By Gary Buchenic

Surprisingly, it is easy to treat shin splints and get relief from the pain. Just rest for a few days and use a few simple pain relief techniques like icing or painkillers... and after 24-72 hours the pain will go away... problem solved, right?

Well, not quite... because next time you go for a run or play sports your pain comes back with a vengeance... and you’re back to square one... that’s the problem that none of the other so called “experts” are talking about...

You see, there’s thousands of websites on the internet that talk about how to get relief from shin splints but getting LASTING relief is what we’re really after...

With that in mind, here’s exactly how to treat shin splints “correctly” so you can finally get the lasting relief that you deserve...

Treat Shin Splints Step #1: Understand That Pain Is a Desperate Message From Your Body Telling You Something Is WRONG

Note: Consistent and dull pain like the pain you feel after a good workout at the gym can be ok... but if your pain is sharp and comes on suddenly as is often the case with shin splints, then it’s time to stop whatever activity you’re doing...

The first step to curing shin splints is to simply understand that pain is not the enemy...

In fact, it’s your body’s way of warning you that something is wrong. Now, we’ve ALL been in that place where we’ve just wished the pain would go away already...

But if we’d just stop and listen to our bodies for a moment we’d realize that the pain we're experiencing is trying to give us a valuable message...

In the case of shin splints, the pain is trying to alert you to specific underlying problems that are causing the muscles, tendons and ligaments around your shin bone to tear away from the bone...

This brings us to...

Treat Shin Splints Step #2: Identify the “Underlying Causes” Of Your Shin Splints That Are Keeping You in Pain

Without underlying causes, your body’s central nervous system has NO REASON of sending out pain signals.

And after spending years helping hundreds of athletes treat shin splints... and talking to literally dozens of physiotherapists, podiatrists, coaches and personal trainers... I can tell you that there are 4 main problems that are keeping you in pain...

Overload:

Biomechanical Imbalances:

Poor Running Form:

Bad or Inappropriate Running Shoes:

If you have shin splints it’s not a matter of whether you have one of these problems, it’s a matter of which ones and how many...

Identifying which of these problems is causing your shin splints and treating them directly, is what effective shin splints treatment is all about.

Treat Shin Splints Step #3: Treat the Underlying Causes That Are Keeping You In Pain

They key to how to treat shin splints “right” is treating the underlying causes of your shin splints, and correcting them.

But the sad truth is, most shin splint sufferer’s end up losing hope after the generic shin splint treatment advice that they see everywhere else fails them...

Instead of just realizing that they need to try a different approach that’s a bit more tailored to suit their body’s specific problems, they give up... But trust me on this one... if you treat your shin splints the “right” way, you WILL SIMPLY NOT BELIEVE how well your body will respond.

It will seem like you’re suddenly employing some sort of “voodoo” magic.

But If you continue to use “pain relief techniques like icing and painkillers and you DON’T address these “underlying problems”, you’ll continue to experience painful, reoccurring shin splints that just won’t go away... at least, not in the long term.

However, when you DO treat the underlying causes, the techniques I’ll teach you will be 10X as effective and the results will be permanent.

The best way to get this handled is through reading my best-selling eBook, “Stop Shin Splints Forever.” Download it here, and let me know how it goes...

First, I’d like to tell you a story that you might find strangely familiar. Don’t be alarmed.

Once upon a time, there was a man who had horrible shin splints.
He rested them, and iced them… and did all the “right” things to get rid of his shin splints, and low and behold...

His pain went away, but there was one problem…
Even though his pain went away, it also came back as soon as he got active again.

Why?

After all, he was doing everything his doctor’s and coaches were telling him to do.

He was tired of shin splints holding him back from performing at his peak and keeping him in pain… but nothing he tried gave him anything more than temporary relief.

Something was wrong with the picture

The pain seemed to get worse as the weeks and months went by.
This frustrated the man more.

Did it mean that his shins were just screwed up, and he had to learn to deal with it?

