Completely Get Rid of Your Hemorrhoids for Good – These Flavonoids Cure Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids can be painful, really painful.

But traditional treatments for hemorrhoids can be almost as painful as the hemorrhoids themselves. And have been proven very ineffective.

This led a team of Indian, Thai, and Russian scientists to review previously published studies on the ability of micronized purified flavonoid fractions, or MPFFs, to address hemorrhoids.

They found only 11 studies that were rigorous enough to be included in their analysis. These studies compared people who took micronized purified flavonoid fractions (MPFF) with people who either took a placebo or no medication at all.

The hemorrhoid symptoms they specifically wanted to know about were bleeding, pain, itchiness, discharge, and overall improvement.

Most of the 11 studies relied on the hemorrhoid sufferers’ own reports to evaluate the improvement of symptoms. According to most of these self-report-based studies, subjects reported an improvement in all the symptoms listed above.

Four of the studies they surveyed relied on medical specialists’ examinations and reports to assess improvements. These studies showed that MPFFs could reduce pain, bleeding, and discharge and bring about overall improvement.

So, what is a micronized purified flavonoid fraction treatment?

Flavonoids are natural substances that occur in foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, dark chocolate, and red wine.

The MPFFs that have been found to be particularly useful for the treatment of hemorrhoids are diosmin and a combination of other flavonoids called hesperidin.

Diosmin constitutes 90% of these medications. That is the form of MPFFs evaluated in the studies the scientists reviewed.

Diosmin is a natural substance found primarily in citrus fruits, especially in the peels. It has been heavily studied for its effects on conditions like hemorrhoids and varicose veins, both conditions in which blood flow in the veins in your lower body is compromised.

Scientists think that it exercises its effects by blocking the action of chemicals like prostaglandins and thromboxane A2. When these are too active, veins become inflamed, swollen, and blood flow becomes impaired.

By inhibiting them, diosmin allows blood flow to improve and veins to recover.

This shows that hemorrhoids can be drastically improved, even cured using natural methods. But flavonoids are only one piece of the puzzle. To completely get rid of your hemorrhoids for good (as soon as today), follow the simple steps explained here…

Completely Get Rid of Your Hemorrhoids for Good – Does Aloe Vera Help for Hemorrhoids? (Surprise!)

If you read Amazon reviews, you would think that aloe vera is particularly effective as a hemorrhoid treatment. But do the positive reviews match the scientific literature on the topic?

We put this question to a test and reviewed three studies on the subject.

You will be surprised to learn that almost no studies have been performed to test the effectiveness of aloe vera as a hemorrhoid treatment.

This is unfortunate, as aloe vera has been tested on aspects of skin care that may aid its usefulness in hemorrhoid care.

The closest was an article published on scientific journal databases in 2019 that directly address the question of whether aloe vera cream worked as a hemorrhoid treatment.

This study was not published in a journal, however, and probably not peer-reviewed.

The British/Iraqi pharmacological scientist applied the aloe vera cream to hemorrhoids induced in rats and compared it with a placebo and linseed oil.

He found that the aloe vera did work, but that the linseed oil worked better to combat the collection of blood in the rectal tissue, to counter the inflammation, and to restore the cells back to normal.

The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine published a study in 2010 in which the scientists tested the use of aloe vera on post-hemorrhoidectomy pain and wound care. While the study had only 49 subjects, it was peer-reviewed, and a strong randomized, blind, placebo-controlled trial.

The scientists concluded that the aloe vera clearly had pain-relieving properties during rest and defecation, and that it accelerated wound healing at the surgical site.

The European Review for Medical and Pharmacological Sciences also published a contribution to the literature in 2014 in which the authors tested aloe vera on chronic anal fissure pain, wound healing, and bleeding. This was also a strong, well-designed double-blind clinical trial and also peer-reviewed.

They found that, compared with the placebo (fake treatment), the aloe vera was much faster in healing the anal fissures that had been chronic and resistant to other treatments, relieving pain, and limiting the amount of bleeding.

Therefore, in the absence of definite scientific literature that would confirm its effectiveness as a hemorrhoid treatment, you can do worse than to try an aloe vera gel, as it does have anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, blood clotting, and wound healing properties.

