Cure Your Hemorrhoids for Good - This Herb Heals Hemorrhoids Pain

There is a dire lack of studies related to hemorrhoids. It’s like the scientific world isn’t interested in anything else other than fiber and surgery when it comes to this condition.

Two studies published in the journals Therapeutics and Clinical Risk Management and the Journal of Pain Management do however reveal a promising herb.

At a minimum, it will relieve the pain and inflammation.

Both studies cited found that cannabis can treat pain, even extremely severe pain in cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis sufferers. Therefore, it can be concluded that cannabis is a useful painkiller in a number of ways.

Firstly, at least two types of cannabinoid receptors, named CB1 and CB2 receptors, are involved in producing the sensation of pain. Cannabis is a cannabinoid receptor antagonist that prevents these receptors from being activated, and as such, it prevents pain.

Secondly, it also works on other neurotransmitters that are involved in producing pain, such as endorphins and 5-hydroxytryptamine (or 5-HT).

Both of the most active chemicals in cannabis are analgesics. One is THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is the chemical substance in cannabis that produces the euphoria, temporary psychomotor impairments, and sometimes hallucinations. The other is CBD (Cannabidiol), which is another cannabinoid that does not produce these effects.

Other studies show that cannabis is good for relieving inflammation, both when ingested and when being topically applied. One study discovered that THC had twenty times the anti-inflammatory power of aspirin and twice that of hydrocortisone.

Therefore, although evidence on hemorrhoids is still lacking, there are reasons to believe that cannabis can deal with the pain and inflammation.

Getting cannabis is of course a problem in most places, wanting to use it is another question, and it’s not a cure.

Cure Your Hemorrhoids for Good - This Peel Heals Hemorrhoids

“Eat more fiber”…this is the advice usually given for hemorrhoids and food – it doesn’t really go beyond that, well up until now anyway.

A new study published in the journal Annals of Coloproctology suggests there is another food that’s even more effective in healing hemorrhoids.

Or should we say peel?

The most common hemorrhoid treatment that doctors prescribed is rubber band ligation, which basically involves putting a band around the base of the hemorrhoid, cutting off its blood supply, thus causing it to fall off.

In this study, 25 people suffering from hemorrhoids received rubber band ligation treatment alone while 19 patients were also prescribed micronized purified flavonoid fraction in addition to the rubber band ligation.

Micronized purified flavonoid fraction is a synthetic laboratory-produced combination of two flavonoids that appears in citrus fruit peel; 90 percent of which is diosmin and 10 percent hesperidin. By day 7 and day 28, the combined treatment group suffered substantially less bleeding than that of the single treatment group.

There was also a huge difference in the amount of itchiness and less pain after the first week.

Now, to include citrus peel into your daily life more naturally, you can add it to water, make marmalade, add it to tea, garnish meat and fish, and even add it to cocktails.

But infused water won’t cure your hemorrhoids for good – to do this, you need to get to the root cause of them, which I explain here….

Cure Your Hemorrhoids for Good - Hemorrhoids – How Much Activity Is Too Much?

Hemorrhoids aren’t pleasant, period!

In fact, they’re so unpleasant they’re hardly ever discussed, well not amongst friends anyway.

Another reason why they haven’t been discussed is because there have been so many inconsistencies in the research, especially when it comes to what actually causes hemorrhoids.

One of the research inconsistencies was physical activity – some studies say a sedentary lifestyle causes hemorrhoids, while others say too much exercise brings them on; so how active should you really be? A New study published in Journal Ners has tackled some of the disparities.

Malaysian scientists wanted to identify the most common causes of hemorrhoids, and recruited 202 subjects for their study.

They measured their body mass index and gave them the International Physical Activity questionnaire to assess their level of physical activity.

They found that people below the age of 50 are 2.3 times more likely to develop hemorrhoids. The study also found that the Chinese participants were also more likely to suffer from them.

Body mass index was linked to hemorrhoids, with those with a higher index score being more likely to have hemorrhoids than those with lower scores.

In this study, they detected that people with low physical activity levels were 24 percent more likely than those with higher physical activity levels to struggle with hemorrhoids; however, this finding contradicted previous studies.

While earlier studies found no relationship between physical activity and hemorrhoids, more recent ones have. In 2018, the journal Gastroenterology it stated people that were more active had a lower chance of getting them.

It is possible that the studies are inconsistent because physical activity cannot be separated from other relevant factors. For example, it is more likely that physically active people will have lower body mass index scores, and therefore less likely to have hemorrhoids.

So, physical activity does not influence the development of hemorrhoids directly, but via preventing obesity.

Another way in which physical activity works indirectly is via regulating bowel movements. Most studies show that regular physical activity can fend off constipation and keep bowel movements regular. If constipation is a cause of hemorrhoids, which it indisputably is, physical activity can help prevent them.

Therefore, adopt a regular exercise program to prevent hemorrhoids, BUT to really cure your hemorrhoids for good, you need to find the two underlying causes, which I’ll explain here

This post is from the Hemorrhoids Healing Protocol Guide. It is a 3-week plan to get rid of hemorrhoids permanently. As per the creator Scott Davis, the issue of hemorrhoids can be tackled by taking care of two habits. The first habit is food which is directly related to our digestion and bowel movement. The food we eat has its medical benefits and healing properties.

Hemorrhoid mechanism works around unhealthy bowel movement, weak blood vessels, and inflammation according to the Hemorrhoids Healing Protocol review. Many foods are known to relieve and remove hemorrhoids permanently.

In the Hemorrhoids Healing Protocol guide, a list of foods and the plan on how and when to consume is mentioned very clearly. The second habit is related to exercise. Exercises that will nurture the healthy bowel and relieve hemorrhoids are mentioned in this guide. It is nothing related to heavy exercises; it is something to be done with sitting and lying down.
