End Your Type 2 Diabetes in a Short Time – How Can I Lower My Blood Sugar Without Medication?

End Your Type 2 Diabetes in a Short Time - Most often when fighting Type 2 Diabetes, we think of strict diets and heavy exercises. Something most of us would rather avoid. But Taiwanese researchers recently published a study in the journal Diabetes/Metabolism Research and Reviews, revealing a much more enjoyable way to fight this disease. Read on to find out more.

End Your Type 2 Diabetes in a Short Time - All Type 2 Diabetes Caused by this ONE Food Item

According to a new study published in the Journal of Clinical Investigation, one ingredient is almost single-handedly responsible for the increase in Type 2 Diabetes cases in the world.

It’s hidden in the most unlikely foods and drinks and causes your blood sugar to immediately spike out of control.

Avoid this one ingredient and you’ll immediately experience an amazing improvement in Type 2 Diabetes.

The scientists demonstrated how sugar, or to be more precise fructose, causes insulin resistance.

Mammals have a protein called carbohydrate-responsive element-binding protein, or simply ChREBP, in the metabolic tissue throughout their bodies.

In a study on a large group of mice, the scientists discovered that this protein is activated in the liver the moment fructose is eaten or injected.

This ChREBP then stimulates the liver to produce glucose, regardless of the amount of insulin that the pancreas produces to regulate it.

In other words, the insulin tries to regulate the amount of glucose your liver produces, but the ChREBP causes your liver to produce huge amounts of glucose, a bit like the Grimm brother’s magic pot that kept on cooking porridge until it filled the whole house, and the whole street, and the whole town.

The pancreas then responds by making more and more insulin, a process that eventually causes the rest of the body’s metabolic tissue to become resistant to insulin.

The scientists first discovered this process in mice, and then verified it by taking autopsy samples from human livers.

Incredibly, even when they genetically modified the mice to activate their liver’s insulin signalling pathways to the maximum, thereby creating mice whose livers should not have been able to produce glucose, fructose still triggered excessive glucose production by their livers.

Interestingly, according to the research, the ChREBP triggers this process only when we eat fructose, not glucose itself.

So, what contains fructose?

The only healthy forms in which to consume fructose are in fruit, vegetables, and whole grains. It is healthy in these forms because it is not the main ingredient.

Fruit, vegetables, and whole grains also contain plenty of fiber that stops your body from absorbing the fructose too quickly. As a result, your liver is not drowned in huge quantities of it.

Other sweeteners like beet and cane sugar contain combinations of glucose and fructose without any fiber to slow down their absorption by your body. Even honey, which many people consider a healthy option, is packed with glucose and fructose.

Most commercial sweeteners that are added to food contain almost pure fructose, as manufacturers have discovered that pure fructose is significantly sweeter than mixed fructose and glucose.

The worst of all – added high-fructose-corn syrup!

This means that you should cut down on sodas, many commercially available fruit juices, ice cream, desserts, sandwich spreads, bottled and packaged sauces, pickled products, and a wide variety of other processed foods.

In fact, if you have full-blown Type 2 Diabetes, you should cut down on as much fructose as possible.

End Your Type 2 Diabetes in a Short Time - How Feces Heal Type 2 Diabetes

We sometimes say that eating crap destroys our health. But how about feces, could that reverse type 2 diabetes?

You think I’m kidding?

Not at all. Because a new study from University of Amsterdam and published in the journal Cell Metabolism shows that feces can drastically improve type 2 diabetes.

But, of course, only if consumed in the right way.

You’ve heard of blood D transfusion, organ transplantation, and egg donation, but feces donation and fecal transplantation – that’s something new.

Regardless, an increasing amount of research indicates this might be a possible remedy for many health conditions because of the bacteria in the feces.

Dutch researchers hypothesized that fecal transplants from healthy people to diabetic patients could improve insulin resistant of type 2 diabetics as the bacteria flora in the healthy people would override the one in the diabetics.

They recruited 38 obese people with the metabolic syndrome.

Six weeks after the fecal transplant, they took blood and stool samples, finding that half of the diabetics responded much better to insulin and their blood sugar was consequently much lower.