Did it mean that he should just get used to “pushing through the pain”?
Did it mean that he had to spend a small fortune on custom orthotics to fix his problem?

He had to do something… so he iced his shins regularly, got new shoes… and bought those overpriced orthotics.

And then the unthinkable happened…
His shin splints came back once again.

Over the following months, the man kept trying to get lasting relief by following all the “conventional” treatment advice he’d heard in the past… and what happened?

THE SAME THING THAT HAPPENED EVERY TIME.

More pain and frustration!

OK, I’m back.

Enthralling, huh?

Maybe I should keep my day job, and not take up writing novels…
I’m going to go out on a limb and say that this is a story that you can RELATE to.

Why?

Because if you’re like most shin splint sufferers then you’ve been there in one way or another… and many of us have been there for a LONG time.

Thankfully, there is a solution to this particular situation, and it lies in understanding a secret that most shin splint sufferers DON’T KNOW.

The secret is that most shin splint treatments – such as rest, ice and anti-inflammatories simply treat the SYMPTOMS of shin splints and DON’T stop shin splints.

In other words, they DON’T fix the problem, they cover-up the problem, and most of the time they make things WORSE, because they’ll relieve your pain, allowing you to get back to the activity that aggravated you’re shins in the first place, which can cause MORE damage to the delicate tendons and ligaments in your feet!

So, don’t mistake pain-relief for treatment!

That’s not to say that pain-relief techniques don’t have their place, because they certainly do!

But only one of the five specific causes of shin splints can be treated by pain relief techniques... the rest require more specific treatments.

For example, one of the most common causes of shin splints is flat feet or weak or collapsed arches in one or both of your feet - and many people with flat feet don’t even realize they have this problem

But if you do, and you fail to address you’re flat feet or collapsed arches with good quality shoe liners or orthotics - then no matter how much you rest or you ice your shins, you can’t stop shin splints and your pain is practically guaranteed to come back!

In my eBook Stop Shin Splints Forever, I show you how to identify what’s causing your shin splints, and treat the REAL problem, not just the symptom… by following a quick self-diagnosis process that anyone can do in 15 minutes you’ll learn which of the 5 causes of shin splints are causing your shin splints and how to get rid of them… FOR GOOD!

If you want to know EXACTLY how to stop your shin splints once and for all and get back to enjoying the sports you love, go check out my eBook right now.

It took me a long time to figure this stuff out, and it turns out what you need to do to get rid of shin splints permanently is exactly OPPOSITE to what most “mainstream” shin splints treatment advice says you should do. Find out the solution in my eBook right here: Stop Shin Splints Forever

How to Get Rid Of Shin Splints in 3 Easy Steps?

Click HERE to Learn How You Can STOP Shin Splints FOREVER FAST

Do You Want To Know How To Get Rid Of Shin Splints Forever? Read This Article And Learn A Little-Known Method That Will Get Rid Of Your Shin Splints FAST...

Know what?

I struggled with shin splints for NINE YEARS...

Every treatment technique I tried seemed to give me nothing more than temporary relief... then the next time I’d go for a run the pain would come back, many times I wondered if I’d have to struggle with this condition for the rest of my life.

And, this drove me NUTS.

My shin pain were so bad at times that I could hardly walk... and I can’t tell you how many times I had to miss out on going for one of a morning jog (I love these) or playing soccer on a Tuesday night with my buddies because the pain was too severe...

But I’m here to tell you, that it doesn’t have to be like this for you!
Through a TON of trial and error, I’ve now figured out a method that’s literally guaranteed to get rid of shin splints FOREVER. And I want to teach it to you right now.

Here’s how it works to get rid of shin splint:

Identify the Causes of Your Pain

It’s important to understand that shin splints is a “gutter” term that refers to a variety of different conditions and pathologies that lead to pain in the lower half of the  (tibia) shinbone.