Completely Get Rid of Your Hemorrhoids for Good – But there are much more effective natural ways to heal hemorrhoids completely. In fact, you just need to change two bad hemorrhoid habits to experience drastic results within days. I’ll explain this in detail here….

Completely Get Rid of Your Hemorrhoids for Good – Horrifying Hemorrhoids Method Studied

Many people with hemorrhoids do not try to treat their hemorrhoids at home.

They rush straight to a doctor’s office where, more likely than not, they will be offered a treatment called rubber band ligation.

Tunisian scientists have just published a study in the journal Endoscopy in which they explored the short- and long-term effects of this treatment.

The results were quite horrifying.

Rubber band ligation is a procedure that your doctor carries out in his or her office.

The doctor ties a tight rubber band around the base of the hemorrhoid that cuts off its blood flow. If all goes well, the hemorrhoid dries up, falls off within a week or two, and is gone.

If, however, you need several hemorrhoids removed, or if they are unusually large or painful, you may need to visit a clinic as an outpatient and receive a local, topical, or general anesthetic.

Doctors also usually recommend that you take a weak laxative during this period to prevent constipation and hard stools. They often also recommend that you have a relative or friend at home to help with tasks that require a lot of movement or effort that can be painful or add pressure to your rectal area.

The authors of the Endoscopy study identified 37 patients who had undergone this procedure and examined their medical records stretching over approximately five years.

These records included their demographic, treatment, and clinical data.

The average age of their subjects was 46 years. Among the participants, 70 percent had grade 2 internal hemorrhoids, while 30 percent had internal grade 3 hemorrhoids.

Before the treatment, 32 of the 37 patients reported rectal bleeding, a condition that medical scientists call rectorrhagia. 17 reported proctalgia, a condition that involves muscle spasms around the anal area as well as severe episodic pain. A further 12 of them reported suffering from constipation.

Each patient had to undergo an average of four ligation sessions.

After the procedure, 5 of the subjects experienced rectorrhagia, 11 experienced severe pain, 5 required analgesics, and 3 developed blood clots.

This sounds like a pretty no-fun effect—and sometimes even worse than the treatment itself.

Completely Get Rid of Your Hemorrhoids for Good – Fortunately, there are easier and simpler natural methods to heal hemorrhoids for good. In fact, you only need to change two bad hemorrhoids habits to eliminate the problem in days. I’ll explain these two habits here . . . .

This post is from the Hemorrhoids Healing Protocol Guide. It is a 3-week plan to get rid of hemorrhoids permanently. As per the creator Scott Davis, the issue of hemorrhoids can be tackled by taking care of two habits. The first habit is food which is directly related to our digestion and bowel movement. The food we eat has its medical benefits and healing properties.

Hemorrhoid mechanism works around unhealthy bowel movement, weak blood vessels, and inflammation according to the Hemorrhoids Healing Protocol review. Many foods are known to relieve and remove hemorrhoids permanently.

In the Hemorrhoids Healing Protocol guide, a list of foods and the plan on how and when to consume is mentioned very clearly. The second habit is related to exercise. Exercises that will nurture the healthy bowel and relieve hemorrhoids are mentioned in this guide. It is nothing related to heavy exercises; it is something to be done with sitting and lying down.

What is the Best Way to Cure Your Hemorrhoids for Good?

Cure Your Hemorrhoids for Good - A new study published in the journal Annals of Coloproctology suggests there is another food that’s even more effective in healing hemorrhoids.

Cure Your Hemorrhoids for Good - This Herb Heals Hemorrhoids Pain

There is a dire lack of studies related to hemorrhoids. It’s like the scientific world isn’t interested in anything else other than fiber and surgery when it comes to this condition.

Two studies published in the journals Therapeutics and Clinical Risk Management and the Journal of Pain Management do however reveal a promising herb.

At a minimum, it will relieve the pain and inflammation.

Both studies cited found that cannabis can treat pain, even extremely severe pain in cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis sufferers. Therefore, it can be concluded that cannabis is a useful painkiller in a number of ways.

Firstly, at least two types of cannabinoid receptors, named CB1 and CB2 receptors, are involved in producing the sensation of pain. Cannabis is a cannabinoid receptor antagonist that prevents these receptors from being activated, and as such, it prevents pain.