Sadly, three months later, their gut bacteria had returned to their previous state and their insulin resistance increased again. So, for now at least, this is not a permanent solution.

You can, however, significantly improve your gut bacteria without fecal transplantation:

1. Eat as wide a variety of foods as possible.

2. Eat lots of fiber to grow harmless bacteria. These include whole grains, beans, lentils, and leafy green vegetables.

3. Eat fermented foods like yogurt, tempeh, and sauerkraut.

End Your Type 2 Diabetes in a Short Time - Most Enjoyable Way to Reverse Type 2 Diabetes

Most often when fighting Type 2 Diabetes, we think of strict diets and heavy exercises. Something most of us would rather avoid.

But Taiwanese researchers recently published a study in the journal Diabetes/Metabolism Research and Reviews, revealing a much more enjoyable way to fight this disease.

And it has nothing to do with diet, exercise, supplements or drugs.
Researchers identified 28,390 insomniacs and 57,413 good sleepers from Taiwan’s National Health Insurance Database.

During the next nine years, on average, insomniacs were 16% more likely to develop type 2 diabetes than non-insomniacs were.

The longer people suffered from insomnia, the higher their risk for type 2 diabetes became. Those who struggled with sleep for more than eight years were 51% more likely to develop diabetes than good sleepers.

Get Type 2 Diabetes Under Control – Can Type 2 Diabetes Be Reversed Permanently?

The number one advice anyone receives to get type 2 diabetes under control, is to lose a lot of weight. This has given birth to some insane weight loss plans such as the 800 calories per day for eight weeks diabetes diet. Fortunately, a new study from the University of Cambridge is putting an end to this insanity.

Get Type 2 Diabetes Under Control – Fighting Off Diabetes is Much Easier Than You Think

The number one advice anyone gets to combat type 2 diabetes is to lose a lot of weight.

This has given birth to some insane weight loss plans such as the 800 calories per day for eight weeks diabetes diet.

Fortunately, a new study from the University of Cambridge is putting an end to this insanity.

It reveals a simple, easy way to end your type 2 diabetes in a short time.

The scientists analysed the information of 867 adults aged 40-69, who had previously enrolled in a study called the ADDITION-Cambridge trial.

After five years, researchers checked who was in remission.

One third were in remission, and those who had lost 10 percent of their weight were 2.43 times more likely to be in remission than those whose weight had stayed constant.

So, this study proves three important points:

1. Type 2 Diabetes is the result of an unhealthy lifestyle.

2. It’s possible (even easy) to reverse type 2 diabetes with lifestyle changes.

3. You don’t have to go into extremes to cure type 2 diabetes. Losing 10% of body mass is not the most difficult thing in the world.

Get Type 2 Diabetes Under Control - This Power Food Cures Arthritis and Type 2 Diabetes

There is no plant like this one. It can be used to improve all diseases. You can make cream out of it to apply to skin or a tasty juice that works better than most medicine.

It has special healing properties for arthritis and type 2 diabetes.

It’s also extremely easy to grow. You hardly ever have to water it. Or if plants are not your thing, you can find its gel in every health food store.

Although aloe vera contains 99% water, the 1% left includes two extremely powerful healing substances. Glycoprotein stops inflammation and pain while polysaccharides speed up cell recovery and repair.

These anti-inflammatory properties make aloe vera an excellent plant for arthritis, both applied to the joints externally, and consumed orally.

Preparing aloe vera is easy. Cut off one leaf, slit it open sideways, and squeeze out the gel. That’s it.

For external use, apply the gel directly to the painful area. There is no risk of side effects when it is used like this.

As a drink, add a scoop of aloe vera gel into fruit juice and mix well in a blender. Start out with a tiny scoop to see how it affects you. Some people experience a drop-in blood sugar, diarrhoea, and other side effects when used internally.

Side effects for one person but heaven-sent results for another. A drop-in blood sugar is exactly why aloe vera is considered incredible for type 2 diabetes. Again, be careful to start slowly as this is a powerful plant.