Over the years I’ve found that there are four primary underlying causes that are directly responsible for, or contribute to, nearly every single case of shin splints.

And you will be able to easily identify them using the simple tests I show you inside my eBook “Stop Shin Splints Forever

Once you’ve identified which of the underlying causes” you have, it’s time for step two.

Treat the Symptoms

You can’t correct the underlying problems if your pain is so severe you can’t move. So in this step you’ll implement various strategies to help reduce and eliminate your pain so you can focus on correcting the underlying problems that are responsible for it.

Then you’re on to step three, which is...

Treat the Causes and Condition

Remember, pain is just a warning signal from your body telling you that you need to fix a problem. So in this step you work on treating the cause, which is the conditions and underlying problems you identified in the first step.

Realize that beginning any treatment without identifying what’s really causing your pain is a recipe for failure and frustration.

If you continue using generic, one-size fits all, “conventional” shin splints treatment techniques, you may NEVER address the real causes of your pain and stay stuck with this condition for years.

And if you keep exercising or playing the sports that likely CAUSED these underlying problems in the first place, you risk making your condition even worse – or doing PERMANENT damage.

Are you with me?

So use this approach to get rid of shin splints once and for all. Get started today!

I’m here to help you make it happen... in my eBook Stop Shin Splints Forever, I show you in GREAT detail how to identify what’s really causing your pain... In fact, I consider this section where I talk about these things to be the MOST important part of the WHOLE book.

Why?

Because unless you figure out EXACTLY what’s causing your shin splints – any treatment techniques you use won’t be nearly as effective as they could be.

And when you DO identify the causes, the treatment techniques I teach you for addressing each of these specific causes will be 10 times as powerful...

The best way to get it handled is through reading my book, so grab a copy and see for yourself – just Click HERE: Stop Shin Splints Forever

By Gary Buchenic

Let’s set the record straight once and for all... Trying to cure shin splints isn’t always easy, but it can be quick if you do a few simple things right.

If you think this article is just going to be about icing techniques or new shoes or anything remotely close to the generic shin splints treatment advice you read about every else, then you’re in for a shock.

Pain relief techniques like icing are an important part of this three step process, but they’re not the only part and in this article I’m going to show the “broad strokes” of what it really takes to cure shin splints once and for all.

Let’s get into it...

Cure Shin Splints - Step 1: Find out What’s Causing Your Shin Splints

Yes, most people who ask me how they can cure shin splints, have a problem. They have no idea what’s causing them in the first place!

The truth is shin splints is a “gutter term” that refers to pain along the shinbone or tibia, but this pain can be caused by a multitude of different pathologies and conditions, and it’s downright insane to start following some generic treatment program if you have no idea what’s actually causing your shin splints.

So what exactly is causing your shin splints? I’m glad you asked...
Overload: Simply put this means exercising too much, too soon or with too much intensity, exercising on hard or uneven surfaces can also cause overload.

Biomechanical Imbalances: There are three main biomechanical imbalances that shin splint sufferer commonly have... weak calves, weak or inactive glutes and flat feet

Poor Running Form: do you have bad running form? If you’re like most people with shin splints chances are you do, and it’s keeping you in pain!

Poor Running Shoes: Finding the perfect pair of shoes for your feet can be as hard as finding the perfect life partner.

A good tip is to visit a specialty running store with a worn pair of shoes, the people that work there can tell a LOT about your foot type  from looking at the wear pattern on a used shoe - and they’ll be able to use this information to match you with a great shoe that suits your specific foot type.

Think about it this way; even if you ice your shins religiously, take painkillers every time you’re active and rest for days on end... if you’ve got bad running form, poor or inappropriate running shoes or one or more of the biomechanical imbalances, you’re shin splints are practically guaranteed to come back with a vengeance!

Unless you find out what’s actually causing them, and treat that directly!