Secondly, it also works on other neurotransmitters that are involved in producing pain, such as endorphins and 5-hydroxytryptamine (or 5-HT).

Both of the most active chemicals in cannabis are analgesics. One is THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is the chemical substance in cannabis that produces the euphoria, temporary psychomotor impairments, and sometimes hallucinations. The other is CBD (Cannabidiol), which is another cannabinoid that does not produce these effects.

Other studies show that cannabis is good for relieving inflammation, both when ingested and when being topically applied. One study discovered that THC had twenty times the anti-inflammatory power of aspirin and twice that of hydrocortisone.

Therefore, although evidence on hemorrhoids is still lacking, there are reasons to believe that cannabis can deal with the pain and inflammation.

Getting cannabis is of course a problem in most places, wanting to use it is another question, and it’s not a cure.

Cure Your Hemorrhoids for Good - This Peel Heals Hemorrhoids

“Eat more fiber”…this is the advice usually given for hemorrhoids and food – it doesn’t really go beyond that, well up until now anyway.

A new study published in the journal Annals of Coloproctology suggests there is another food that’s even more effective in healing hemorrhoids.

Or should we say peel?

The most common hemorrhoid treatment that doctors prescribed is rubber band ligation, which basically involves putting a band around the base of the hemorrhoid, cutting off its blood supply, thus causing it to fall off.

In this study, 25 people suffering from hemorrhoids received rubber band ligation treatment alone while 19 patients were also prescribed micronized purified flavonoid fraction in addition to the rubber band ligation.

Micronized purified flavonoid fraction is a synthetic laboratory-produced combination of two flavonoids that appears in citrus fruit peel; 90 percent of which is diosmin and 10 percent hesperidin. By day 7 and day 28, the combined treatment group suffered substantially less bleeding than that of the single treatment group.

There was also a huge difference in the amount of itchiness and less pain after the first week.

Now, to include citrus peel into your daily life more naturally, you can add it to water, make marmalade, add it to tea, garnish meat and fish, and even add it to cocktails.

But infused water won’t cure your hemorrhoids for good – to do this, you need to get to the root cause of them, which I explain here….

Cure Your Hemorrhoids for Good - Hemorrhoids – How Much Activity Is Too Much?

Hemorrhoids aren’t pleasant, period!

In fact, they’re so unpleasant they’re hardly ever discussed, well not amongst friends anyway.

Another reason why they haven’t been discussed is because there have been so many inconsistencies in the research, especially when it comes to what actually causes hemorrhoids.

One of the research inconsistencies was physical activity – some studies say a sedentary lifestyle causes hemorrhoids, while others say too much exercise brings them on; so how active should you really be? A New study published in Journal Ners has tackled some of the disparities.

Malaysian scientists wanted to identify the most common causes of hemorrhoids, and recruited 202 subjects for their study.

They measured their body mass index and gave them the International Physical Activity questionnaire to assess their level of physical activity.

They found that people below the age of 50 are 2.3 times more likely to develop hemorrhoids. The study also found that the Chinese participants were also more likely to suffer from them.

Body mass index was linked to hemorrhoids, with those with a higher index score being more likely to have hemorrhoids than those with lower scores.

In this study, they detected that people with low physical activity levels were 24 percent more likely than those with higher physical activity levels to struggle with hemorrhoids; however, this finding contradicted previous studies.

While earlier studies found no relationship between physical activity and hemorrhoids, more recent ones have. In 2018, the journal Gastroenterology it stated people that were more active had a lower chance of getting them.

It is possible that the studies are inconsistent because physical activity cannot be separated from other relevant factors. For example, it is more likely that physically active people will have lower body mass index scores, and therefore less likely to have hemorrhoids.

So, physical activity does not influence the development of hemorrhoids directly, but via preventing obesity.

Another way in which physical activity works indirectly is via regulating bowel movements. Most studies show that regular physical activity can fend off constipation and keep bowel movements regular. If constipation is a cause of hemorrhoids, which it indisputably is, physical activity can help prevent them.