If you don’t want to go through the hassle of growing your own aloe vera, you can find organic aloe vera gel in your local health food store.

Get Type 2 Diabetes Under Control - Type 2 Diabetes Caused by This “Good” Hygiene Habit

We should all be hygienic, right?

Wash our hands, brush our teeth, take a shower every day.

Not so fast, says a new study from Harvard University and published in the journal, Nitric Oxide. One daily hygienic habit, usually praised as very good, can increase your risk for diabetes by 30%.

Researchers analysed information on 1,206 overweight/obese adults collected by the San Juan Overweight Adults Longitudinal Study. The participants were between 40 and 65 years old and free of diabetes and heart problems.

– 43% used mouthwash at least once a day
– 22% used it at least twice a day
…and the rest didn’t use it at all.

Overall, 17% of the participants developed prediabetes or diabetes.

20% of those who used mouthwash at least once a day were struck by either of these two metabolic conditions. A 3% higher risk probably isn’t anything to worry about.

However, of those who gargled with mouthwash at least twice a day, a full 30% succumbed to prediabetes or diabetes, and that is certainly a huge increase in risk.

According to the study authors, over the counter mouthwash poorly discriminates between good and bad bacteria. It is strongly antibacterial and kills all bacteria, including the good ones.

This is problematic, as your body needs certain good bacteria to produce nitric oxide which is, in turn, responsible for regulating insulin levels.

Previous studies have shown that using dental floss and brushing your teeth is very beneficial for your health. But mouthwash seems to be overdoing it with hygiene.

Cure Type 2 Diabetes Naturally – Can Diabetes Type 2 Be Reversed?

Is it possible that one single supplement can cure type 2 diabetes naturally? A supplement that’s available in all health food stores! Yes, says a new study published in the journal Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity: Targets and Therapy.

Cure Type 2 Diabetes Naturally - This Supplement Cured Diabetes (study)

Is it possible that one single supplement can cure type 2 diabetes naturally?

A supplement that’s available in all health food stores!

Yes, says a new study published in the journal Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity: Targets and Therapy.

Traditional medicine often makes use of ginkgo biloba supplements, but their use in modern medicine is often laughed off as an ineffective fad.

A new study has just concluded that they might be effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes, published in the journal Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity: Targets and Therapy.

In this study, the scientists first produced type 2 diabetes in a group of 40 rats, by feeding them a high-fat diet for eight weeks before injecting them with a low dose of streptozotocin, a substance that destroys insulin-producing beta cells in the pancreas.

They then divided the rats into four groups:

– a control group without diabetes,
– a diabetic group treated with nothing,
– a diabetic group treated with a ginkgo biloba leaf extract, and
– a diabetic group treated with magnetic water.

Needless to say, the diabetic group treated with nothing remained sick.

But even though the researchers expected the groups treated with ginkgo biloba and magnetic water to improve, they were stunned when they noticed the size of the effect.

The pancreatic beta cells in these two groups started increasing in mass and in their ability to produce insulin. The ginkgo-biloba-treated rats, especially, displayed such an improvement in pancreatic beta-cell function that their pancreatic beta cells almost resembled the cells of the rats without diabetes

…meaning: you could say these rats were cured!

Both the treatments also reduced oxidative stress and oxidative damage caused by diabetes to pancreatic cells.

But results for rats and results for humans always differ a little. And although human studies have proved ginkgo biloba effective, it’s only a part of the type 2 diabetes cure puzzle.

Cure Type 2 Diabetes Naturally – Radical Type 2 Diabetes Cure That Works

Newcastle and Glasgow Universities recently did a revolutionary experiment on CURING (not just treating) their type 2 diabetes patients without medications.

They used drastic measures – for this drastic situation – but the results were that almost 50% of their subjects were completely cured in three to five months.

Not just that, specific part of the study group had amazing 86% success rate.

They recruited 298 adults who had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

They were all between ages 20 and 65 and their body mass index scores ranged from 27 to 45, meaning that they were all overweight or obese.

At the beginning, all the patients were taken off insulin and other anti-diabetic and blood pressure medications.