Cure Shin Splints - Step 2: Treat the Pain

Now that you’ve identified what’s causing your pain it’s time to treat it. Rest, ice and painkillers are great for doing this. (But you already knew that anyway)

Just do your body a favour and don’t take painkillers for any more than 2 weeks, and preferably no more than 3 days.

Painkillers like Advil and Ibuprofen are classed as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID’S) and long-term use of them has been linked with everything from digestive problems to stroke.

If you have long term pain and want a good alternative Google a product called “ Heal-n-Soothe ” which is a safe and natural alternative that I highly recommend!

Cure Shin Splints - 3. Treat the Underlying Causes Of Y our Pain

It should go without saying that after you’ve identified what’s causing your pain, you’ll take action to correct those underlying causes. For example, if you identify that you have worn out running shoes and inflexible calves you’ll stretch you’re calves and get a good pair of shoes that match your foot type.

If you realize that you’ve been increasing you’re training volume very quickly and that you’ve got flat feet or collapsed arches... then you’ll step back you’re training volume and go and get appropriate shoes with good arch support and shoe inserts.

There you have it. Now you know the proper way to get rid of shin splints - all you need to do is follow these three simple steps and your pain will disappear.

2 Best Ways to Relieve Shin Pain QUICKLY

Can you really relieve your shin pain in just 15 minutes - and eliminate it completely overnight? Click on above image to Read on here to learn about the 2 powerful ways to relieve shin pain fast.

Can you really relieve your shin pain in just 15 minutes - and eliminate it completely overnight?

Believe it or not... the answer is YES. And you don’t have to bust open the medicine cabinet and get all jacked up on painkillers either...

In fact, all you need are the 2 powerful shin splints treatment techniques that I’m going to show to you later on in the article which make up a very important part of the Stop Shin Splints Forever program.

Here Are 2 Powerful Ways To Relieve Shin Pain FAST...

As you’ve probably heard ice is an effective pain relief technique... apart from numbing the pain, it also causes a rush of blood nutrients and into the area and flushes out the enzymes that cause inflammation very quickly.

Warning: When using these techniques keep the ice on for as long as it is comfortable for YOU. Obviously, there will be a slight discomfort from the cold, but as soon as pain, numbness or excessive discomfort is experienced, it's time to remove the ice.

Relieve Shin Pain Technique #1: Ice Massage

Ice massages forces cold deep into your muscles and bones which enhances circulation, flushes out the body’s inflammatory response and if you press a little harder, it also breaks up any scar tissue.

Here’s how to do it...

Buy some paper cups, fill them with water and put them in your freezer
Pull out a cup and tear off the top half inch or so.

Massage the exposed ice into the most painful areas of your shins... you’ll KNOW you’ve found the right spot when you’re on it... you’ll likely feel a sharp pain there.

For a minimum of 5 minutes, push the ice into the painful area and up and down your shins. Keep moving around, and don’t let the ice sit in one spot too long.

Do this at least 3 times a day. Remember, if your skin gets numb from the cold it’s time to stop.

Relieve Shin Pain Technique #2: Ice Dipping

This is the most powerful icing technique I’ve found. I dare you, try this techniques today, you’ll see for yourself that this is by far the most powerful pain relief technique you’ve ever used...

Fill up your tub half full with water, and add a bunch of frozen bottles of water or a big bag of ice to get the water ICE COLD.

Adjust the height of the water to your convenience then dip your lower leg into the ice water, submerge it all the way to your knees.

Hold it in there for 10 seconds, by then you should be desperate to pull your legs out otherwise the water isn’t cold enough...

Finally, dry off and walk around for a bit. Wait at least 5 minutes then repeat the process 3-5 times.

As powerful as these techniques are, they are only the beginning.

What Causes Skin Moles, How Best to Remove Them Easily?

Click HERE to Find Out How to Remove Your Moles, Warts & Skin Tags Without Surgery

Skin moles are growths on the skin, often round or oval-shaped with a dark color. The color may however vary to different shades. Some skin moles are flat while others are a bit raised from the skin.

