of Erectile function as well.

Why does this matter?

Well, this genetic approach to the question is a valuable one because it helps us to untangle the different causes of ED.

Think of it this way. People with type 2 diabetes usually have high blood pressure and high cholesterol too, but which one of those is the true cause?

It could be one of them or it could be any number of them.

The fact that people with erectile dysfunction have all three means that it’s usually hard to separate them out, but the genetic approach does give us an opportunity. It lets us separate type 2 diabetes from the two cardiovascular conditions and helps us to prove that it is type 2 diabetes alone that increases our risk of erectile dysfunction.

So, if you have type 2 diabetes and want to get your erectile dysfunction under control without resorting to drugs, it’s important to improve your diet and begin to exercise.

Cure ED Fast - New ED Study: Larger is NOT Better for Men

The real underlying cause of ED has been debated for decades. Maybe because there are so many factors that go into the mix.

The myth about ED and one specific organ was, however, busted strongly in a new study. And that goes a long way to explain why ED is such a big problem for older men.

And why shrinking it down maybe your best bet to cure ED.

ED is a condition from which 50 percent of men over 60 and 90 percent of men over 80 suffer, according to the National Kidney and Urological Disease Information Clearinghouse.

Your urine and semen flow through your urethra, which is located inside your penis, before they can leave your body.

As men age, the cells in their prostate glands multiply, leading them to take up space meant for the urethra.

As the urethra is forced to narrow to make room for the enlarged prostate, there is not enough room for urine and semen to pass.

This create several symptoms.

Because your bladder never empties completely, and because it contracts especially hard to propel your urine through the obstruction, you always feel like you need to urinate. Most men visit the bathroom several times throughout the night.

In their study in the journal Medical Archives, the Bosnian researchers gave study participants the five-question version of the International Index of Erectile Function scale (or IIEF) to assess their level of ED.

The higher your score on the IIEF, the better your sexual function; the lower you score, the worse your function.

What they found was that the larger a man’s prostate, the worse his score would be.

The prostate produces semen, so it follows that a ‘big one’ would produce more, and perform better. The study shows this not to be true.

It doesn’t matter what size your reproductive organs are; bigger isn’t always better. What matters is how your blood flows through them.

Cure ED Fast - Male ED Drastically Improved Using This Tasty Water

Only a problem like ED can make you uncomfortable entering the bedroom or facing your partner.

Wouldn’t it be good if there was a natural food item that could actually cure ED fast?

Good news: there is a fantastic tasting, fresh, cool, specific type of water that you can now get in pretty much every supermarket.

And it includes everything you need to cure your ED.

Put away those beverages and make coconut water your favorite health drink now onwards!

Coconut water is rich in sodium, potassium and magnesium minerals. How do these minerals help in treating erectile dysfunction?

Sodium is essential for muscle contraction and for moving water and fluids within the body. As you can easily guess, good muscle contraction is necessary for the penis to remain erect during the sexual performance.

Potassium is another mineral that is directly related to good erectile functioning, as it is important for good muscle functioning. Research shows that depleted level of potassium is directly related to erectile dysfunction.

Magnesium is essential for good blood circulation, and any deficiency causes improper circulation and low erectile functioning.

Essentially, coconut water helps in maintaining the electrolyte balance in the body, especially the minerals that directly play a role in erectile functioning.

Coconut water has many other health benefits too! Drinking it on a regular basis is a good way to enhance your health and performance.

But if coconut water is not enough to cure your erectile dysfunction, click here to learn about a simple technique that will cure ED fast and make you a marathon man in bed…