Half of the medical practices placed their patients on a radical 850 calorie per day diet for three to five months. And then weaned back onto normal food over a two to eight weeks period and encouraged to keep good diet and exercise program.

The other received general best diet practice advice for treating their type 2 diabetes.

Their diabetes parameters were tested at the beginning of the study and up to 12 months after that.

36 of the radical dieters lost 15 Kg (66 pounds) or more, a feat achieved by no one in the comparison group. This should not be surprising, as 850 daily calories are approximately half of a general daily recommended intake.

On average, the dieters lost 10 Kg (22 pounds) and the non-dieters lost only one (2.2 pounds).

Amazing 46% of the dieters achieved complete remission from their diabetes, while only 4% of the non-dieters did.

The effectiveness on their diabetes depended on the amount of weight lost.

Remission was achieved by:

1. 7% of those who lost from 0-5 kgs,
2. 34% of those who lost from 5-10 kgs,
3. 57% of those who lost from 10-15 kgs, and
4. 86% of those who lost 15kgs and more.

In other words, your aim is to lose 15 kgs and to keep it off.

This approach is different from the standard insulin treatment it addresses the root cause, instead of just managing blood glucose through drug use.

The drastic weight loss with so little calorie intake literally shocks your body back to normal glucose control so that no drugs are needed.

This study shows that almost everyone can CURE their type 2 diabetes without medications.

But if going on a 850 calorie diet for 3-5 months doesn’t seem too fun for you, I’ve a great news for you.

Cure Type 2 Diabetes Naturally – This Popular Tea Treats Diabetes (not green tea)

Have you sometimes read health studies on green tea and thought that the stuff was just too disgusting to drink, no matter how healthy?

Then you’ll be happy to learn that researchers from Mahidol University in Bangkok have recently published a study in the Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition that shows that another – much more popular tea – is just as good or even better for treating Type 2 Diabetes.

In fact, it prevents spike in blood sugar even after consuming pure sugar.

Researchers recruited 24 subjects 20-60 years old. Some of them prediabetic and the others with normal glucose control.

They gave them a sugar drink followed by either black tea, or caramel colored water with no health properties.

Those who drank the black tea had much lower glucose levels than those who drank the caramel colored water.

This relationship held for both the prediabetics and the normal subjects, but the effect was larger in the prediabetic group.

In other words, black tea can keep your glucose levels down, even after consuming sugar that will usually spike your blood sugar.

The compound in black tea responsible for this effect is probably the black tea polymerized polyphenol (BTPP), and from previous studies, the authors suggested that it has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and blood pressure-lowering effects, and that it apparently blocks our bodies from absorbing carbohydrates.

In fact, other studies have shown that countries (and areas) where black tea consumption is high have lower type 2 diabetes rate.

Reversing Type 2 Diabetes on Your Own - Diabetes and Vertigo Connection

As if diabetes wasn’t bad enough on its own, it’s quite common for it to give you vertigo too.

Brazilian researchers have just published a review of scientific literature on that subject in the journal Revista CEFAC, looking at the reasons why it happens.

So, here’s what they identified as the most common causes and symptoms of vertigo in diabetics.

Systemic arterial hypertension. Diabetics have higher blood pressure in their arteries. This restricts blood flow, so organs like the inner ear get less oxygen than they should, and less oxygen there means a higher chance of balance disorders. Your inner ears need a lot of nutrients, but they can’t store them. That’s why it’s vital for healthy arteries to keep bringing them fresh supplies.

Obesity. People with a body mass index above 30 (and so classified as obese) are more likely to have vertigo, but it wasn’t clear why.

Peripheral neuropathy. Nerve damage around the body makes walking more difficult, and many people feel dizzy and off-balance with it.

The symptoms of vertigo are pretty similar in both diabetics and nondiabetics:

Unsteadiness in the dark and on uneven surfaces. Peripheral neuropathy makes it harder for diabetics to maintain their postures and to walk evenly when their legs are affected.

Balance problems when looking at moving objects. This is a common symptom for all vertigo sufferers.