A skin mole is caused by the melanocyte cells in the skin. These cells produce melanin and are responsible for the color of the skin, eyes and hair. It is formed when melanocyte cells do not spread thought the skin but grow in clusters.

Usually melanocyte cells grow normally and so the growth is usually benign. However in certain cases the melanocye cells may start to grow in an abnormal way, which may result in melanoma, a cancer of the skin.

Skin moles are very common. Most of them are present at birth while others appear as the person grows older. Some may also disappear with age. Their main causes depend mainly on:

- Heredity
- Exposure to sunlight
- Hormonal changes
- Age

They may become darker.

The principle reason for this is too much exposure to sunlight. Heavy exposure to sunlight during childhood and the teenage years highly increases the chances of developing new skin moles or that current ones increase in size. Sun beds and tanning salons can also increase their growth.

Our genes determine many factors. If your parents have plenty of skin moles, probably you will have a lot too. Furthermore a history of skin cancer in your family also increases the risk that a mole may grow or develops into a cancerous growth.

Hormonal changes also make them to grow or new ones to appear. This may more commonly happen during pregnancy, the menopausal stage and during teenage years.

Generally as we get older, some tend to disappear.

Different types of skin moles have different characteristics and properties. It is therefore important to be aware of the main types of skin moles that exist.

Skin moles are growths on the skin. They are usually round or oval-shaped. Their color is generally brown but can vary to different shades.

They are very common and they can occur all over the body but they occur more frequently on the trunk of the body, face and arms.

There are mainly 5 types of skin moles:

• Junctional Moles: These are typically some shade of brown and can be very slightly raised above the skin or completely flat

• Compound Moles: These growths are usually raised and can be of a tan shade all the way through the color wheel to a deep brown. This type involves melanocytes (which are the cells that produce our skin color) and can be found in the upper and lower layers of the skin.

• Dermal Moles: These types of growths can contain hair and are very common on the upper half of the body. They can be the same color as the flesh all the way through a dark brown.

• Blue Moles: These are always raised slightly and as the name indicates are a deep brown or blue in color. They pull this color from deep down in the skin. Women have these types of growths much more commonly than men.

• Sebaceous Moles: This type of growth does not resemble the rest in that they are very rough to the touch and typically yellow in color. They are caused by oil glands being a bit over-active

Most of the different types of skin moles are non-cancerous but if your notice any changes in them you should seek medical attention. Some may develop into a cancerous growth.

You can watch this Video HERE in which Dr. Nisreen explains what skins moles are and how you can get rid of moles on your skin. There are different types of skin moles. Learn when moles can become cancerous.

Revealing What Are Really 3 Big Attributes of Warts

A wart is a small non-cancerous tumor that grows on the outer layer of the skin. Click on above image to Read on here to learn about what can be the 3 main attributes of warts and how to remove them safely naturally permanently.

A wart is a small non-cancerous tumor that grows on the outer layer of the skin.

It generally resembles a cauliflower and its color is usually a bit different from the nearby skin. It is usually painless but sometimes it may itch or burn. Some type of warts group into clusters.

They are caused by the human papilloma virus or HPV. There are many stains of the human papilloma virus and different stains may cause different types of warts. The human papilloma virus is contagious.

All type of warts share a few basic attributes and characteristics:

Attributes of Warts #1- Autoinoculable and Contagious

This means that they can be "passed" to another person through skin contact or by touching an object that was previously touched by the infected person.

The best environment for the HPV to thrive is warm and moist habitats. Therefore it can easily be found in certain places such as:

• Public Shower floors
• Public Bathrooms
• Locker rooms
• Near public swimming pools
• Gyms

It helps to refrain from walking bare footed in such areas as far as possible in order to decrease the chances of getting the virus through small cuts in your skin.

An individual may be a carrier of HPV and not have any wart. This is because not all carriers of this virus will develop into a wart.

