to 2. This is one of the first studies that clearly draws the line between
“just right” and “too much,” defining it right down to the glass.
So, one glass of wine
doesn’t hurt (and can even be good), but two is just too much.
Enjoying an occasional
glass of wine with dinner isn’t generally going to be enough to lower chronic