Postural instability when moving your head or body quickly. This is another common symptom of vertigo. Since you already feel dizzy while stationary, your brain struggles even more to make sense of balance information when you start moving fast. This is especially true for diabetics with peripheral neuropathy where their legs are affected, making all their movements erratic and unpredictable.

Stumbling and falling. Previous studies have found that obese people are more likely to fall, and they struggle to carry out normal daily tasks.

Diabetics with peripheral neuropathy also fall more often than those with normal nerve function, because it’s harder for them to walk evenly.
This study underlines yet another reason why maintaining a healthy weight is so important. It helps to prevent diabetes, which then helps to keep vertigo at bay.

It’s also a reminder that the body works as a complete system, where all the various parts need to be healthy for everything to work together properly.

Vertigo may be an inner ear disorder, but it’s not just caused by problems with your ears.

Reversing Type 2 Diabetes on Your Own

A new study published in the journal Diabetes Care proves that people with diabetes can drastically improve, or even cure their disease, without medications if given the right information and management tools.

Although this is of course no news to us natural health researchers who have been supporting people to do this for decades, it’s a great victory to have this acknowledged.

Scientist identified 81 adults in their early 20s with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. All of the subjects were from low socio-economic backgrounds, and all were English or Spanish speakers from Los Angeles County.

The researchers divided the subjects into two groups:

– One to receive an occupational therapy program
– The other to receive general educational material

The occupational therapy program they tested was called Resilient, Empowered, Active Living with Diabetes (or REAL Diabetes, for short).

It consisted of a manual with seven activity-focused chapters: (1) assessment and goal-setting, (2) living with diabetes, (3) access and advocacy, (4) activity and health, (5) social support, (6) emotions and well-being, and (7) long-term health.

The contents of the chapters were very practical and focused on specific steps towards behavior change.

An occupational therapist worked through one chapter with the subjects biweekly to make the process interactive.

The general educational group received standardized educational material together with a biweekly phone call.

The researchers, who did not know which participants received which program, were responsible for assessing the subjects hemoglobin A1c levels (their average level of blood sugar over the past two to three months), their diabetes self-care, their diabetes-related quality of life, their diabetes distress, their depressive symptoms, and their life satisfaction.

All subjects were tested at the beginning of the study and again after six months to check whether there was an improvement.

After six months, the REAL Diabetes program group showed a significant more improvement in hemoglobin A1c, in diabetes-related quality of life, and in habit strength for self-monitoring blood glucose.

The fact that both programs included the same amount of human interaction suggests that human interaction was not the reason for the effectiveness of the REAL Diabetes program.

The authors speculated that the REAL program’s success was due to its ability to build healthy goals and habits in the participants.

This shows that given the right information and tools, people can move mountains.

Reversing Type 2 Diabetes on Your Own - Beat Type 2 Diabetes 47%

If you’re a mother, according to a new study published in JAMA Internal Medicine, you can lower your risk of type 2 diabetes by a whopping 47% by doing this one thing.

Not only that, you will also help protect your child from both type 1 and type 2 diabetes in addition to tons of other health benefits.

For this study, scientists analyzed information already collected by a long-term study called Coronary Artery Risk Development in Young Adults.

The researchers identified 1,238 subjects, all women between the ages of 18 and 30 at the beginning of the study.

They were all diabetes-free at the beginning and all of them gave birth to at least one baby during subsequent years.

All of the subjects reported their breastfeeding duration for each baby and their diabetes status was tested at least seven times throughout the following 30 years.

Compared to women who never breastfed, those who did it for six months or less had a 25% smaller risk of developing diabetes later in their lives.

Also, compared to non-breastfeeders, those who breastfed for more than six months had a 47.5% smaller chance of dodging the diabetes bullet.
Interestingly, past studies have also concluded that breastfeeding can prevent your kids from developing diabetes.

For example, in a 2014 article in the journal Jornal de Pediatria, scientists reviewed 21 relevant studies, nine on type 1 diabetes and 12 on type 2 diabetes.

The majority of the studies concluded that longer breastfeeding conferred a lower risk of both types of diabetes.