Furthermore a wart may take time to develop after the individual had contacted the virus.

Some people can transmit this virus without having any sign of warts themselves.

Attributes of Warts #2 - Sprawling and Reproducing

Not only can they spread from person to person, they can spread also locally. They are capable of forming "child" growths and spread in the immediate area of infection.

Treatment should be prioritized due to this spreading threat. It is also important to prevent them from coming back.

Attributes of Warts #3 - Infectious

Apart from just spreading at the site of infection, they can spread to other regions of the body. The spread especially occurs when other areas are open or cut in some way.

You can reduce spreading warts by actively using disinfectants and by not letting anyone come in direct contact with your warts.

Skin tags pose no real danger. They will not develop into a cancerous growth. However sometimes they may be irritating especially if they are found around the collar. You may even decide to remove a skin tag for cosmetic reasons.

When one considers warts, particular attention needs to be taken in the case of genital warts, since these may be transmitted to others.

Moreover sometimes genital warts may develop into a cancerous growth. Therefore if you have genital warts you should consult your physician right away.

Moles may develop into a cancerous growth. It is therefore important to take appropriate care of any changes that can occur to any mole. If you have many moles on you body it is not a bad idea to have regular checks.

Take particular attention after summer because the sun rays may make a mole develop into melanoma or cancer of the skin.

Consider any changes that you notice to any of your moles. Specifically you must consult your physician if a mole changes it's:

• Shape
• Size
• Elevation
• Color

You must also consult your physician if your mole starts to itch or the nearby skin starts to irritate you or starts to discolor.

Moreover certain moles have more probability of developing in a cancer than others. Asymmetric moles are at a more elevated risk to develop into a cancer. The same also applies to irregular moles.

Furthermore moles with a variation of tones have also an increased risk of developing into a cancerous growth.

Face warts are more common in children and adolescents, but other older individuals may also have them. Face warts are a viral infection caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV). They are mainly of two types, namely flat warts and common warts.

Being overly conscious about facial warts will adversely affect your self-esteem. This is particularly for teenagers. Some individuals with facial warts may be more inhibited than necessary and so this affects their social life. Because of this they may be needlessly unhappy and sometimes even depressed.

It is however true that having a large number of them on your face may change your appearance. Some women are quite scared as they look at the mirror and see those bumps on their face. Some may also refrain looking at the mirror because of them.

However it needs to be said that we have the tendency to exaggerate our problems. Women are especially concerned about their looks. But common sense needs to prevail also. Those face warts are in reality much less monstrous than one might imagine.

If you are overly concerned, remember that there are many ways that can help you to get rid of them, prevent them to re-occur and if you do not have them, prevent them as much as you can so that you will not be infected by the HPV and get them.

It is very important to strengthen your immune system since this fights infections such as those of the HPV. This may be done by eating healthy food, drink a lot of water, sleep adequately, stop smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages in excess and try to avoid stress as far as possible.

Perhaps face warts are more common on children than on any other age group. Children may also be conscious about their facial warts and this may lower their self-esteem.

It is very important to teach your children that the large majority of them will disappear after several months or some years. Furthermore it is important that our children learn about the importance of being beautiful inside, the importance of helping others and the need to build meaningful and healthy relationships with their peers.

Remember that we are both physical and spiritual beings and we have to take care of both in order to lead happy and fulfilling lives.

You can also nurture in children certain habits. Children have a tendency to scratch their warts. These habits will only transfer the HPV from the warts to other parts of the body.

Other important precautions involve not going bare footed where the human papilloma virus thrives. These include humid and hot places such as swimming pools, bathroom floors and gyms.

Finally if the self-esteem of the individual is so adversely affected by the warts on the face, there are many ways that you can do to get rid of them. These range from over the counter medications, home treatments and even surgical procedures.

Whatever treatment you choose keep in mind that certain treatments may leave a scar. So be very well informed about this. Remember that you are treating face warts and any left scar is visible.