Get Rid of Your Hemorrhoids for Good - This Asian Tea Treats Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids are horrible. And the traditional treatment for it can be even worse.

So, a new study published in The Srinagarind Medical Journal is welcoming.

It reveals that a specific Asian tea can drastically improve, even eliminate hemorrhoids in days.

Pluchea indica, which is usually sold as a tea, may not be widely known in the West, but it is available in some natural health stores.

Rich in phytochemicals, it packs a punch when it comes to its powerful antioxidants and their ability to protect them from free radicals and the diseases these cause.

Researchers noted that the tea was being used as a folk medicine for the treatment of hemorrhoids, so they decided to study its scientific properties and effects.

They used rats with hemorrhoids.

The rats were given 50 milligrams per kilogram of their body weight in tea each day over a 10-day period.

On day 11, they examined the rat’s spleens and rectums. They noticed definite improvements in the rats that were given the extract, with their rectums being lighter with smaller hemorrhoids. The rectal damage was substantially less as well.

While future studies are needed to confirm the way in which this extract works as a hemorrhoids treatment for humans, you can try it if you can get hold of it.

But to really get rid of your hemorrhoids for good, you need to tackle the underlying causes, which I will explain here…

Get Rid of Your Hemorrhoids for Good - This Food Heals Hemorrhoids

The Journal of Nutraceuticals and Food Science has just published a literature review on how one natural food supplement treats the most severe hemorrhoids.

Researchers traced the causes of hemorrhoids back to three habits that they called deranged defecation habits (beautiful term, isn’t it?).

But they found that this natural food supplement counteracted this habit.

Psyllium husk, a type of fiber commonly sold in powder form, is the secret. According to a study published in the Journal Minerva Gastroenterologica E Dietologica psyllium husk can be used to treat even the most severe hemorrhoids.

But first it’s important to understand how your bathroom habits are causing hemorrhoids and also making your pre-existing ones even worse.

These habits, which were also found to be responsible for the development of new hemorrhoids, were excessive straining, prolonged defecation time, and too frequent bowel movements.

If these are the causes, the solutions are surely straightforward. Adopt some new defecation habits – do it for a short time once a day, and do not strain. But how does one do that?

Their answer is eat enough fiber in the form of psyllium husk. They recommend 5-6 teaspoons with 600 ml of water per day (around 20 ounces of water).

They recruited 85 patients with severe hemorrhoids who had been referred for surgery.

After 40 months of taking psyllium husk supplements and following new defecation habits, 68 percent of patients were highly satisfied with a huge improvement and hemorrhoids improved in 56.5 percent of all cases.

So why does psyllium husk work so well?

It’s a soluble fiber. When consumed, it absorbs water in your intestines and therefore softens stools and reduces constipation, which is the main reason for the straining that can lead to hemorrhoids.

Chronic diarrhea, a less common but possible cause of hemorrhoids, can also be treated with psyllium husk because it bulks up your stools.

Psyllium husk is great, BUT to get rid of your hemorrhoids for good in days, you need to address the real underlying cause. And that is all about changing the two habits explained here (and they have nothing to do with fiber)…

Get Rid of Your Hemorrhoids for Good - One Hemorrhoids Relieving Lifestyle Factor Discovered

Itchiness, bleeding, constipation, and a chronic cough are just a few of the well-known symptoms of hemorrhoids. In short, they’re horrible.

The traditional medical system has many invasive treatments, most of them very ineffective.

But according to a new study published in the Journal of Advanced Medical and Dental Sciences Research, there is one habit that separates those with hemorrhoids and those without it.

The Scientists recruited 87 adults who had been diagnosed with and treated for hemorrhoids.

When they crunched the numbers to examine the characteristics of the typical hemorrhoid sufferer, there were some surprises.

Men were more likely than women to have hemorrhoids, which is consistent with previous studies.

But the surprising finding was that young people between the ages of 20 and 40 were more likely to be affected than older people.

This is not the first time researchers have drawn this conclusion, but most studies seem to suggest the opposite.

One major lifestyle habit that proved significant was exercise, with people who performed regular exercise being less likely than their peers were to develop hemorrhoids.

If you however suffer hemorrhoids already, exercising the wrong way can actually make your problem worse.
